JACKSON MCNEALY, 61, Winter Street, Jackson, Miss., died Monday, Oct. 25. Mr. McNealy was a retired truck driver. Born in Eustis, he moved to Jackson from Central Florida in 1979. He was Baptist. CHARLES WILLIAM MILLIGAN, 82, Alligator Road, DeLand, died Sunday, Oct. 31. Mr. Milligan was a retired coal miner. Born in Idamay, W. Va., he moved to Central Florida in 1979.
