VLASTA J. DIZZINE, 68, Missouri Avenue, St. Cloud, died Thursday, Aug. 17. Mrs. Dizzine was an analyst for Mercury Marine Co. Born in New York City, she moved to Central Florida in 1969. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, St. Cloud. D.L. "BUD" EDMUNDS JR., 76, Blossom Lane, Winter Park, died Thursday, Aug. 17. Mr. Edmunds was retired machinist for National Electric Coil. Born in Godby Branch, W.Va., he moved to Central Florida in 1960. She attended Kilarney Baptist Church. He was a member of the National Educators Association, the Lions Club and the Florida High School Athletic Association. He was a Coast Guard veteran. JOHN W. BOGGAN, 81, South Bumby Avenue, Orlando, died Thursday, Sept. 28, of cancer. Mr. Boggin was a retired teacher at Mid-Florida Tech. Born in Andalusia, Ala., he moved to Central Florida in 1938. He was a member of Conway United Methodist Church. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
