LUIS M. VELAZQUEZ, 70, 2012 N. Parkton Drive, Deltona, died Monday, Feb. 21. Mr. Velazquez was a security guard at Sanford International Airport. He was a retired foreman for Balloffet Die Corp., Guttenberg, N.J. Born in Isabela, Puerto Rico, he moved to Central Florida in 1992. He was a member of the First Spanish Baptist Church, Deltona. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
