JEANNE MARGARET ARCIERE, 53, Hamilton Road, Orange City, died Friday, Sept. 29. Mrs. Arciere was a hairdresser for Rachel`s Hair Designs, DeBary. NOEL D. BLUE, 72, Pineview Drive, Orange City, died Thursday, Sept. 28. Mr. Blue retired as a chief petty officer from the Navy. Born in Pensacola, he moved to Central Florida in 1990. RUFUS EUGENE "GENE" BRYANT, 80, 32402 Memory Lane, Leesburg, died Sunday, Oct. 1. Mr. Bryant was a retired service manager for Chevrolet Motor Co. LAURENT "JACK" DUMAS, 84, South Vernon, Kissimmee, died Saturday, Sept. 30. Mr. Dumas owned Jack`s Standard Oil in Kissimmee. Born in Magog, Quebec, he moved to Central Florida in 1959. He was a member of the Kissimmee Elks Lodge 1873. He was a member of the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
