VICTORIA "VICKI" E. WRIGHT, 43, Donna Drive, Titusville, died Thursday, June 1. Mrs. Wright was a medical insurance coordinator. Born in Orlando, she was a lifelong resident of Central Florida. JAMES M. CRISP, 80, Lake Underhill Drive, Orlando, died Sunday, Feb. 27, of respiratory failure. Mr. Crisp was a retired Air Force captain. Born in Waskom, Texas, he moved to Central Florida in 1958. ISIDORE ERNEST DRAGON, 88, 1700 Longleaf Drive, St. Cloud, died Saturday, Feb. 26. Mr. Dragon was a jewelry inspector. Born in Warwick, R.I., he moved to Central Florida in 1970. He was a member of St. Luke and St. Peter's Episcopal Church. He was an Army and Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War.
