NOBLE J. STRONG, 80, 35 Hillside Ave., Orange City, died Thursday, Aug. 17. Mr. Strong was retired from Ross Gear Inc., Lafayette, Ind. Born in Colfax, Ind., he moved to Central Florida in 1979.
