LOUISE HELEN DUVALL, 98, Laurel Ridge, Ormond Beach, died Wednesday, Aug. 16. Mrs. Duvall was a homemaker. Born in St. Louis, Mo., she moved to Central Florida in 1998. WALTER B. FEAGINS, 74, Cree Trail, Casselberry, died Wednesday, Aug. 16. Mr. Feagins was a Navy chaplain. Born in Baxley, Ga., he moved to Central Florida in 1973.
