RILEY H. WILKINSON, 74, Deer Run, Osteen, died Tuesday, Sept. 26. Mr. Wilkinson was a retired heavy-equipment operator. Born in Palatka, he was a lifelong resident of Central Florida. ROBERT L. WIRICK, 92, California Ave., St. Cloud, died Monday, Sept. 25, of cancer. Mr. Wirick was a private consultant and a retired service representative.
