ALBRIGHT
Jack Albright, 54, of Van Wert, died Wednesday, November 9, 2005, at his residence.
He was born September 27, 1951, in Van Wert, the son of Charles Albright, who survives in Van Wert, and the late Margaret A. “Peg” (McKeddie) Albright. He married Nancy Schroeder, who survives in Van Wert.
Mr. Albright was a self-employed construction worker. He was Presbyterian, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a member of the Marine Corps boxing team. He was also a Golden Gloves boxer and an avid sportsman.
In addition to his father and wife, survivors include two sons, Chip and Thomas Albright, both of Van Wert, and three brothers, Bill Albright and Jim (Ute) Albright, both of Angola, Ind., and Bob (Linda) Albright of Defiance.
Private family funeral services will be conducted.
Viewing hours are 2-6 p.m. Saturday, November 12, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home in Van Wert.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Wee Care Learning Center in Van Wert.

YOUNG
Leona P. “Aunt Onie” Young, 80, of Van Wert, died early Thursday morning, November 10, 2005, at her residence.
She was born March 13, 1925, in Mercer County, the daughter of the late Doyle and Dessie (Fleetwood) Bebout. She married Roland E. Young, who died in 1972.
Mrs. Young was a homemaker and also had retired from Federal-Mogul’s National Seal Division plant in Van Wert. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Van Wert, was an avid bowler and golfer in the Van Wert area for many years and also was a member of the Ladies of the Moose in Van Wert.
Survivors include three sisters, Helyn Bowersock and Edna (C. Ed) Kanney, both of Van Wert, and Mildred Hertz of Cincinnati; a sister-in-law, Betty Vogt of Van Wert, and six nieces and nephews, Rose Ann (Lou) Dickinson and Jim Bebout, both of Van Wert, Chuck (Diane) Kanney of Naperville, Ill., Pam (Howard) Ekey of Perry, Ga., Bonnie (Tom) Gulker of Cincinnati and Bruce Hertz of Woodbridge, Va.
She was preceded in death by a son, Michael E. Young, and a brother, Richard Bebout.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, November 13, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home in Van Wert, with the Rev. James Howell officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.
Viewing hours are 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday, November 12, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Heart Association or a charity of donor’s choice.

SHARP
Martha Lucille Sharp, 85, of Rockford, died Saturday morning, November 12, 2005, at the Ashtabula Medical Center in Ashtabula.
She was born December 7, 1919, in Ohio City, the daughter of Charles and M. Gertrude (Walters) Ault. On September 3, 1944, she married Arlo Dean Sharp, who preceded her in death on January 9, 1978.
Mrs. Sharp was a clerk at the B&W (Winkler's) IGA grocery store in Rockford for many years. She was a member of Rockford Methodist Church (formerly Grace United Methodist Church) in Rockford.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda (Paul) Clemens of Ashtabula and Rebecca (Frank) Barron of Branford, Conn.; a sister, Rhea Lockhart of Ohio City, and three grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne and Waldo Ault, and three sisters, Ava Ault, Evelyn Oechsle and Arlo Rader.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 18, at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, with Pastor Mike Berne officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Rockford.
Viewing hours are from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, November 17, and an hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.

CONKLING
Dean Conkling, 70, of Delphos, died early Saturday morning, November 12, 2005, at his residence.
He was born June 22, 1935, in Indiana, the son of the late Fred and Nevada Conkling.
Mr. Conkling worked at General Tire for 40 years and retired from Trelleborg. He was the past owner of Food Harbor in Peru, Ind.
Survivors include a son, Fred Conkling of Roan, Ind.; one stepson, Jerry (Jackie) Mooneyhan of Peru; two sisters, Pat (Jim) Hodgeson of Delphos and Shirley (Jack) McCarter of Green Town, Ind.; two brothers, Harold Binnion of Green Town, Ind., and Billey Binnion of Arkansas; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 16, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Home/Rybolt Chapel, 314 N. Washington St., Swayzee, Ind., with the Rev. Jim Miller officiating. Burial will be in Trail Kill Cemetery.
Viewing hours are 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, November 15, and an hour prior to services on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Delphos Area Visiting Nurses.

RUNYAN
William H. Runyan II, 52, of Delphos, died from injuries sustained in an automobile accident at 9:15 p.m. Saturday, November 12, 2005.
He was born May 6, 1953, in Lima, the son of the late Todd E. Sr. and Wilma J. (Best) Runyan. He married Kesha Cross Feathers, who survives.
Mr. Runyan was employed at Allen County Fabrication in Lima. He had also served in the U.S. Air Force.
In addition to his wife, survivors include a son, Travis Runyan of St. Louis, Mo.; two daughters, Kellie Runyan and Hallie Runyan, both of Delphos; a stepdaughter, Kayla Feathers of Delphos; three brothers, Michael Runyan of Delphos, David (Tracy) Runyan of Moore, Okla., and Todd (Jacie) Runyan of Connersville, Ind.; three sisters, Mary (Ralph) Shaeffer and Patricia LaRue, both of Delphos, and Debra (Scott) Coplin of Middle Point, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William H. I and Helen (Riley) Runyan, and his maternal grandparents, Leander J. and Priscilla E. (Kiggins) Best.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 16, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home in Delphos. Graveside military rites will be performed by the Delphos Veterans Council.
Viewing hours are 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, November 15, at the funeral home.
Memorial contribution's may be directed to Mr. Runyan's children's college fund.

HUGGINS
Genelda M. Huggins, 94, of Lima and formerly of Delphos, died at 5:30 a.m. Saturday, November 12, 2005, at Sarah Jane Living Center in Delphos.
She was born November 14, 1910, in Delphos, the daughter of the late Bernard and Frances (Schaffner) Wiechart. On April 27, 1965, she married Harold Huggins, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Huggins was a theater manager at the Ohio Theatre and the American Mall Theatre. She was also a bookkeeper at Greggs Department Store. She was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church in Lima; a regent for the Daughters of Isabella Lodge; president of St. Rose and St. Charles Altar Society; a past president of the National Council of Catholic Women in Lima and a member of the St. Rita's Hospital Auxiliary.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Betty Wiechart, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Gilbert, Anthony, Jerome and Bernard Wiechart, and four sisters, Aileen Bendele, Martha Mosier, Dolly Haunhorst and Rita Bonifas.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 15, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, with Father Thomas Gorman o St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church officiating. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery in Delphos.
Viewing hours are from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday, November 14, at the funeral home, where a wake service will be held at 7:30 that evening.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

BROWN
Janet Brown, 71, of Cloverdale, died at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2005, at her residence.
She was born December 11, 1933, in Putnam County, the daughter of the late Felix and Margaret (Sterling) Wieging. On June 19, 1981, she married Richard O. Brown, who survives in Cloverdale.
Mrs. Brown retired from Paradise Oaks Nursing Home after 36 years as a nurse's aide and beautician. She enjoyed embroidery and woodworking, but her passion was her family. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Ottoville and a graduate of Fort Jennings High School.
In addition to her husband, survivors include two sons, Michael (Brenda) Ricker of Delphos and Mark (Becky) Ricker of Ottoville; 11 daughters, Julia (Keith) Kleman of Venedocia, Kathy (Wayne) Risner of Grover Hill, Laura (Philip) Johnson of Chippewa Falls, Wis., Margaret (Michael) Pavel of Van Wert, Deanna Jewell of Grover Hill, Elaine (Chuck) Metcalfe and Amy (David) Zalar, both of Delphos, Malinda Ricker of Van Wert, Linda (David) Neth of Lima, Robin (Jeff) McGinnis of Westminster and Kelly (David) Butler of Lima; a sister, Beth "Bess" Gener of Delphos; 38 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sons, David, Timothy and Bernard Ricker.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, November 18, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Ottoville, with Father John Sites officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Fort Jennings.
Viewing hours are 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, November 17, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, where a parish wake service will be held at 8 that evening.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Delphos Hospice or the Ottoville EMS squad.
