JAMES A. CARNLEY SR., 63, Roxbury Road, Winter Park died Saturday, Nov. 6. Mr. Carnley was a maintenance worker for an apartment complex. Born in Geneva, Ala., he moved to Central Florida in 1950. He was a Religious Scientist. He was an Army veteran. LILLIE MAE COLLINS, 77, 3631 Lincoln St., Sanford, died Wednesday, Nov. 3, of congestive heart failure. Mrs. Collins was a homemaker. Born in Swainsboro, Ga., she moved to Central Florida in 1949. HERBERT ALFRED DEEN, 61, South Observatory Drive, Orlando, died Saturday, Nov. 6, of cancer. Mr. Deen was a lather in the construction industry. Born in Alachua County, he was a lifelong resident of Central Florida. He was a member of Lake Hill Baptist Church. He was a National Guard veteran. GEORGE E. EPPS, 54, Dellwood Drive, Longwood, died Sunday, Nov. 7, of cancer. Mr. Epps was an account executive for C.A. Meyer Paving and Construction Co. Born in New London, Conn., he moved to Central Florida in 1958. He was a member of National Bicycle League and served as a council member. He also developed courses for competition bike riding.
