MONTCLAIR, Calif. -- John Alexander "Jack" Hutchison, 87, of Montclair, Calif., died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2000, at U.S. Family Care Medical Center in Montclair, Calif.
Memorial services will be Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at Claremont Presbyterian Church, Claremont, Calif.

He was born March 2, 1912, in Cedar Grove, N.J., and was married to Julia Hutchison for 63 years. She survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are children, John of Schenectady, N.Y., Ralph of Ypsilanti, Mich., William of Amherst, N.H., Helen of Oakland, Calif., and Ruth of Chino, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and a sister, Martha Easton of Delaware.
Dale Hess
RITTMAN -- Dale E. Hess, 72, 10348 Steiner Road, died Wednesday morning, Jan. 12, 2000, at his home.
Services will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Rittman Apostolic Christian Church. Burial will be at the Apostolic Cemetery.
Friends may call Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at Gillman Funeral Home in Rittman, or one hour prior to the services at the church.

He was born June 9, 1927, in Rittman to Ernest and Mary (Kasserman) Hess and married Ellen Aebi on June 12, 1948. She survives.
Other survivors include children, Jerry Hess, Dan Hess and his wife, Pat, all of Sterling, Mrs. Terry (Debbie) Boreman of Rittman and Mrs. Bill (Sandi) Watson of Massillon; nine grandchildren; a brother, Donald Hess of Woodsfield; and sisters, Ida Shoup of Orrville and Carol Frary of Rittman.
Albert Jones
LARGO, Fla. -- Albert T. Jones, 96, of Largo, Fla., formerly of Rittman, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2000, at Suncoast Hospital in Largo, Fla.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Gillman Funeral Home in Rittman, with the Rev. Richard A. Lapehn officiating. Burial will be at Rittman Cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home, where Masonic services will be held at 3:30 p.m.
He was born June 24, 1903, in Barberton to Francis J. and Sarah (Wood) Jones and married Mary Jones. She died in 1981.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Patricia Manson
WOOSTER -- Patricia J. Manson, 69, 2591 Batdorf Road, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2000, at Austin Health Care Center.
Private services will be held. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel, Wooster, is handling arrangements.
She was born Dec. 23, 1930, in Oklahoma City, Okla., to James Blaine and Nannie (Hundly) Vicars and married Richard Manson on Jan. 24, 1948. He survives.
Other survivors include daughters, Sharon Morris and Shirley Mendenhall, both of Wooster; two granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; and brothers, James Vicars of Wooster, Russell Vicars of Shreve and Ronnie Vicars of Orrville.
Norman Aylesworth
WORTHINGTON -- Norman Douglas Aylesworth, 88, of Worthington, formerly of Wooster, died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2000, at Riverside Hospital, after a brief illness.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 N. High St. (1/2 mile south of I-270), where friends may call Friday from 12:30-2 p.m. The Rev. Dr. Edge Dixon will officiate. Burial will be at Kingwood Memorial Park.
He was born July 19, 1911, in Big Prairie to James C. and Dora (Smetzer) Aylesworth.
Surviving are his wife of 64 years, Roberta Aylesworth; a son, Randall Aylesworth and his wife, Carrol, of Columbus; and granddaughters, Susan (Geoff) Retz and Laura Aylesworth, all of Columbus.
Mary Norris
DOVER -- Mary M. Norris, 98, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2000, at Country Club Retirement Center in Dover, after an extended illness.
She was the mother of Charles A. Norris of Smithville.
Private graveside services will be held at Evergreen Burial Park in New Philadelphia, with the Rev. Donald Watson officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association for research.
She was born June 25, 1901, in Keene, Coshocton County, to Charles and Harriet Pew and married Charles R. Norris. He died in 1990.
Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. William H. (Mary) Eick of Brewster; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Charles Moot
CANTON -- Charles Gordon Moot, 73, of Canton, died Saturday morning, Jan. 8, 2000.
He was a hearing aid specialist for more than 50 years, having clientele in the Wooster area.
Services were held Tuesday, Jan. 11, at Reed Funeral Home in Canton.
He was born Sept. 20, 1926, in Schenectady, N.Y., to Richmond and Edith Moot.
Surviving are his wife of 45 years, Annette Moot, three children, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two brothers.
David Lehman Sr.
WOOSTER -- David L. Lehman Sr., 64, 323 W. Larwill St., died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2000, at his home.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at McIntire, Davis & Greene Home in Wooster, with the Revs. Clancy Cruise, William Valentine and LeRoy Adams officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

Homer Miller
WOOSTER -- Homer E. "Pat" Miller, 83, 4130 Swanson Blvd., formerly of Creston, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2000, at Smithville-Western Care Center, after a lengthy illness.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Creston Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. James McCurdy officiating. Burial will be at Jackson Cemetery.

He was born Feb. 26, 1916, on the family farm near Hermanville to Zeno S. and Stella (Lehman) Miller and married Helen Zuercher on Nov. 2, 1941. She survives.

Golden Johnson
SHREVE -- Golden K. Johnson, 62, 330 Water St., P.O. Box 378, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2000, at Wooster Community Hospital.
Memorial services will be Friday at 6 p.m. at New Liberty Baptist Church, 207 Center St., Ashland, with the Rev. Michael Thompson officiating.

'Skeeter' Clark
MILLERSBURG -- Wendell "Skeeter" Clark, 43, 3567 State Route 83, died Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 11, 2000, at his home after an extended illness.
Private graveside services will be Friday at Killbuck Cemetery, with the Rev. Cliff Hartley officiating.
Friends may call Thursday from 6-9 p.m. at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg.

He was born Aug. 15, 1956, in Millersburg, to Wendell and Irene (Sheneman) Clark Sr., and married Cathy Ridenbaugh on June 14, 1975. She survives.
Other survivors include sons, Jamie Clark and his wife, Melisa, and Jeremy Clark, all of Millersburg; two grandchildren; his mother of Millersburg; and sisters, Mrs. Mark (Wendy) Gibson and Mrs. Donnie (Kristy) McCluggage, both of Millersburg and Mrs. Rodney (Debra) Lint of Glenmont.
His father died previously.
Archer Dague
LODI -- Archer Earl Dague, 82, of Lodi, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2000, at Akron City Hospital.
Memorial services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church at Crawford Corners, West Salem, with the Rev. Martha L. Mathatas officiating.

He was born Dec. 19, 1917, in Wadsworth to Clinton J. and Florence (Platell) Dague and was married to Freda (Mosier) Dague for 59 years. She survives.

Surviving are children and their spouses, William Edward and Tami Rock of Westmoreland, Tenn., Judy Ann and David Snure, Sally Jo and Gary Cornelius, Desiree Goad and David Arnette and John Edmund and Lori Rock, all of Wooster; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Mildred Milham of Shreve and Martha "Polly" Mohn of St. Petersburg, Fla.
'Bill' Sargeant
WEST SALEM -- William H. "Bill" Sargeant, 67, 8273 W. Pleasant Home Road, entered into rest Monday evening, Jan. 10, 2000, in ICU at Ohio State University Hospital, after a lengthy illness.
Services will be Friday at 3 p.m. at Blachleyville United Church of Christ, with the Revs. Allen Imhoff and Sylvia Miatke officiating. Burial will be at Blachleyville Cemetery, where military rites will be conducted by American Legion Post 68 of Wooster and bugler Kenneth Holtzworth.

Helen Crone
WOOSTER -- Helen I. Crone, 92, formerly of 905 Portage Road, died Monday morning, Jan. 10, 2000, at Glendora Health Care Center, Wooster, where she had been a resident since May 1996.
Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Custer Funeral Home, Wooster, with Bishop Royce Thornton officiating. George Dean and Garth Cahoon will be speakers. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, Funk.

She was born March 28, 1907, in Lima to Christopher and Viana (Vertner) Naas and married Fred C. Crone on Nov. 2, 1929, in Massillon. He died June 17, 1988.
Surviving are a foster son, George S. Ramsier and his wife, Norma J., of Wooster; four granddaughters; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Virginia Adair of Roscommon, Mich.
Myrgle Starner
GLENMONT -- Myrtle P. Starner, 89, of Glenmont, died Tuesday morning, Jan. 11, 2000, at Joel Pomerene Memorial Hospital in Millersburg, after a short illness.
Private graveside services will be Thursday at St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church Cemetery, with Father Ronald J. Aubry officiating.
There will be no calling hours. Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, is handling arrangements.

She was born March 6, 1910, in Reedy, W.Va., to F.S. and Eliza (Nicholson) Hardman and married W.O. "Bill" Starner. He died Nov. 23, 1986.
Surviving are daughters, Pauline Miller and Mrs. Robert H. (Carol) Didinger, both of Big Prairie and Mrs. Robert (Fay) Moore of Orrville; 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Virginia Woods of Fredericktown, Ariz.
Clifford McVay
MILLERSBURG -- Clifford L. "Kip" McVay, 55, of Millersburg, passed away Tuesday morning, Jan. 11, 2000, at Majora Lane Nursing Home, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Private family graveside services will be Saturday, Jan. 15, at 1:30 p.m. at South Lawn Cemetery in Coshocton, with Pastor Ivan Ford officiating.
Arrangements are being handled by Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg.
The family suggests contributions be made to Gospel Hill Ministry, Warsaw.
He was born Sept. 23, 1944, in Winfield, W.Va., to Wesley and Mary (Taylor) McVay.
Surviving are his mother of Millersburg; a daughter, Marsha Wolgomott of Clark; granddaughters, Brittney, Brook and Bethany; brothers and their wives, Leonard and Nora McVay of Warsaw and Glen and Pam McVay of Killbuck; and sisters, Anna McClain of Colorado and Mabel Swindaman of Wooster.
Ruth Young
KELTON, Pa. -- Ruth (Parks) Young, 65, of Kelton, Pa., formerly of Wooster, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2000.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Kelton, Pa.

She was born in March 1934.
Surviving are her husband, Hansford Young; several stepchildren and step-grandchildren; and two brothers.
Roy Winter
