VIOLA E. "BUTCH" KOTLARSKI, 91, Alveron Avenue, Orlando, died Wednesday, Sept. 29, of congestive heart failure. Mrs. Kotlarski was a braider-tender. JOSEPH EARL LETT III, 67, Loon Court, Daytona Beach, died Tuesday, Sept. 28. Mr. Lett was the retired owner of General Sales and Associates, Washington, D.C. Born in Richmond, Va., he moved to Central Florida in 1989. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member and past president of the Pelican Bay Country Club, Daytona Beach.
