NORMAN BENJAMIN COHEN, 85, Parkview Lake Drive, Orlando, died Wednesday, Nov. 10. Mr. Cohen was owner and operator of Royal Shoe Store. Born in New Hampshire, he moved to Central Florida in 1991.
