BOB SWEET, 81, Turnbull Road, Mims, died Monday, Sept. 27. Mr. Sweet was a missile mechanic for General Dynamics. Born in Oaks, N.D., he moved to Central Florida in 1957. He was a member of International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Lodge 610. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Mims. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. NAOMI D. WINBUSH, 67, Grandview Boulevard, Kissimmee, died Sunday, Sept. 26 of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Mrs. Winbush was a retired educator of public schools. Born in Drew, Miss., she moved to Central Florida in 1955. She was a member of Kissimmee Church of Christ. She was the first woman and black elected to the Kissimmee City Council, in 1981.
