FREDERICK J. WALLACE, 89, Cosmos Lane, DeBary, died Thursday, June 18. Mr. Wallace was a retired cook for the New York prison system. Born in Ontario, Canada, he moved to Central Florida in 1962. He was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, DeBary. He was a member of American Legion Post 259 and St. Ann's Holy Name society. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. WILMA B. WATERS, 79, Yihlen Road, Sanford, died Friday, June 19. Mrs. Waters was a homemaker. Born in Brewton, Ala., she moved to Central Florida in 1955. She was Protestant.
