JOHN WILLIAM GRINROD, 82, 5071 Mapletree Lane, St. Cloud, died Thursday, June 1. Mr. Grinrod was a retired machinist with Martin Marietta Corp., Orlando. Born in Providence, R.I., he moved to Central Florida in 1969. He was Methodist. He was a member of Makinson-Carson Post 10, American Legion, and Past Commander of DAV Chapter 137, Kissimmee. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors: wife, Lillian B., St. Cloud; daughter, Jane Latour, Conway, S.C.; son, Robert U., Chandler, Texas; brother, Raymond, Rhode Island; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren. CARL T. HELLER, 80, 244 S. Maydell Ave., DeLand, died Wednesday, May 31. Mr. Heller was worked for the Volusia County Road and Bridge Department. Born in Clarksville, N.Y., he moved to Central Florida in 1972. He was a member of the First Christian Church, DeLand. He was an Army veteran of World War II. HARRY W. JENKINS, 78, 11288 SE 175th Place, Summerfield, died Wednesday, May 31. Mr. Jenkins was a retired machine shop foreman with Continental Can Co, Chicago. Born in Chicago, he moved to Central Florida in 1997. He was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II. Survivors: wife, Palmania; daughter, Pamela M.
