POINT MARION, Pa. -- Judy A. (Brenneman-Stokes) Morgan, 60, of Point Marion, Pa., died Saturday morning, Jan. 29, 2000, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va., from cancer.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home in Canton, with Father Dennis A. Bogusz officiating. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville.
Friends may call Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society; or American Diabetes Association.
She was born in Orrville to Bill and Marjorie (Matter) Morgan.
Surviving are children, Lu Ann Swihart and her husband, Joseph, of Lake Lynn, Pa., John Brenneman and twins, Ronald and Donald Brenneman, all of Canton; three stepchildren; nine grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; a sister, Betty Bryan of Sumner, Wash.; and a nephew.

Gertrude Lahm
DOVER -- Gertrude K. Lahm, 96, a resident of Park Village Care Center in Dover since January 1997, formerly of Sugarcreek, died Friday, Jan. 28, 2000, at the center.
Services will be Monday at 8 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home in Sugarcreek, where friends may call two hours prior to the services. The Rev. Barry French will officiate.
Graveside services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at West Lawn Cemetery in Mantua.
She was born May 30, 1903, in Kinzua, Pa., to Jesse and Molly (Culbronson) Bailey and married William F. Krohn. He died in 1954. She then married O.L. Lahm. He died in 1980.
Surviving are a stepdaughter, Shirley Showers of Sugarcreek; two step-grandsons; and four step-great-grandchildren.

Marjorie Eby
LEXINGTON -- Marjorie R. Eby, 92, died Friday, Jan. 28, 2000, at Lexington Court Care Center. She was a retired Burbank grade school teacher.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Parker & Son Funeral Home in Lodi. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Lodi.
Friends may call Monday from 4:30-7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Lodi Community Hospital Auxiliary, 225 Elyria St., Lodi 44254.
She was born Aug. 5, 1907, in Garrettsville to Arthur H. and Vernie (White) Rice.
Surviving are a daughter, Connie Eby of New York City and a son, Donald Eby and his wife, Sally of Lexington; grandchildren, Christina Eby of Marblehead and Benjamin Eby of Lexington.
Her husband, Carroll E. Eby, died previously.

Donald Milford
ASHLAND -- Donald Wade Milford, 76, 1239 Myers Ave., formerly of Rittman, died Friday evening, Jan. 28, 2000, at Kingston of Ashland.
Memorial services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Denbow-Primm-Kemery Funeral Home in Ashland, with his brother the Rev. Richard Milford officiating.
There will be no calling hours.
The family suggests that contributions be made to American Cancer Association, or to American Heart Association.
He was born Oct. 7, 1923, in Barberton to Carl and Hazel (Kurtz) Milford and married Geraldine L. Hardgrove on March 4, 1947. She survives.
Other survivors include children and their spouses, Pam Milford of Fulton, Mary Lou and Tony Casteneda of Ashland, Thomas O. and Jean Milford of Woodstock, Conn., Roger A. and Cindy Milford of Biloxi, Miss., David C. Milford of Columbus and Ronald E. and Dana Milford of Warsaw, Ind.; seven grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; sisters, Jean Gertz of Chardon and Joan Itin of Wyomissing, Pa.; and brothers, the Rev. Richard Milford of Westerville and Neil Milford of Granville.

E. Kent Goman
DOYLESTOWN -- E. Kent Goman (WB8FGX), 60, of Doylestown, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000, at his home.
Memorial services will be Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Zak-Monbarren Funeral Home in Doylestown, with Father David McCarthy officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Chippewa Local Excellence for Education Foundation, 257 High St., Doylestown 44230.
He was born Oct. 19, 1939, in Lancaster to Earl W. and Ferne (Snedecor) Goman.
Surviving are daughters, Lisa and Kara Goman, both of Wadsworth; his former wife, Lora Goman of Doylestown; a brother, Rod Goman of Columbus; and a sister, Sherry Gillum of Greenville, S.C.

Nona J. Leatherman
LODI -- Nona Jean Houston, 73, of Lodi, died Friday, Jan. 28, 2000, at Meadowview Care Center in Seville.
Services will be Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Parker & Son Funeral Home in Lodi, with the Rev. David Howell officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Lodi.
Friends may call Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

She was born June 9, 1926, in Lodi to Clayton and Nellie (Kean) Leatherman and married Donald Houston. He died previously.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Pete (Margaret) Hershberger of Lodi; brothers and their wives, Joseph and Joyce Leatherman of Medina, Thomas and Barb Leatherman of Lodi and Robert Leatherman of San Diego, Calif.; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Beatrice Hill
PERRYSVILLE -- Beatrice Hill, 97, 2524 State Route 511, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000, at Colonial Manor Health Care Center in Loudonville, after an extended illness.
Memorial services will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Byerly-Lindsey Funeral Home in Loudonville, with the Rev. Lor Breyley officiating.
There will be no calling hours.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Ashland County Branch, P.O. Box 85, Ashland 44805.
She was born May 2, 1902, in London, England, to Charles and Jessie (Cocks) Lavercombe and married William J. Hill. He died Dec. 20, 1980.
Surviving are a son, John Hill and his wife, Barbara of Perrysville and a daughter, Jessica Mary Wigston of Spalding, Lincolnshire, Great Britain; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

Jack Campbell
LOUDONVILLE -- Jack C. Campbell, 71, 803 S. Mount Vernon Ave., died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000, at Samaritan Hospital in Ashland, after an extended illness.
Graveside services will be Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Loudonville Cemetery, with the Rev. Howard Horton officiating.
There will no calling hours. Byerly-Lindsey Funeral Home in Loudonville, is handling arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Ashland County Branch, P.O. Box 85, Ashland 44805.
He was born Feb. 7, 1928, in New Lexington to Virgil and Ethel (Cunningham) Campbell.
Surviving are children, Michael Campbell of Mansfield, Danny Campbell of Columbus, Jeffrey Campbell of West Salem, Adam Campbell and Danetta Campbell, both of Houston, Aaron Campbell of Ashland, Carla Mackey of Hartsville, Tenn., Alon Campbell, Deborah Jones and Dianna Robertson, all of Asheville, N.C.; 17 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert Campbell of Summerfield, N.C., James and John Campbell, both of Mansfield; and a sister, JoAnn Price of Woodville, Texas.

Mary Rickett
FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Mary Luella Rickett, 89, 7970 Samville Road, Pioneer Village, formerly of Wooster, died Friday, Jan. 28, 2000, at DePaul Hospital in Norfolk, Va.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home in Wooster, with Pastor Jonathan L. Eilert officiating. Burial will be at Wooster Cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Those who wish may make contributions to Crippled Children's Hospital, in care of Richard Schaffter, 744 Lehman St., Orrville 44667.
She was born June 3, 1910, in Dalton to Daniel Webster and Martha (Eschliman) Buchwalter and married Chester S. Rickett Sr. He died previously.
Surviving are children and their spouses, Chester R. and Joan Rickett Jr. of Wooster, Martha and Joe Pierce of Chesapeake, Va., Edith and Donald Norris and Katherine Rickett, all of Norfolk, Va.; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Carl Buchwalter of Dalton.

Lucy Yergin
BURBANK -- Lucy E. Yergin, 95, formerly of East Middle Street, died this morning, Feb. 2, 2000, at West View Manor in Wooster, after a period of declining health.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church in Burbank, with the Rev. Kristin McKinley officiating. Burial will be at Burbank Cemetery.
Friends may call Friday from 6-9 at Murray Funeral Home in Creston.
Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 127, Burbank; or Burbank Fire Department, 57 Front St., Burbank 44214; or to West View Manor Auxiliary, 1715 Mechanicsburg Road, Wooster 44691.
She was born May 20, 1904, in Congress Township, east of West Salem, to U.J. "Nick" and Dora (Clinker) Neiswinter and married Joseph E. Yergin on June 21, 1922. He died March 24, 1975.
Surviving are children and their spouses, Marjean and Fred Clayton of Wooster and Max E. and Jerri Yergin of Lodi; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Lois Schoonover of Ashland; a niece whom she had raised, Louise Hagans, and her husband, Neil, of West Salem; and many other nieces and nephews.

Vernon Steiner
RITTMAN -- Vernon K. Steiner, 86, 265 North St., died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2000, at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Gillman Funeral Home in Rittman, with the Rev. Richard A. Lapehn officiating. Burial will be at Rittman Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9:30-11 a.m. prior to the services at the funeral home
Memorial contributions may be made to Milton Presbyterian Church Organ Fund, P.O. Box 306, Rittman 44270.
He was born July 13, 1913, in Milton Township to Ezra D. and Helen (Kroeger) Steiner and married Kathryn Baughman on Feb. 12, 1938. She survives.
Other survivors include children, Mrs. James (Diann) Leatherman and Jeff (Nancy) Steiner, all of Rittman, Daniel (Ruth) Steiner of Cincinnati, and Art (Marian) Steiner of Sterling; 17 grandchildren; nine great-grandchild; and brothers, Alvin (Eldora) Steiner of Rittman and Stanley (Nell) Steiner of Cleburne, Texas.

Michael Rosiek Jr.
ORRVILLE -- Michael W. "Mick" Rosiek Jr., 24, 1750 Paradise Road, died Monday, Jan. 31, 2000, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on Orrville Sreet, NW, near North Lawrence.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Long & Fisher Funeral Home in Sissonville, W.Va., where friends may call Thursday from 6-9 p.m. Burial will be at Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville, W.Va.
Local calling hours will be tonight (Wednesday) from 6-9 at Auble Funeral Home in Orrville.
Memorial contributions may be to the Orrville Area Boys and Girls Club, Endowment Fund, 820 N. Ella St., P.O. Box 17, Orrville 44667.
He was born July 15, 1975, in Montgomery, W.Va.
Surviving are his parents, Debra A. (Booth) Rosiek of Charleston, W.Va., and Michael W. Rosiek Sr. of Oak Hill, W.Va.; a sister, Misty Hall and her husband, Darin, of Charleston, W.Va.; and maternal grandmother, Donna J. Booth of Orrville.

Beulah Stertzbach
NORTH CANTON -- Beulah E. Boyer Stertzbach, 89, a resident of St. Luke Lutheran Home for the Aging in North Canton since 1987, formerly of Massillon, died Tuesday morning, Feb. 1, 2000, at the home after a period of declining health.
Memorial services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at St. Luke Lutheran Home for the Aging, 220 Applegrove St., NE, North Canton, with Pastor Jean Hansen officiating. Private burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Wilmot.
There will be no calling hours. Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton, is handling arrangements.

She was born April 24, 1910, in Dennison to Milton and Anna (Rhoades) Gatchell and married Karl Boyer. He died in 1962. She then married Adrian Stertzbach. He died in 1986.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Don (Yvonne) Whitaker of Akron; stepchildren, Mrs. Allen (Carolyn) Griffith of Hemet, Calif., and Donald Stertzbach of Wilmot; five step-grandchildren; 13 step-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Anna Mae Taylor of Massillon.

Janet Bruce
GALION -- Janet R. Bruce, 60, 344 Third Ave., formerly of the Wooster area, died Monday afternoon, Jan. 31, 2000, at MedCentral/Mansfield Hospital, after a long illness.
Memorial services will be Thursday at 6 p.m. at Richardson-Davis Funeral Home, 218 S. Market St., Galion.
Friends may call a half hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

She was born Aug. 19, 1939, in Elyria to G. Raymond and Esther (Dinse) Stoskopf.
Surviving are her husband, Jerry Bruce, whom she married on Aug. 31, 1991; children, Denise H. Sutton of New York City, Leanne Hardesty Vaughan and her husband, Michael, of Tracey, Calif., and Brian L. Hardesty of Bonita Springs, Fla.; stepchildren, Lee Ann Bookman and her husband, Robert, of Galena, Linda Zinker of Sarasota, Fla., and Daniel Bruce and his wife, Terrie, of Minneapolis; four step-grandchildren; and a brother, Jim Stoskopf and his wife, Karen, of Valley City.

Laverne Nickles
MILLERSBURG -- Laverne J. "Vern" Nickles, 50, of Millersburg, died Monday, Jan. 31, 2000, at University Hospital in Cleveland, after an extended illness.
Memorial services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Sugarcreek Free Methodist Church, with the Rev. Dwight Mason officiating. Graveside services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Berlin Cemetery.
Friends may call Thursday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at the church. Butler-Varns Funeral Home in Sugarcreek, is handling arrangements.

He was born June 27, 1949, in Millersburg to Lawrence and Doris (Rothacher) Nickles and married Sandra Miller on Oct. 11, 1975. She survives.
Other survivors include children, Ryan, Anthony "Tony" and Renee, all of the home; his stepmother, Ruth Nickles of Dalton; a brother, Larry "Fuzz" Nickles of Navarre; and sisters, Bonnie Nickles and Mrs. Barry (Donna) Miller, both of Walnut Creek, Mrs. Marlin (Barb) Moore of Killbuck, Mrs. Barry (Sally) Skelly of Indiana and Mrs. Rick (Peg) Beechy of Winesburg.
His first wife, Sharon (Bontrager) Nickles, died previously.

Leota Domer
SUGARCREEK -- Leota B. Domer, 78, of Sugarcreek, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2000, at Joel Pomerene Memorial Hospital in Millersburg.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Butler-Varns Funeral Home in Sugarcreek, with the Rev. Scott Snyder officiating. Burial will be at Brethren Church Cemetery in Baltic.
Friends may call tonight (Wednesday) from 6-8 at the funeral home.
She was born July 23, 1921, in Baltic to Matrona Domer.
Surviving are a half-brother, Bill (Marilyn) Wise and a half-sister, Doris Sedwick, both of Sugarcreek.

Johnny Sigler
WOOSTER -- Johnny G. Sigler, 49, 1644 Sylvan Road, died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2000, at Wooster Community Hospital.
There will be no services. McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home in Wooster, is handling arrangements.
Those who wish may make contributions to McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster 44691, to help defray funeral expenses.
He was born Nov. 16, 1950, in Wooster to Clifford and Maxine (Woodruff) Sigler and married Edith Wile. She survives.
Other survivors include children, Jescena, Elizabeth and Jessica Sigler, all of Wooster and Roy Sigler of Mansfield; one grandchild; his parents of Burbank; and brothers, Rocky, Rusty and Ben Sigler, all of Wooster.
