THELMA J. ALLEN, 63, Byrd Avenue, Sanford, died Friday, Oct. 1. Mrs. Allen was a medical records clerk for Central Florida Community Clinic. CARRIE "ELLA" MCKINNON BAILEY, 81, East Orlando Street, Orlando, died Friday, Sept. 24. Mrs. Bailey was a homemaker. Born in Nashville, Ga., she moved to Central Florida in 1962.
