FORLOW
Naomi Faye Forlow, 91, of Van Wert, died at 5 a.m. Friday, April 25, 2003, at Laurels of Shane Hill nursing home in Rockford.
She was born January 16, 1912, in Rockford, the daughter of Charles E. and Pearl (Baird) Hawk.
Ms. Forlow retired from Continental Can Co. after 33 years.
Survivors include two sisters, Louise Sielschott and Kathleen Snook Hays, both of Celina.
She was preceded in death by seven brothers, Reid, Rex, William, Paul, Gordon, A.J. and Carl Hawk.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling hours are from 1-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

FOUST
Mary Arlene Foust, 81, of Scott, died at 6:43 a.m. Monday, April 28, 2003, at Van Wert County Hospital.
She was born December 28, 1921, in Paulding County, the daughter of the late Virn F. and Bertha I. (Hoover) Sanderson. On September 1, 1940, she married Delmar D. Foust, who died January 24, 1991.
Mrs. Foust worked many years at Dana Weatherhead in Antwerp. she was a member of Country Chapel United Methodist Church in Haviland and the women's society of the church. She also enjoyed traveling.
Survivors include three sons, Cecil (Brenda) Foust of Convoy, Jean W. (Judy) Foust of Van Wert and Jerry W. (Marylin) Foust of Venedocia; two daughters, Rosemary (Dan) Todd of Atlanta, Ga., and Cheryll (Louis) Miller of Defiance; 10 grandchildren; one stepgrandchild; eight great-grandchildren, and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant brother.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home in Van Wert. Burial will be in Blue Creek Cemetery in Haviland.
Calling hours are 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

LAUDICK
Patricia L. Laudick, 72, of Spring City, Tenn., and formerly of Delphos, died at 2:15 p.m. Monday, April 28, 2003, at her daughter's residence in Bluffton.
She was born May 27, 1930, in Fort Jennings, the daughter of the late Stewart and Myrtle (Harter) Adams. On May 20, 1950, she married Mervin "Mike" Laudick, who survives in Spring City.
Mrs. Laudick retired from Beckman Furniture as a seamstress. She was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary 3035 and a past member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, both in Delphos. She was a member of St. Bridget's Catholic Church in Dayton, Tenn., and was a member of the Spring City Senior Citizens group. She liked making crafts and enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, walking and ceramics.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, David (Ann) Laudick of Kokomo, Ind.; one daughter, Diane (Brett) Stratton of Bluffton; a sister, Ruth Graff of Logansport, Ind.; one brother, Gerald "Fuzzy" (Wilma) Adams of Lakeview; two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Edith Smith, Hazel Gabbert and Ethel Miller, and one brother, Harold Adams.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Delphos, with Father Randy Geisige officiating. Burial will be in Fort Jennings Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Calling hours are 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Harter & Son Memorial Chapel, where a parish wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m.

WINSCOTT
Loretta Wilhemena Winscott, 87, of Rockford, died at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 29, 2003, at Celina Manor nursing home.
She was born December 20, 1915, in Dearborn County, Ind., the daughter of the late Roy and Alta M. (Gugel) Glardon. On December 14, 1935, she married Willard Winscott, who died June 16, 1979.
Mrs. Winscott was a homemaker and had lived in Rockford since 1958, coming from Hope, Ind. She was a member of Rockford United Methodist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Judith (Brian) Mahon of Bradenton, Fla., Mary (John) Garrett of Columbus and Marcia Winscott of Rockford; a sister, Rosella (Luther) Welch of Bloomfield, Ind.; four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services for family and friends will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Riverside Cemetery, with Pastor Michael Berne of Rockford United Methodist Church officiating.
There will be no visitation.
Memorial contributions may be made on behalf of Mrs. Winscott to the church or the American Diabetes Association.

RODRIGUEZ
Adolph Garza Rodriguez, 64, of New Bremen and formerly of Rockford, died at 7:55 a.m. Tuesday, April 29, 2003, at his residence.
He was born in San Antonio, Texas, to the late Adolph and Maria (Guadlupe) Rodriguez. On December 8, 1984, he married Mary Anna Holdshoe, who survives.
Mr. Rodriguez was a maintenance supervisor for Master Maintenance. He was a Vietnam War veteran and had served in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps. He had lived in New Bremen for the past 10 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Christopher (Kathleen) Rodriguez of the Akron/Canton area and Ryan Rodriguez of San Diego, Calif.; a daughter, Pamela (Robert) Cochran of Kalamazoo, Mich.; three stepsons, James Emmins of New Bremen, William Emmins of Coldwater and Paul Emmins of Lima; two brothers, Jesse (Connie) Rodriguez of New Bremen and Benito (Esther) Rodriguez of Florida; six sisters, Mary (Greg) Barnett of Celina, Helen (Jay) Litherland of Florida, Margaret (Robert) McNoughton of Georgia, Bebe (Robert) Hicks of Wisconsin, Beda (Robert) Sielschott of Lima and Judy (Brad) Mann of Michigan, and a grandson.
Graveside services for family and friends will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday at Riverside Cemetery in Rockford, with Pastor Robert Cochran officiating.
There will be no visitation.

BURKHEIMER
Cloyd M. "Stoney" Burkheimer, 56, of Van Wert, died at 12:32 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, 2003, at Van Wert County Hospital.
He was born December 8, 1946, in Allen County, Ohio, the son of the late Cloyd M. Sr. and Beulah L. (Graham) Burkheimer. On June 7, 1968, he married Patricia E. McCune, who survives.
Mr. Burkheimer worked at Federal-Mogul Corp. in Van Wert for more than 26 years and currently was co-owner-operator of Tricia's Quality Furniture in Van Wert. He also promoted and ran B&B Demolition Derby at the Van Wert and Paulding County fairs and in several small towns in Indiana. He attended First Friends Church in Van Wert.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four sons, James S. (Ava) Burkheimer, Brent A. Burkheimer, Joshua M. Burkheimer and Christopher C. Burkheimer, all of Van Wert; one brother, Emerson (Vicki) Burkheimer of Mercer; one sister, Linda S. (Albert) Swany of Swanton, and a granddaughter, Sierra Bixler.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home in Van Wert, the Rev. Job Stagner officiating. Burial will be in Kossuth Cemetery in Kossuth.

COUCH
Arnold Couch Sr., 81, of Van Wert, died at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, 2003, at Van Wert Manor nursing home.
He was born February 2, 1922, in Hazzard, Ky., the son of the late Chester and Polly Couch. He married Marie Henson, who died June 2, 1977.
Mr. Couch was a retired coal miner.
Survivors include four sons, Ed Couch, Arnold Couch Jr., Lester Couch and Harold Couch; two daughters, Jane Krois and Nora Crouch; three brothers, Kermit Couch, Woody Couch and Dan Couch; one sister, Corsa Stidham; nine grandchildren, Ted Couch, Mark Couch, Chris Couch, Joseph Couch, Robert Krois, David Krois, Steven Krois, Maggie Couch and Jared Couch, and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three sons, Chester and twins Johnie and Jack; three brothers, Mark, Don and Floyd, and three sisters, Reva, Ollie and Shirley.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at Brickner Funeral Home, the Rev. Paul W. Miller officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.
Calling hours are 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
