WOOSTER -- Ruth M. Delmont, 91, formerly of Woodland Avenue, died Sunday morning, Oct. 15, 2000, at Smithville Western Care Center.
Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home in Wooster, with the Rev. David Stout officiating. Burial will be at Wooster Cemetery.
Friends may call one hour prior to the services.
She was born Oct. 29, 1908, in Massillon, to Robert and Margaret (Sutton) McCauley.
Surviving are a son-in-law, Howard Leeson and his wife, Mary, of Tavares, Fla.; grandchildren and their spouses, Mike and Lois Leeson, Paul and Karen Leeson and Debbie and Herman Angle, all of Wooster; great-grandchildren, Jenny Anderson, Brian Snyder, Mark and Terri Leeson; step-great-grandchildren, Ryan and Scott Kirk and Shelby Lupole; a great-great-grandchild, Kaleb Anderson; and a sister, Mary Dehoff of Massillon.
Her husbands, Paul Edwin Delmont and Henry Shelly, died previously.

Gretchen Miller
ORRVILLE -- Gretchen Miller, 88, formerly of Kenwood Drive, died Sunday, Oct. 15, 2000, at Brenn-Field Nursing Center in Orrville.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born Sept. 16, 1912, in Wayne County to Don and Julia Ann (Morr) Armstrong and married Ross E. Miller on June 20, 1931. He died Jan. 3, 1998.
Surviving are a daughter, Pat (Jim) Lonier of Orrville; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; brothers, Dean Armstrong of Loudonville, Robert Armstrong of Santa Anna, Calif., and Marion Armstrong of Shreve; and sisters, Pauline Rush of Ashland and Marie Acker of Shreve.

Mary Lynch
SEBRING, Fla. -- Mary Evelyn Lynch, 83, of Sebring, Fla., formerly of North Lawrence and West Farmington, died Friday, Oct. 13, 2000, in Florida.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home in Canal Fulton, with the Rev. Donald Cooper officiating. Burial will be at Newman Creek Cemetery in North Lawrence.
Friends may call Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. John United Methodist Church in Sebring, Fla.
She was born in North Lawrence and married John W. Lynch. He died in 1988.
Surviving are children, Cathie Bates of Sebring, Fla., Robert Lynch of Irving, Texas, William Lynch of Sandusky and Kenneth Lynch of Ashland; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and brothers, Merril and Harold Feichter, both of North Lawrence.

Ray Zook
BELTSVILLE, Md. -- Ray Donovan Zook, 80, of Beltsville, Md., died Sunday, Oct. 8, 2000.
Memorial services will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at Borgwardt Funeral Home in Beltsville, Md.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Cancer Society.
Surviving are four children, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two sisters.

Zelphia McVicker
METZ, W.Va. -- Zelphia Roseanna McVicker, 81, of Glover Gap Community, died Sunday, Oct. 15, 2000, at St. Barbara's Nursing Home in Monongah, W.Va.
She was the mother and mother-in-law of Judith E. and Donal Shamblen of Wooster.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main St., Mannington, W.Va., with the Rev. Lynn White officiating. Burial will be at Mannington Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born Sept. 7, 1919, in Farmington, W.Va., to Harry and Lucy (Davis) Kuhn and married Harold A. Kuhn Sr. He died previously.
Other survivors include children, Harold (Donna) McVicker and Francis "Butch" (Brenda J.) McVicker, both of Metz, W.Va., and Richard (Judy) McVicker of Mannington, W.Va.; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; a brother, Kinsey Kuhn of Lorain; sisters, Naomi Snider of Rockledge, Fla., and Carol Kintner of Cocoa Beach, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.

Donald Glassner
RITTMAN -- Donald J. Glassner, 85, 112 Clover St., died Sunday, Oct. 15, 2000, at Akron General Medical Center.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, with the Rev. Father Philip P. Pritt officiating. Burial will be at St. Anne Cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. at Gillman Funeral Home in Rittman, where a Christian Wake service will be held at 8:30 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anne Catholic Church, 139 S. First St., Rittman 44270.
He was born in Akron to Charles and Catherine (Blaes) Glassner.
Surviving are sons, E. Donald (Linda) Glassner of St. Louis, Mo., and David T. Glassner of Carrollton, Texas; five grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and brothers, John J. Glassner and William T. Glassner, both of Akron.
His wife, Eleanor Glassner, died Oct. 23, 1995.

Jeremiah Baldwin
ORRVILLE -- Jeremiah Edward Baldwin, 12, 814 W. Market St., died Saturday afternoon, Oct. 14, 2000, at Children's Hospital Medical Center of Akron, after a two-week illness.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Auble Funeral Home in Orrville, with the Rev. Kenneth Baldwin officiating. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville.
Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Ida Sue School, 266 Oldman Road, Wooster 44691.
He was born June 25, 1988, in Orrville to Keith E. and Sandra L. (Miller) Baldwin. They survive.
Surviving in addition to his parents are brothers, Adam T. and Tyler J., both of the home; maternal grandmother, Eleanor Miller of Orrville; paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Marjorie Baldwin of Tallmadge; uncles and aunts, Kevin (Stephanie) Baldwin, John (Georgianne) Miller and Jo Ann (Don) Hill, all of Orrville, Keri Baldwin of Tallmadge, Donna Fairchild of Texas, and Kathy (David) Johnston of Virginia; cousins, Belinda Brigg, Jennifer Proudfoot and Matthew Baldwin, all of Orrville, Ryan Johnston of Virginia, and Bonnie Hill of Wooster.

Calvin Bucy
APPLE CREEK -- Calvin W. Bucy, 82, of Apple Creek, died Saturday, Oct. 14, 2000, at Brenn-Field Nursing Center in Orrville.
Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel, Wooster, with pastor Clifford Beck officiating. Entombment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.

He was born June 30, 1918, in Glenmont to Hambie and Ida (Uhl) Bucy and married Eva Smail on June 30, 1945. She survives.
Other survivors include children and their spouses Calvin and Cindy Bucy and Shirley Bucy, all of Apple Creek, Howard Bucy of Sheppard, Texas, and Cliff and Sara Bucy of Wooster; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Richard Oswalt
LOUDONVILLE -- Richard L. Oswalt, 68, 127 S. Adams St., died Saturday, Oct. 14, 2000, at Colonial Manor Health Care Center, after a four-month illness.
Graveside services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery, with the Rev. Steve Seaman officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion.
There will be no calling hours. Byerly-Lindsey Funeral Home in Loudonville is handling arrangements.
He was born Sept. 14, 1932, in Lucas to Blair and Louella (Lambert) Oswalt and married Nancy McKee on May 29, 1955. She survives.
Other survivors include daughters and their spouses Jenny and Douglas Duncan of Perrysville and Teresa and Terry Mailloux of Loudonville; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his mother, Louella Oswalt Forbes of Loudonville; a brother, Terry Oswalt of Loudonville; and sisters Carol Hershberger of Medina and Patsy Chipner of Vero Beach, Fla.

Lois Mowrey
WOOSTER -- Lois C. Mowrey, 91, formerly of West Old Lincoln Way, died Saturday morning, Oct. 14, 2000, at West View Manor.
Services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home in Wooster, with the Rev. David Harding officiating. Burial will be at Reedsburg Cemetery.
Friends may call one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Oak Chapel United Methodist Church, 4203 W. Old Lincoln Way, Wooster 44691.
She was born April 24, 1909, in Springville, Wayne County, to Carl and Sara (Haudenshield) Stull and married Arlo Mowrey on Aug. 20, 1933. He died in 1940.
Surviving are a son, James A. Mowrey of Wooster; grandchildren Jamie Mowrey of Uniondale, Pa., and Beth Mowrey Weingart of Fort Myers, Fla.; a sister, Grace Suman of Las Vegas, Nev.; nephews Tom, Dick and Emerson Stull and Mark Suman; and a niece, Eileen Cutlip.

Glen Cameron
PERRYSBURG -- Glen B. Cameron, 75, of Perrysburg, formerly of Wooster, died Friday, Oct. 13, 2000, at The Manor in Perrysburg.
Services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee. Burial will be at Preston Cemetery, Hardin County.
Friends may call Monday from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family suggests contributions may be made to Paul's Peers Respite Care Program at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Maumee; or the American Parkinson's Disease Association, 1250 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, N.Y. 10305.
He was born Nov. 30, 1924, in East Cleveland to Frank and Irene (Cowell) Cameron.
Surviving are his wife, Patricia B. Cameron; children and their spouses Guy and Karen Cameron of Maumee and Yvonne and Michael Snyder of Ashland; eight grandchildren; and a brother, Dean Cameron and his wife, Betty.

Gail Moser
COLUMBIANA -- Gail Louise Moser, 90, 43096 Crestview Road, died Friday, Oct. 13, 2000, at Salem Community Hospital. She had been in declining health for the past six months.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home in Columbiana with the Rev. Earl Crecelius officiating. Burial will be at Columbiana Cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Church of Christ, 140 S, Main St., Columbiana 44408.
She was born Aug. 30, 1910 in East Union Township, Wayne County to George and Minnie (Blosser) Saurer.
Surviving are two sons, Marion Moser of Columbiana and Raymond Moser of Leetonia; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Jess Hanners
CRESTON -- Jess W. "Bill" Hanners, 84, 137 Garden St., died Friday morning, Oct. 13, 2000, at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with the Rev. Donald Kuntz officiating. Burial will be at East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Brunswick.
Friends may call Sunday from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was born May 2, 1916 in Dakota, W.Va. to James and Matilda (Griffith) Hanners and married Mae Nihiser on June 8, 1940. She died Aug. 4, 1979. He then married Frances Huffman on July 12, 1980. She survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Dara Hanners of Cleveland; stepdaughters, Diana K. Huffman of Lakewood and Kim Lovejoy of Cleveland; two grandsons and two sisters, Beulah Auer of Shelby and Fannie Rinehart of London.

Dolores Alexander
BIG PRAIRIE -- Dolores L. Alexander, 66, 12952 State Route 39, died Thursday afternoon, Oct. 12, 2000 at the Wooster Community Hospital, following an extended illness.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Nashville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Thomas E. Wallace officiating. Burial will be at the Nashville Cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg.
She was born Feb. 27, 1934 in Nashville and was the daughter of Fred L. and Edna Mae (McGuire) Kinsey. On April 7, 1951 she married Royal Alexander and he survives.

Alfred Sperry
BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Alfred E. "Ted" "Popee" Sperry, 82, of Boca Raton, Fla. and formerly of Wooster, died Thursday, Oct. 12, 2000, at Hospice by the Sea in Boca Raton, Fla.
A memorial service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Partridge Baptist Church, 5600 Coral Ridge Drive, Coral Springs, Fla.
Family suggest contributions be made to Hospice by the Sea, 1531 W. Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, Fla. 33486-3395.
Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Dorothy (Davenport) Sperry; children, Sue (Ron) Kropomicki of Palm City, Fla., Carol Brunton of Hypoluxo, Fla., Ted (Sharon) Sperry of Stuart, Fla. and Connie Trettien of Longwood, Fla.; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Alice Rodusky
WOOSTER -- Alice Mary Rodusky, 81, of West View Manor, died Thursday, Oct. 12, 2000, at Wooster Community Hospital.
Service of Christian burial will be Monday at 10 a.m. at the Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel in Wooster. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brook Park.
Friends may call Sunday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born Aug. 25, 1919 in Manhattan, N.Y. to Ernest and Alice (Carroll) Heim and married Joseph Rodusky on May 18, 1940. He died in 1995.
Surviving are children Paul Rodusky of Wooster and Cecelia (James) Baldwin of Texas City, Texas; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and sisters, Elizabeth Schultz of San Diego, Calif. and Helen Flanigan of Jim Thorpe, Pa.

Lydia Miller
WINESBURG -- Lydia Miller, 94, of 2038 County Road 160, died Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2000, at her home from injuries sustained in a house fire.
Services will be held on Saturday at 9 a.m. at the family residence with Bishop Aden J. Hershberger officiating. Burial will be in the Raber Cemetery, Wayne Township, Tuscarawas County.
Friends may call anytime at the family home.
Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton is handling arrangements.
She was born May 26, 1906 in Garrettsville to Crist and Elizabeth (Gingerich) Kurtz and married Joe M. Miller on Jan. 12, 1928. He died March 21, 1998.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Dan (Elsie) Coblentz of Middlebury, Ind., Mrs. Gilbert (Verna) Stutzman of Nappanee, Ind., and Emma Miller of the home; six sons, Atlee J. (Emma) Miller of Minerva, Daniel J. Miller of Greensboro, Ala., Melvin J. (Esther) Miller of McConnelsville, Ben J. (Rosanna) Miller of Belle Center, John J. (Mattie) Miller of the home, and Jake J. Miller of Middlebury, Ind.; 60 grandchildren, 230 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Eli (Irene) Wengerd of Geauga County; three brothers, Dan Kurtz of Sarasota, Fla., Ervin Kurtz of Hartville, and Crist Kurtz of Cochranton, Pa.

Kathleen Force
MILLERSBURG -- Kathleen L. Force, 78, of Millersburg, died Thursday, Oct. 12, 2000, at the Joel Pomerene Memorial Hospital, following a short illness.
Services will be Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at the Alexander Funeral Home. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call two hours prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
She was born April 17, 1922 in Millersburg to Charles and Viola (Deetz) Carpenter and married Forest F. Force on May 24, 1947. He died Oct. 5, 1998.
Surviving are two sons, Gene Richard Force and Gary Force, both of Millersburg; a granddaughter and a great-granddaughter.

Cloy Miller
WATERLOO, Iowa -- Cloy M. Miller, 96, 1955 Heath St., died Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2000, at his home after an extended illness.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service in Iowa City, Iowa.
Memorial contributions may be made to General Relief Fund of the Mennonite Central Committee, Akron, Pa.
Mr. Miller was born Jan. 28, 1904, in Holmes County.
He is survived by children, Barbara Buss of Iowa City, Iowa, and J. Philip Miller of Boston, Mass.; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Richard Miller of Fort Dodge, Iowa.
His wife, Mary, died previously.
