Survivors: wife, Sandra; daughter, Crystal, Indianapolis; stepsons, Bill Spangler, Fort Wayne, Ind., Cory Spangler, Orlando; stepdaughter, Kathy Wootten, Ottawa, Kan.; sister, Donna Hunt, Okeechobee; brothers, Paul Albee, Jeff, both of Okeechobee, Doug, Indianapolis; nine grandchildren. ILA ABRAHAM OWENS, 91, 707 Callahan St., Winter Park, died Saturday, May 27, of a heart condition. Mrs. Owens was a retired housekeeper. Born in Florence, S.C., she moved to Central Florida in 1954. She was a member of Order of Eastern Star, Golden Circle and Key Club. She was a member of Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church. Survivor: daughter, Eileen Matthias, Winter Park; one granddaughter; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Golden's Funeral Home, Winter Park.

ROBERT QUITMAN PARNELL, 73, East Story Road, Winter Garden, died Friday, May 26. Mr. Parnell was a welder. He was born in Ocoee. He was Baptist. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivor: son, Robert D., Oakland. Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Winter Garden.

KATHLEEN M. PETERSON, 51, Edgewater Court, Orlando, died Friday, May 26, from congestive heart failure. Ms. Peterson was a hairstylist. Born in St. Louis, she moved to Central Florida in 1980. Survivors: sons, Ryan, Brandon, both of Orlando; daughter, Lisa, Apopka; mother, Marie Kinkade, St. Louis; 11 brothers and sisters. Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Apopka.

GEORGE HAMPTON QUESENBERRY, 79, Autumn Court, St. Cloud, died Friday, May 26. Mr. Quesenberry was a petroleum tank farm operator. Born in Floyd County, Va., he moved to Central Florida in 1985. He was a member of Disabled American Veterans, American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. Survivor: wife, Isabel. RICHARD ROYAL RAMEY, 71, Village Green Road, Orlando, died Friday, May 26, of a heart attack. Mr. Ramey was a hotel night auditor. Born in Kentucky, he moved to Central Florida in 1953. He was a member of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons Lodge 755. He was Baptist. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. Survivors: brothers, Thomas Hindrix, Orlando, Sheldon, Louisville, Ky., Gordon, Martinsville, Va., Hillard, Sanford; sisters, Louise Smith, Orlando, Lois McLeod, Dainese Klaver, both of Sanford. RALPH A. RENDSLAND, 78, Coquina Court, Orlando, died Friday, May 26, of acute myocardial failure. Mr. Rendsland was a retired carpenter. Born in Cleveland, he moved to Central Florida in 1971. He was a member of American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Via De Cristo. He was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
