WINIFRED M. ARNETT, 87, Vine Street, Orlando, died Saturday, June 13. Mrs. Arnett was a homemaker. Born in Berea, Ky., she moved to Central Florida in 1945. WILLIAM HOWARD BANKS, 78, Dardanelle, Ark., died Saturday, June 13. Mr. Banks was a retired electrical inspector for McDonnell-Douglas Corp. He was born in Arkansas. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. ELIZABETH 'BETTY' CHIAPETTA, 87, 6440 Golden Nugget Drive, Orlando, died Sunday, June 14. Mrs. Chiapetta was a homemaker. Born in New Rochelle, N.Y., she moved to Central Florida in 1990.
