Survivors: son, James, Stephens City, Va.; daughter, Jan Elaine Taylor, Orlando; brother, Joseph, Panama City; sisters, Katrina Mastowy, Cocoa, Betty Jo, Atlanta; six grandchildren. JEANNE MARGARET ARCIERE, 53, Hamilton Road, Orange City, died Friday, Sept. 29. Mrs. Arciere was a hairdresser for Rachel`s Hair Designs, DeBary. Born in Queens, N.Y., she moved to Central Florida in 1990. Survivors: son, William, East Rockaway, N.Y.; daughter, Jodi Neckles, Inwood, N.Y.; father, John Carr, Margate; sisters, Joyce Caracciolo, Margaret Salute, both of Long Island, N.Y., Dorothy Gray, Georgia; one grandson. NOEL D. BLUE, 72, Pineview Drive, Orange City, died Thursday, Sept. 28. Mr. Blue retired as a chief petty officer from the Navy. Born in Pensacola, he moved to Central Florida in 1990. He was a member of the Fleet Reserve Association and Masonic Grand Lodge 76, Auburn, Ala. Survivors: wife, Lois A.; sons, David A., Smyrna, Ga., Alan L., Pensacola; stepdaughters, Donna J. RUFUS EUGENE "GENE" BRYANT, 80, 32402 Memory Lane, Leesburg, died Sunday, Oct. 1. Mr. Bryant was a retired service manager for Chevrolet Motor Co. Born in Reform, Ala., he moved to Central Florida in 1979. He was a member of the Main Street Baptist Church. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors: wife, Mary A.; sons, Craig, Lakeland, Johnny, Winter Garden; daughters, Veda Folds, Belle Glade, Cynthia Smith, Leesburg; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. LAURENT "JACK" DUMAS, 84, South Vernon, Kissimmee, died Saturday, Sept. 30. Mr. Dumas owned Jack`s Standard Oil in Kissimmee. Born in Magog, Quebec, he moved to Central Florida in 1959. He was a member of the Kissimmee Elks Lodge 1873. He was a member of the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. SILVIO J. FACENTE, 76, Neptune Road, Kissimmee, died Sunday, Oct. 1, of cancer. Mr. Facente was a letter carrier with the U.S. Postal Service. Born in Union City, N.J., he moved to Central Florida in 1982. He was a 50-year member of the National Association of Letter Carriers. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Kissimmee. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
