ASHLAND -- Mary J. Eisel, 81, formerly of Parkside Drive, died Monday, Feb. 7, 2000, at Brethren Care Nursing Home, after a long illness.
She was the sister of Ella Sours of Killbuck.
Services will be Thursday at 8 p.m. at Heyl Funeral Home in Ashland, with the Rev. Robert F. Madden officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Ashland Cemetery.
Friends may call two hours prior to the services at the funeral home.
She was born April 27, 1918, in Ashland to Peter Ray and Lovie Belle (Hites) Motter and married Norman Eisel on Feb. 8, 1937. He died May 20, 1999.
Other survivors include children and their spouses, Kenneth and Joanne Eisel of Carson City, Nev., Merle and Sue Eisel of Bradenton, Fla., Michael and Debby Eisel of Skokie, Ill., David Eisel and Norma and Larry Goon, all of Ashland, and Mary E. and Robert Kane of New Cumberland, Pa.; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ray Motter of Albuquerque, N.M.
Linda Murphy
GAHANNA -- Linda M. (Spotts) Murphy, 50, of Gahanna, died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2000, at Ohio State University Hospitals.
She was the sister and sister-in-law of Brian and Tami Spotts of Polk.
Services will be Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Peace Lutheran Church, 455 Clark State Road, Gahanna, with Pastor Ron Lee officiating.
Friends may call today (Tuesday) from 2-4 and 6-8 at Schoedinger Northeast Chapel, 1051 E. Johnstown Road (Route 62, a half mile northeast of Hamilton Road), Gahanna.

Edmond Schulski
WOOSTER -- Edmond A. Schulski, 65, 1551 Willoughby Drive, died Friday, Feb. 4, 2000, at Cleveland Clinic.
A memorial Mass will be Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Isidore Catholic Church in Grand Rapids, Mich. Burial will be at Rosedale Memorial Park, Grand Rapids, Mich.
There will be no calling hours. McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home in Wooster, is handling arrangements.

He was born April 19, 1934, in Grand Rapids, Mich., to Edward A. and Vera (Ambrose) Schulski and married Patricia Yurgaitis on June 29, 1957. She survives.

Saloma Falb
WOOSTER -- Services for Saloma M. Falb, 87, 7791 Back Orrville Road, will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Smithville Mennonite Church, with Pastor Burt Parks officiating. Burial will be at Smithville Mennonite Cemetery, Smithville.

LODI -- Mary Louise Owen, 78, of Lodi, died Monday, Feb. 7, 2000.
Private family graveside services will be Friday at Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery in Homerville, with the Rev. George Swartzfager officiating.

She was born Jan. 30, 1922, in Homerville to Clarence and Grace (Holshoe) Brinker and married Carl Owen. He died previously.
Surviving are children and their spouses, Karen and Phillip Nagy of North Olmsted and James and Tessa Owen of Ashland; five grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
Rebekahmary Jordan
FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Rebekahmary "Beco" (Hail) Jordan, 82, of Fort Myers, Fla., died Friday, Jan. 28, 2000.
Rebekahmary was born July 3, 1917, in Kuling, Kiangsi Province, China, to Dr. William James and Alice Inghram Hail, and married Richard D. Jordan III in 1947. He survives.
Other survivors include children, Richard D. Jordan IV of Albuquerque, N.M., and Victoria Riegert and her husband, Paul, of Cherry Hill, N.J.; granddaughters, Michelle Harris of Wichita, Kan., and Leigh Jordan of Lawrence, Kan.; great-granddaughters, Madelynne Nicole and Emily Jordan Harris; and a brother, William James Hail Jr.
A memorial service was held Thursday, Feb. 3, at Covenant Presbyterian Church. Burial will be at Wooster Cemetery at a later date.

Russell Larson
STREATOR, Ill. -- Russell Todd Larson, 38, died suddenly Saturday evening, Feb. 5, 2000, in Streator, Ill., from an apparent heart attack. He was formerly of Wooster.
Born to Merlyn M. "Mel" and Bettyann Larson on Jan. 31, 1963, in Cottonwood, Ariz.
Todd is survived by his mother, Bettyann Larson of Wooster; a sister, September Schofield and her husband, Mark, of Princeton, N.J.; brothers, Steven R. Larson of Beaumont, Texas, Timothy A. Larson and his wife, Cynthia L., of Canal Fulton, Forrest W. Larson of Sommerville, Mass., and Sven-Erik Larson of Boston, Mass.; a niece, Andrea L. Schofield; and nephews, Nathan C. Schofield, Daniel R., Benjamin A. and Kirk L. Larson.
His father, Merlyn "Mel" Larson, died in 1998.
A friends memorial meeting will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Mackey Hall, Westminster Presbyterian Church House, corner of Pine and College streets in Wooster.

Harry Pinnick
APPLE CREEK -- Harry Pinnick, 81, 7663 Judy Ave., Apt. 1, died Monday, Feb. 7, 2000, at Shady Lawn Health Care Community in Dalton.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel, Wooster, with the Rev. O.J. Thompson officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, where military rites will be held.

He was born Aug. 8, 1918, in Jefferson to Harry Guy and Martha (Swartz) Pinnick and married Mabel Sterett on March 7, 1942. They had been married for 57 years and she survives.
Other survivors include a son, Art Pinnick and his wife, Judy, of Wooster; a grandson; and a sister, Patricia Lunsford of Canton.
His brother, Rodney Pinnick, died this morning, Feb. 9.

STRASBURG -- Mary F. Bitikofer, 98, of Strasburg, formerly of Sugarcreek, died Monday, Feb. 7, 2000, at Morning View Care Center.
Services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. John United Church of Christ in Strasburg, with the Rev. Dana Kierstead officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Union Cemetery in Strasburg.

She was born May 20, 1901, in Holmes County to George and Malinda (Miller) Flinner and married Elmer B. Bitikofer Sr. on Dec. 8, 1921. He died Jan. 27, 1969.
Surviving are children, Lorene Harper of Strasburg, Bernice Coffy of Leesville, Betty Stillwell of Arvada, Colo., Viola Glidden of Lexington, N.C., Elmer Bitikofer Jr. and his wife, Jessie, of Sugarcreek and George Bitikofer and his wife, Mary L., of Bolivar; 24 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; 21 great-great-grandchildren; eight step-great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lola Miller of Walnut Creek.

ORRVILLE -- Mary E. Studer, 86, formerly of 314 N. Vine St., died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2000, at Glendora Health Care Center, Wooster.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Gresser Funeral Home in Orrville, with the Rev. Ramsey Wallace officiating. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville.

Eva Van Nostran
RITTMAN -- Eva Van Nostran, 85, of Steiner Road, died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2000, at the Apostolic Christian Home.
Services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Rittman Apostolic Christian Church, with the ministers of the church officiating. Burial will be at the Apostolic Church Cemetery.

She was born April 13, 1914, in Akron to John and Anna (Facsco) Hodovan and married Roy E. Van Nostran. He died in 1970.
Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Richard (Eleanor) Winkler and Mrs. Charles (Lillian) Greer, both of Rittman; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and sisters, Ann Hodovan and Martha Milojvich, both of Parma Heights.
In addition to her husband, a brother, John Hodovan died in 1984.
Hilma Buckingham
RITTMAN -- Hilma E. Buckingham, 97, 14842 Decourcey Road, died Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2000, at Magnolia Care & Rehabilitation Center.

She was born Jan. 9, 1903, in Barberton to Delbert and Daisy (Triplett) Minnich and married Clarence Buckingham. He died in 1982.

ORRVILLE -- Nelda I. Wolgamot, 82, 307 S. Walnut St., died Monday, Feb. 7, 2000, at her residence .

Surviving are his wife, Maxine Zimmerman, whom he married Aug. 6, 1939; sons, Ronald Zimmerman and Gary Zimmerman and his wife, Wendy, all of Mansfield; granddaughters, Kimberly of Mansfield and Linnea of Akron; sisters, Freda Swineford and Ruby Van Zile, both of Wooster and Edith Crooks of Versailles; brothers and their wives, Chester and Jean Zimmerman of Mount Vernon and Roy and Kaye Zimmerman of Columbus; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Ivan Shetler
SUGARCREEK -- Ivan E. Shetler, 76, 2788 Shetler Road, died this morning, Feb. 10, 2000, at his residence after a 4-year illness.
Services will be Saturday at 9 a.m. at the David Shetler residence, 2936 Shetler Road, Sugarcreek, with Bishop Albert Hochstetler officiating. Burial will be at Coblentz Cemetery, Sugarcreek Township.

He was born Dec. 15, 1923, in Holmes County to Eli J. and Malinda (Beachy) Shetler and married Susan L. Yoder on Dec. 9, 1943. She survives.

Rodney Pinnick
WOOSTER -- Rodney W. Pinnick, 75, 416 Park Drive, Apt. C, died Wednesday morning, Feb. 9, 2000, at Smithville-Western Care Center, Wooster.
Memorial services will be held Monday, Feb. 21 at 2 p.m. at Custer Funeral Home, Wooster, with the Rev. Dale Cuckow and Pastor Timothy Miller officiating. Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.
