BOTKINS - Jay D. Poor, 67, died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2003, at 3:40 p.m. in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Botkins with the Rev. Patrick Sloneker officiating.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday at the Long and Folk Chapel of the Bayliff and Eley Funeral Home in Wapakoneta.
Memorials may be directed to the American Association for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Paul David Jesse, 40, beloved husband, son, brother and uncle, died suddenly at home on Dec. 2, 2003.
Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. in the Rutherford Funeral Home at Powell, 450 W. Olentangy St., Powell.
Additional visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday, at St. John Lutheran Church, 6135 Rings Road, Dublin, where Paul was a member.
Funeral services will be held at the church Monday at 1 p.m., with Pastor David K. Reimann officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to United Cerebral Palsy of Central Ohio, 440 Industrial Mile Road, Columbus, OH 43228 or the A.M. Rehwinkle Trust Fund of Concordia Seminary, in Paul’s memory.
The funeral home is located on Powell Road, one-fourth mile east of Sawmill Parkway. The church is located at the intersection of Rings and Avery roads.
