JOSEPH "JOE" C. WHEATLEY, 83, North Carolwood Boulevard, Fern Park, died Wednesday, Sept. 27. Mr. Wheatley was manager of transportation and shipping for Martin Marietta. He was born in Baltimore. He was a member of the governing board of the Holy Name Society. He was a member of St. Mary Magdalen Church. RILEY H. WILKINSON, 74, Deer Run, Osteen, died Tuesday, Sept. 26. Mr. Wilkinson was a retired heavy-equipment operator. Born in Palatka, he was a lifelong resident of Central Florida. ROBERT L. WIRICK, 92, California Ave., St. Cloud, died Monday, Sept. 25, of cancer. Mr. Wirick was a private consultant and a retired service representative.
