Born in Bay Shore, N.Y., he moved to Central Florida in 1987. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, St. Cloud. He was a member of the Lions Club and AMVETS Club in New York. He was a Army veteran of the Korean War. Survivors: wife, Thelma, St. Cloud, sons, John T., Michael J., both of Kissimmee, James W., Islip Terrace, N.Y., sisters, Julia Sanc, Central Islip, N.Y., Mary O`Kane, Islip, N.Y.; two grandchildren. WALTER HERMAN GLASGOW, 87, North Wymore Road, Maitland, died Monday, Aug. 7. Mr. Glasgow was a mining engineer. Born in Scottsdale, Pa., he moved to Central Florida in 1986. He was past president of Exchange Club and a member of Pike Run Country Club. He was Protestant. Survivors: wife, Mildred; son, Michael E., Maitland; brother, Thomas, Somerset, Pa.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Baldwin-Fairchild Goldenrod-Winter Park Chapel.

EMMA S. HALLIDAY, 80, Club Court, Lake Mary, died Monday, Aug. 7, of kidney failure. Mrs. Halliday was a homemaker. Born in Buffalo, N.Y., she moved to Central Florida in 1997. She was a member of Asbury Methodist Church, New Castle, Del. Survivors: daughters, Rose Somers, Lake Mary, Betty Taylor, Martinsville, Va.; sister, Rose Rhoades, Pottstown, Pa.; four grandchildren. LILLIE C. ANDERSON, 83, Gleason Street, Orange City, died Wednesday, Aug. 9. Mrs. Anderson was a retired secretary for Union Carbide Corp., W.Va. Born in Skelton, W.Va., she moved to Central Florida in 1971. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Orange City. She was a member of AARP. Survivors: daughter, Alice Burdett, Melbourne; son, Rex B. Jr., New London, N.C.; brother, A. J. Carman, Asheville, N.C.; sisters, Mildred Dotson, Alloy, W.Va., Norma Torrie, Colorado Springs, Colo.; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren. RUBY J. BERNARDINI, 85, Burdine Court, Orlando, died Wednesday, Aug. 9. Mrs. Bernardini was a homemaker. Born in Rockbridge County, Va., she moved to Central Florida in 1959. She was Presbyterian. Survivors: husband, John A.; daughter, Carol Goldsby, Orlando; sister, Jean, Tennessee; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. Woodlawn Funeral Home, Orlando.

HENRY JOSEPH BREHM, 55, Crystal Ridge Way, Lake Mary, died Saturday, Aug. 5. Mr. Brehm was a real estate agent for Venture I Properties. Born in Meadville, Pa., he moved to Central Florida in 1986. He was a member of Greater Orlando Association of Realtors. He was a member of St. George Russian Orthodox Church. CARRIE ANNE BROWN, 14, Deer Berry Court, Longwood, died Monday, Aug. 7, of injuries suffered in an automobile accident. Carrie was a student at Greenwood Lakes Middle School. She was born in Orlando. She was a member of Camp Wewa. She was a member of Church of the Annunciation. WILMA "PATSY" BROWN, 68, Sparkman Avenue, Orange City, died Friday, Aug. 4. Mrs. Brown was a retired real estate broker. Born in Minneapolis, she moved to Central Florida in 1972. EDITH "ELSIE" CARLSON, 74, West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, died Monday, Aug. 7. Mrs. Carlson was a retired head cashier from A&P Supermarkets.
