MARGARET R. ROBINSON, 88, 5380 Frederick Ave., West Melbourne, died Monday, Aug. 21. Mrs. Robinson was a homemaker. Born in Attleboro, Mass., she moved to Central Florida in 1988. She was Catholic. WILLIAM C. "BUD" SHUE, 69, Circle Drive, DeLand, died Sunday, Aug. 20, of cancer. Mr. Shue worked with hospital maintenance. Born in Concord, N.C., he moved to Central Florida in 1970. He was a member of the Moose, Masons, Elks. Survivors: wife, Lila; sons, William D., DeLand, Mickey A., Osteen; daughters, Linda S. Salomone, Richmond, Va., Debra K. Miller, Laural, Md.; sisters, Mary Turner, Kannapolis, N.C., Geraldine Mullis, Essex, Va., Gene Henshaw, Petersburg, Va., Shirley McAdams, Augusta, Ga.; Shelby Noles, Rockwell, N.C.; brother, Ira, Concord, N.C.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. FRANCES E. SMITH, 73, Charles Avenue, Orange City, died Saturday, Aug. 19. Ms. Smith was a retired mill worker for Minisink Rubber in Unionville, N.Y. Born in Warwick, N.Y., she moved to Central Florida in 1993. She was Methodist. Survivors: sons, Robert, Orange City, David, Delaware Water Gap, Pa.; daughters, Mary L. CLAUDINE P. SOPER, 56, Fruit Loop Circle, Kissimmee, died Monday, Aug. 21. Mrs. Soper was a clerk for Wal-Mart. Born in Pittsburgh, she moved to Central Florida in 1973. She was a member of the Episcopal Church. Survivors: husband, William, Kissimmee; Suzanna Shea, Kissimmee, Marie Shea, Ocala; six grandchildren. Grissom Funeral Home and Crematory, Kissimmee.

NOBLE J. STRONG, 80, 35 Hillside Ave., Orange City, died Thursday, Aug. 17. Mr. Strong was retired from Ross Gear Inc., Lafayette, Ind. Born in Colfax, Ind., he moved to Central Florida in 1979. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. Survivors: wife, Lillian, DeLand; son, Robert E., Inyokern Calif.; daughter, Linda J. Zwirz, DeLand; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren. Volusia County Crematorium.

GEORGE LEONARD WERTZ, 57, 2800 Conway Road, New Smyrna Beach, died Monday, Aug. 21. Mr. Wertz was a microwave technician with Panama Canal Company. He was a member and past president of Diablo Spinning Club, Balboa Dive Club, France Aero Club, Gatun Tarpon Club of Panama, International Game and Fishing Club, and Panama Society of Florida. CARMELLA WILLAMS, 83, 1022 S. Wren Circle, Barefoot Bay, died Monday, Aug. 21. Mrs. Williams was a homemaker. Born in Watertown, N.Y., she moved to Central Florida in 1980. She was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church. Survivors: husband, Joseph; son, Joseph V., Rockledge; daughter, Sandra Walchak, Golden, Colo.; three grandchildren. SCOTT PHILIP WILLIAMS, 45, Lake George Road, Seville, died Monday, Aug. 14. Mr. Williams was a groundskeeper. Born in Massachusetts, he moved to Central Florida in 1956. He was Protestant.
