MARTIN L. PERKINS, 96, 2006 Royal Palm Drive, Edgewater, died Monday, Nov. 8. Mr. Perkins was retired superintendent of motor vehicles for Miami-Dade County Postal Service. Born in Keysville, Ga., he moved to Central Florida in 1982. He was a member of National Association of Retired Federal Employees. He was a Mason. He was a member of Riverside Baptist Church.
