WILLIAM ROBERT 'BOB' QUIGLEY, 91, North Causeway, New Smyrna Beach, died Tuesday, June 23. Mr. Quigley was a retired president of the former Southeast Bank. Born in Unionville, Iowa, he moved to Central Florida in 1944. He was a member of New Smyrna Beach Lions Club and was a charter president of New Smyrna Beach Chamber of Commerce. He was a member of the Benevolent Protective Order of the Elks Lodge 1557 and American Legion 17, both of New Smyrna Beach. He was also a past member of Board of Directors of Children's Home Society, Daytona Beach. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Disabled American Veterans.
