Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, he moved to Central Florida in 1990. He was a member of the Primera Iglesia Hispana de Winter Garden. He was an Army veteran of World War II and Korea. Survivors: wife, Margarita; sons, Ricardo, Sanford, Curtis, Ocoee; daughter, Lillian, Ocoee; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. DOUGLAS G. VICKERS II, 40, Fifth Street, Lake Mary, died Saturday, Aug. 19. Mr. Vickers was a sales manager for a health club. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, he moved to Central Florida in 1963. FRANK B. WHITTINGTON, 85, Compass Creek Drive, Hayesville, N.C., died Saturday, Aug. 19. Mr. Whittington was a machinist. He was born in Panama City. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
