KILLBUCK -- Mary Lee Lewis, 68, of Killbuck, formerly of Sabine, died Sunday, March 12, 2000, at an Akron hospital, following a long illness.
Services will be Friday at noon at the Bellmeade Baptist Church in Sabine with the Revs. Herman Cook and Valdus Bailey officiating. Burial will be at Palm Memorial Gardens in Matheny. Pallbearers will be Gerald and Jerry Frazier, Johnny Lee Cool, Jackson Bolen, Ricky Lilley and Tom Cool.

She was born July 29, 1931 in Glen Rogers to Arthur and Alma (Pauley) Stewart.
Surviving are a son, Marion Lewis Jr. and his wife, Karen of Holmesville; three daughters, Phyllis Cool and her husband, Tom of Killbuck, Sue Bolen, and Pamela Frazier and her husband, Gerald, all of Sabine; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

CRESTON -- Cynthia Mae Moss, 96, of Creston and formerly of Lodi, died Wednesday, March 15, 2000, at West View Manor Nursing Home in Wooster, where she had resided the past five years.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Parker & Son Funeral Home in Lodi with Pastors Don Apperson and James Moss officiating. Burial will be at East Homer Cemetery in Homerville.
Friends may call Friday from 3-5 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born May 1, 1903 in Stinson, W.Va. to Nelson and Laura (Hicks) Jarvis and married James W. Moss. He died previously.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Elizabeth) Clark of Lakeland, Fla. and Rev. Donald (Margaret) Apperson of Orange, Va.; five sons, Pastor James (June) Moss of Circleville, Robert (Carol) Moss of Wadsworth, John (Carol) Moss of Cincinnati, Don (Shirley) Moss of Bozeman, Mont. and William Moss of Akron; 21 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and three sisters, Eva Parsons and Ruby Jarvis, both of West Virginia and Violet Smith of Phoenix, Ariz.
Evelyn Smith
MILLERSBURG -- Evelyn A. Smith, 89, of Millersburg, died Wednesday morning, March 15, 2000, at Majora Lane Nursing Home, Millersburg, following a period of declining health.
Private graveside services will be at Oak Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Eldon Trubee officiating.
There will be no calling hours.

She was born Jan. 7, 1911 in Holmes County to William A. and Cora (Johnson) Smith.

Donna Bauman
RITTMAN -- Donna Jeanne (Gault) Bauman, formerly of North First St., Rittman, died Tuesday night, March 14, 2000 at the Apostolic Christian Home.
Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. from the Milton Presbyterian Church where friends may call 9:30- 11 a.m. Friday. Rev. Richard A. Lapehn will officiate with burial in the Apostolic Church Cemetery.

She was born in Barberton to Clyde C. and Asenith (Stanley) Gault and lived in Wooster before moving to Rittman in 1945.
She married Arthur Bauman on Nov. 21, 1948 and he survives.
Also surviving are a son John (Cassi) Bauman of West Chester; a brother, Stanley (Flo) Gault of Wooster; and grandchildren Kirsten and Chad.
Edith Hileman
WOOSTER -- Edith B. Hileman, 85, formerly of 1187 Old Columbus Road, died Tuesday evening, March 14, 2000, at West View Manor Nursing Home.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Bartholomew officiating. Burial will be at Mohican Cemetery.

She was born Aug. 10, 1914 in Holmes County to Charles and Margaret (Matheny) Cooper.
Surviving are children, Mrs. George (Janet) Bixler of Pioneer, Calif., Mrs. Randy (Lutretia) Gerber of Hoschton, Ga., Mrs. Dean (Dianne) Varns of Wooster, Rolland "Buck" Hileman of Deltona, Fla.; eight grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
James Ogi
GLENMONT -- James Leroy "Chief" Ogi, 71, of Glenmont, died Thursday, March 16, 2000, at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland.
Services will be Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg with the Rev. Joanna Lance officiating. Burial will be at the Nashville Cemetery, Nashville.

He was born April 30, 1928 in Fredericksburg to Charles Henry and Jessie (Haley) Ogi and married Dorothy Doty on Nov. 5, 1949. She survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are four children and their spouses, Jim and Mary Ogi, Gary and Cathy Ogi, Larry and Jackie Ogi and Sherry and Gary Morris, all of Glenmont; seven grandchildren; a great-grandchild; four step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; a sister, Goldie Thompson of Mount Vernon and a brother, Dr. Charles Ogi of Wisconsin.

CLELA DAVIS -- Clela Joy (Gallion) Davis, 92, a resident of Walnut Hills Retirement and Nursing Homes and formerly of Shaker Heights, died Thursday, March 16, 2000.
Private graveside services are being held at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Killbuck Township.

She was born Sept. 30, 1907 to John Franklin and Niva (Groff) Gallion and married Clarence L. Davis. He died in 1959.
Surviving are a brother, Ottmar G. Gallion and numerous nieces and nephews.
Sisters, Alta Sheets and Madge Wachtel and brothers, Franklin Donovan and Ralph, died previously.
Rose Winkelman
SUGARCREEK -- Rose Winkelman, 91, of Baltic Country Manor and formerly of Ragersville Road, Sugarcreek, died Wednesday, March 15, 2000, at Baltic Country Manor.

She was born March 25, 1908 in Willowbrook, Calif. to Hans "John" and Jeanne (Wuilleumier) Burky and married Alex Winkelman. He died in 1980.

MILLERSBURG -- C.W. "Bill" Allison, 82, of Millersburg, died Thursday evening, March 16, 2000, at his home, following an extended illness.
Graveside services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at the Oak Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Thomas White officiating.

RITTMAN -- Jerry Michael Hoke, 59, 123 West Hill Ave., went to be with the Lord Friday, March 17, 2000, at Akron General Hospital in Akron.
Services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel with C. Ermal Allen officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

He was born Feb. 1, 1941 in Pipecreek to Paul Andrew and Nellie Marie (Palmer) Hoke. He married Nancy Lee Ady on Nov. 26, 1966. She survives.

WOOSTER -- Ann E. Pettice, 81, 667 1/2 Pittsburgh Ave., Wooster, died Thursday, March 16, 2000, at Wooster Community Hospital. She had been ill for several years, but she never gave up.
Services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the McIntire, Davis and Greene Funeral Home with the Rev. Leroy Adams officiating. Burial will be at Wooster Cemetery.

CANTON -- Janine C. Ullom, 65, of Canton, died Friday evening, March 17, 2000, at her home.
There will be no calling hours or services. Her wishes were to be cremated and her cremains will be buried at Forest Hill Cemetery.

She was born April 4, 1915 in Glendale, Pa. to Domonic and Susann (Cralie) Persino and married Earnest George in 1936. He died July 6, 1994.

Ross of Massillon; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Helen Palo of Cortland; a brother, Edward Persino of Warren and three stepbrothers, Calvin Persino of Warren, Robert Persino of Brookfield and Donald Persino of Newton Falls.

HAYESVILLE -- Jane V. VanGilder, 86, 64 S. Mechanic St., died Wednesday afternoon, March 15, 2000.

DALTON -- Sylvia L. Steiner, 73, 2745 Zuercher Road, died Sunday morning, March 19, 2000, at her home, following a lingering illness.
Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Kidron Mennonite Church with Ray Shaum, Harry Neuenschwander, Maynard Steiner, and Glen Coblentz officiating. Burial will be in the Sonlight Chapel Cemetery.

She was born May 29, 1926 near Kidron to Sam and Lydia (Zimmerly) Neuenschwander and had lived all of her life in the Dalton/Kidron area.
She married Melvin Steiner on June 29, 1947. He died January 11, 1997.
Surviving are 10 children and their spouses, Mahlon and Florence Steiner of Honeybrook, Pa., David and Eunice Steiner, Clarence and Elaine Steiner, Glenford and Wilma Steiner, Harold and Deborah Steiner, all of Apple Creek, Oren and Florence Steiner of Dalton, Mervin Steiner, Carolyn Steiner and Delmar Steiner, all of the home, Harlan and Mary Ann Steiner of Fredericksburg; 23 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and two brothers, Albert Neuenschwander of Dalton and Melvin Neuenschwander of New Waterford.
