Eileen Heil
BEALLSVILLE -- Eileen E. Heil, 81, 47629 State Route 26, died Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2000, at Barnesville Hospital.
She was the mother and mother-in-law of Philip A. and Sue Heil of Wooster.
Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78, Woodsfield, with the Rev. Donald A. Rock officiating. Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery in Woodsfield.
Friends may call Friday from 2-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born May 5, 1919, in Bellaire to Oscar W. and Stella M. (VanCamp) McLoud and married Albert "Butch" Heil on Feb. 10, 1940. He survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Barbara A. Meek of Beallsville; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Adena Rock
RITTMAN -- Adena M. Rock, 100, formerly of North Street, died Wednesday morning, Sept. 6, 2000, at the Apostolic Christian Home.
Services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Rittman Apostolic Christian Church with ministers of the church officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Wadsworth.
Friends may call tonight (Thursday) from 6-9 at Gillman Funeral Home in Rittman, or one hour prior to the services at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Rittman Apostolic Christian Home, 10680 Steiner Road, Rittman, 44270.
She was born June 25, 1900, in Clarington, Monroe County, to William and Lena (Stauffer) Blatter and married Ralph Rock. He died in 1987.
Surviving are a daughter-in-law, Eva Rock of Wadsworth, who after her husband's death took care of her; three grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Grace Hile
WOOSTER -- Grace Hile, 89, of Wooster, died Monday afternoon, Sept. 4, at Horn Nursing Home in Wooster, where she was a resident since 1998.
Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, Wooster, with the Rev. William H. Valentine officiating. Private burial will be at Jackson Cemetery, Creston, at the convenience of the family.
There will be no calling hours.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
She was born Aug. 1, 1910, in Wooster to Martin and Margaret (Mark) Jolliff and married Robert R. Hile on June 21, 1928, in Kentucky. He died Jan. 17, 1990.
Surviving are a grandson; a great-grandson; a step-great-grandson; and many nieces and nephews.

Glenn Cutle
WOOSTER -- Glenn Alan Cutler, 48, of Wooster, entered into rest Monday afternoon, Sept. 4, 2000, in the emergency room at Dunlap Memorial Hospital in Orrville.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, Wooster, with the Revs. Mark Carstensen and Regis Sullivan officiating. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery, Wooster.
Friends may call Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Glenn A. Cutler Memorial Fund (a trust fund for anticipated college expenses for his children), at any Wayne County National Bank.
He was born Sept. 11, 1951, in Wooster to Maurice and Mildred I. (Ebright) Cutler and married Debra C. Hysmith on July 25, 1975 in Long Beach, Calif. She survives.
Surviving in addition to his loving wife, are daughters, Alicia and Rachel, both of the home; a brother, Ray (Dorothea) Hinkel of Shreve; sisters, Liz (Doug) Gates of Sunbury and Jamie (Byron) Norris of Peru, Ind.; in-laws, James (Norma) Hysmith of Peru, Ind.; nieces, Diana Knight, Stephanie and Janae Norris; nephews, David and Mike Hinkel and Drew and Kevin Norris; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jessi Grove
BREWSTER -- Jessi S. Grove, 17, 32780 State Route 93, died Monday, Sept. 4, 2000, at Akron City Hospital, from injuries sustained in an auto accident near Sugarcreek on Friday, Sept. 1.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Baltic Church of the Brethren, with the Rev. Roger Thompson officiating. Burial will be at West Lawn Cemetery in Baltic.
Friends may call Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home in Sugarcreek, with the family in attendance from 6-8 p.m., or one hour prior to the services at the church.
She was born April 11, 1983, in Oak Harbor, Wash., to Jeffrey L. and Vickie J. (Reidenbach) Grove.
Surviving are her parents of Baltic; sisters, JoLynda, Malissa and Tiffany, all of the home; grandparents, Edward and Barbara Grove and Dale and Frances Reidenbach, all of Baltic.

Jerry Albright
DUNDEE -- Jerry L. Albright, 64, of Dundee, died Monday evening, Sept. 4, 2000, at his home.
Private family services will be held. Cremation has taken place. Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton is handling arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to Paint Township Fire and Rescue, P.O. Box 176, Mount Eaton 44659.
He was born March 18, 1936, near Bolivar to Charles and Edith (Robinson) Albright and married Janet Geier on May 23, 1970. She survives.
Other survivors include children, Connie Mesko, Lori Saurez, Theresa Hall and Ed Albright, all of Canton and Julie Phipps of Dundee; stepchildren, Melisa Mast of Dundee, Molly Murphy of Magnolia, Mark Williams of Wooster, Murray Williams of Dundee, Matt Williams of Beach City and Marvin Albright of Massillon; 23 grandchildren; his mother of East Sparta; and brothers, Bill Albright of Reno, Nev., and Glenn Albright of Louisville.
His father, a brother and a sister died previously.

Marlyn Graber
SARASOTA, FLA. -- Marlyn L. Graber, 65, of 3100 Hawthorne St., Lot 202, Sarasota, Fla, formerly of Middlebury, Ind., died Thursday, Aug. 31, 2000, at Lodi Community Hospital, after 1 1/2 weeks of declining health.
He was the father of Randy Graber of Orrville.
Services will be today (Sunday) at 2 p.m. at First Mennonite Church, Middlebury, Ind., with the Rev. Michael Overpeck officiating. Burial will be at Grace Lawn Cemetery in Middlebury, Ind.
Memorial contributions to help defray expenses may be made to the family.
He was born July 4, 1935, in Topeka, Ind., to Simon and Mary (Steury) Graber. He married Mary Schwartz on Aug. 27, 1956. She died July 27, 1983. He then married Lydia Weaver on Dec. 27, 1986. She died in 1995.
Surviving in addition to his son are two other sons, Raymond of Goshen, Ind., and Russell W. of Memphis, Tenn.; a stepson, LeRoy Weaver of Middlebury, Ind.; six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; sisters Verna Zook of Goshen, Ind., Barbara (Mrs. John) Mast and Betty (Mrs. Floyd) Hochstetler, both of Nappanee, Ind., Martha (Mrs. Eli) Beachy of Frankfort, Ky., and Sarah Huster of Elkhart, Ind.; and a brother, Joel Graber, of Goshen, Ind.
A sister, Josephine Miller, and a brother, Victor Graber, died previously.

Rose Mani
BURBANK -- Rose M. Mani, 60, of 307 N. Elyria Road, died Thursday, Aug. 21, 2000, at Barberton Citizens Hospital in Barberton.
Services will be Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel, with pastor Raymond Miller officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call Tuesday from 1-3 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born Oct. 28, 1939, in Lucasville to Alva and Winifred (Wheeler) Riley and married Edward Mani on July 12, 1957. He died previously.
Surviving are children and their spouses John and Renee Mani, Debbie and Ralph Yerian, James Mani and Winifred and James Chambers; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and brothers John, Alvin "Pinky," Edmond and Randall Riley.
In addition to her husband, a son, David, and a grandson died previously.

Virginia Snow
MILLERSBURG -- Virginia Ruth (Casey) Norris Snow, 59, of Millersburg, died Thursday, Aug. 31, 2000, at her home after an extended illness.
Services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, with the Rev. Thomas Michaels officiating. Burial will be at Clark Cemetery.
Friends may call Monday from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Holmes County Hospice, 931 Wooster Road, Millersburg; or Holmes County Public Library, 3102 Glenn Drive, Millersburg 44654.
She was born March 24, 1941, near Millersburg to Raymond and Shirley (Barnes) Casey.
Surviving are children and their spouses, Sheila and Mike Hanna, Mike and Cynthia Norris and Shelley Patterson, all of Millersburg; grandchildren, Michaela, Ian and Laurel Hanna, Tracie Mellor, Alex Norris, Desha and Dane Patterson; brothers and their spouses, Jim and Verna Casey and Bill and Anne Casey, all of Millersburg and Dennis and Karen Casey of Coshocton; and sisters and their spouses, Carol and Curtis Bartoe of Goshen, Ind., Margaret and Floyd Vansickle and Lorena and Gerald Landon, all of Millersburg and Jeannette and Dick Selix of Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Brody Maxwell
BURBANK -- Brody Lee Maxwell, infant son of Roy "Duffy" and Tiffany (Wohlgamuth) Maxwell, 141 Mill St., died Thursday evening, Aug. 31, 2000, at Children's Hospital Medical Center of Akron.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston, with the Rev. Kristin McKinley officiating. Burial will be at Burbank Cemetery.
Friends may call tonight (Saturday) from 7-9 at the funeral home.

He was born Aug. 30, 2000, at Dunlap Memorial Hospital in Orrville.
Surviving in addition to his parents are brothers, Bryce, age 6 and Brock, age 4, both of the home; grandparents, Roy and Kelly Maxwell Sr. of Apple Creek and Max and Jennie Wohlgamuth of Burbank; great-grandparents, Fred and Marjean Clayton of Wooster and June Smith Geitgey of Dalton; and aunts and uncles, Jodi (Chad) Messner of Fredericksburg, Heather (Ron) Kurtz, Nick (Stephanie) Maxwell and Melissa Maxwell, all of Wooster, MacKenzie Maxwell of Apple Creek, and Todd and Troy Wohlgamuth, both of Burbank.

Lloyd Vandersall
ORRVILLE -- Lloyd K. Vandersall, 75, 1448 S. Kohler Road, died Friday morning, Sept. 1, 2000, at his residence after a two-year illness.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Martins Mennonite Church in Orrville, with the Rev. Randy Murray officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday from 4-8 p.m. at the church, or one hour prior to the services.
Arrangements are being handled by Auble Funeral Home in Orrville.
He was born May 31, 1925, in Cairo, Egypt, to Herbert W. and Neva (Goodin) Vandersall and married Ruth Blumberg on July 9, 1966 in Fairbanks, Alaska. She survives.
Other survivors include children, Raymond Vandersall of Laramie, Wyo., and Barbara Vandersall of the home; and a sister, Myra Siegenthaler of Boston, Mass.

Francis Dannemiller
STERLING -- Francis J. "Junior" Dannemiller, 75, of Sterling, formerly of Doylestown, died Friday, Sept. 1, 2000.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, with Father Philip Pritt as celebrant. Burial will be at St. Anne Cemetery, where military rites will be conducted.
Friends may call Monday from 5-9 p.m. at Zak-Monbarren Funeral Home in Doylestown, where a Wake service will be held at 8:30 p.m.

He was born June 6, 1925, in Easton to Jerome and Frances (Dennis) Dannemiller.

Ruth Menough
WATERVILLE -- Ruth Emily Menough, of Waterville, formerly of Wooster, died Thursday, Aug. 31, 2000, at Heartland of Browning Nursing Home, Waterville, from apparent congestive heart failure.
Services will be Sunday at 6 p.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, Wooster, with the Rev. Robert Stull officiating. Private burial will be at Wooster Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
Friends may call two hours prior to the services at the funeral home.

She was born Sept. 16, 1920, in Brown County, Ind., to John and Rose Kirts and was the loving wife and devoted partner to the Rev. Charles Menough for nearly 60 years. He died Oct. 25, 1996.
She is survived by her children, Gilbert (Kathie) Menough, Sidney (Becky) Menough and Heidi (Mike) Berkhouse; grandchildren, Stephannie, Aaron, Charlie, Jill, Jamie, Jonathan, Josh, Kristi, Brandon and Drew; a brother, Fred Kirts; and sisters, Betty Havens and Dora Nelson.

Andrew Geiser
APPLE CREEK -- Andrew Lester Geiser, 12, of Apple Creek, died Saturday morning, Sept. 2, 2000, near Kidron from injuries sustained in an airplane accident.
Memorial services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Kidron Mennonite Church, with the Revs. Terry Shue and Herman Myers officiating. A family burial service will be at the church cemetery.
Friends may call Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Fellowship Building of Kidron Mennonite Church.

BREWSTER -- Wilma M. Klein, 81, of Brewster, died Monday morning, Sept. 4, 2000, at Brewster Parke, after a period of declining health.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Spidell Funeral Home in Brewster, with Pastor Merlin Kerstetter officiating. Burial will be at Union Lawn Cemetery in Navarre.

She was born Sept. 1, 1919, near West Lebanon to William and Lottie (Stahr) Spangler and married Thomas D. Klein. He died Feb. 4, 1961.
Surviving are sons, Thomas "Butch" Klein of Brewster and Jim Klein of Navarre; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. John (Grace) Taylor of Brewster.

Charles Tanner
OAK HILL, Fla. -- Charles Tanner, 75, of Oak Hill, Fla., died Monday, Sept. 3, 2000.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Zak-Monbarren Funeral Home in Doylestown, where military rites will be conducted by the Appleman Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3294 and American Legion Post 281.
Friends may call one hour prior to the services.

He was born Jan. 28, 1925, in Gassaway, W.Va., to Sam and Jane (Greathouse) Tanner and was married to Gay Tanner. She died previously.
Surviving are sons, Edward (Jackie) Tanner and Samuel Tanner, both of Doylestown; numerous grandchildren; a sister, Roxie Ware of Marshallville; and nieces and nephews.

Mabel Zimmerman
SMITHVILLE -- Mabel I. Zimmerman, 93, 150 W. Main St., died Sunday evening, Sept. 3, 2000, at Glendora Health Care Center.
Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home in Wooster, with the Rev. Allan Bevere officiating. Burial will be at Smithville Cemetery.
Friends may call 1 1/2 hours prior to the services at the funeral home.

She was born Aug. 31, 1907, in Wooster to Harry and Dessie (Heck) Snure and married Edwin Zimmerman. He died in 1975.
Surviving are children, Mrs. Mike (Jackie) Smith of Naples, Fla., and David Zimmerman of Smithville; and grandchildren, Jeff Smith and Jill Carmichael.

Dorothy Firis
WOOSTER -- Dorothy E. Firis, 83, of Wooster, entered into rest Sunday morning, Sept. 3, 2000, at Heritage Park Rehabilitation Center in New Pittsburg, after a long illness.
Services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, Wooster, with the Rev. Claude L. McComas officiating. Burial will be at East Lawn Cemetery, Sugarcreek.
Friends may call Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Canton Area Chapter, 4815 Munson St., NW, Canton 44718.
She was born Nov. 26, 1916, in Canton to William and Anna (Mulheim) Alleshouse and married Floyd Hochstetler. He entered into rest in 1982. On April 15, 1989, she married Louis L. Firis in Wadsworth. He survives.
Other survivors include children, Bill (Barbara) Hochstetler of Barberton and Anna DuBreuil of Wooster; stepchildren, Ellen McCaman and David Firis; grandchildren, Deborah Colvenbach, Don Vernaza, Michael Harrah, Bonnie DuBreuil, Beth Ondo, David Treadway, Matthew, Erica and Maggie McCaman; and five great-grandchildren.
