DUDLEY P. FENN, 77, Palermo Court, Poinciana, died Wednesday, Nov. 3. Born in Winsted, Conn., he moved to Central Florida in 1985. He was Protestant. GEORGIA LYNN FREDERE, 71, 11610 Grand Hills Blvd., Clermont, died Saturday, Oct. 30. Mrs. Fredere was a retired legal secretary. Born in Wilson, N.C., she moved to Central Florida this year.
