JAMES B. ROGERS, 75, Shasta Drive, Orlando, died Thursday, Oct. 7. Mr. Rogers was an engineer. Born in Mission, Kan., he moved to Central Florida in 1964. He was an Army veteran of World War II. FRANK LEE SAXON, 76, Gaston Foster Road, Orlando, died Wednesday, Oct. 6. Mr. Saxon was a parole and probation officer for the state of Florida. Born in Gainesville, he moved to Central Florida in 1973. He was a member of Fleet Reserve Association, Elks Lodge 1079, Loyal Order of the Moose and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was Protestant.
