ELIZABETH "BETTY" O'LEARY, 81, Escondido, Calif., died Tuesday, Nov. 9. Mrs. O'Leary was a homemaker. Born in New York, she moved to Escondido from Central Florida in 1998. MARTIN L. PERKINS, 96, 2006 Royal Palm Drive, Edgewater, died Monday, Nov. 8. Mr. Perkins was retired superintendent of motor vehicles for Miami-Dade County Postal Service. Born in Keysville, Ga., he moved to Central Florida in 1982. He was a member of National Association of Retired Federal Employees. He was a Mason. He was a member of Riverside Baptist Church. Survivors: sons, Kenneth, Fort Lauderdale, Martin L. Jr., Gainesville; daughter, June Smith, Delray Beach; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. KENNETH BERNARD POTTER SR., 85, Yucatan Drive, Orlando, died Thursday, Nov. 11. Mr. Potter was an Air Force chief master sergeant. Born in Plainfield, Wis., he moved to Central Florida in 1956. He was Roman Catholic. He was an Air Force veteran. Survivors: sons, Kenneth B., Titusville, Ralph J., Bedford, Texas, Michael E., Oviedo, Patrick E., Gotha; daughter, Margaret Evans, Orlando; sister, Ruth Lorbiecki, Wisconsin. WALLACE H. RYAN SR., 80, 615 E. New Haven Ave., Apt. 305, Melbourne, died Wednesday, Nov. 10. Mr. Ryan was a retired Baptist minister. Born in Feasterville, Pa., he moved to Central Florida in 1996.
