ORRVILLE -- Rolland S. Clinton, 84, 954 S. Vine St., and a resident of Regency Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Orrville, since March 2001, died Saturday morning, Aug. 18, 2001 at Aultman Hospital in Canton, after a long illness.
Graveside services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery, Orrville, where military rites will be held. The Rev. Ken Baldwin will officiate.
There will be no calling hours. Auble Funeral Home in Orrville, is handling arrangements.

He was born Feb. 27, 1917, in Akron to Theo H. and Mary (Sense) Clinton and married Evelyn L. Frey on July 26, 1935, in Cumberland, W.Va. She survives.
Other survivors include a son, Richard "Dick" (Joyce) Clinton of Georgetown, Texas; grandsons, Rick Clinton of Dallas, and Scott (Christine) Clinton of Fort Worth, Texas; a great-grandson, Garret Clinton of Forth Worth, Texas; a brother, Raymond Clinton of Winter Haven, Fla.; and sisters, Roberta Etling of De Land, Fla., and Rozetta Eggeman of Fern Park, Fla.
Tracie Kerr
LODI -- Tracie E. Kerr, 98, of Lodi, died Saturday, Aug. 18, 2001, at her home.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Parker & Son Funeral Home in Lodi, with the Rev. David Howell officiating. Burial will be at Newkirk Cemetery in Big Prairie.
Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born June 3, 1903, in Shreve, to Walter and Charlotte (Davis) Kerr and married Francis William Kerr. He died in 1963.
Surviving are sons, Rex William (Nancy) Kerr of Loudonville, Donald Raymond Kerr and Glenn (Linda) Kerr, both of Lodi; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Hazel Lozier of Wooster and Lucille Crofoot of Amherst.

FREDERICKSBURG -- Sarah L. Schlabach, 80, 5228 County Road 229, died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2001, in her home after a period of declining health.
Services will be Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at the residence, with Bishop Andy Keim officiating. Burial will be at Hershberger Cemetery, Salt Creek Township, Wayne County.
Friends may call anytime at the residence. Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton, is handling arrangements.
She was born April 22, 1921, in Holmes County to Levi S. and Mary (Miller) Mast and married Jonas E. Schlabach on Nov. 21, 1946. He survives.

(Mary) Troyer, Daniel (Naomi) Schlabach and Levi (Kathy) Schlabach, all of Apple Creek, Mrs. Henry (Verna) Yoder of Fredericksburg, Mattie Schlabach and Jonas (Emma) Schlabach Jr., both of the home; 38 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; sisters, Verna Hochstetler of Millersburg, Mattie and Mary Mast, both of Fredericksburg and Mrs. Joe (Susie) Helmuth of Cashton, Wis.; and brothers, Sam Mast of Fredericksburg and Emanuel Mast of Apple Creek.
Estella Allen
ORRVILLE -- Estella H. Allen, 89, 226 E. Water St., died Friday, Aug. 17, 2001, at Regency Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Orrville, where she had resided for one year.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Orrville, with the Rev. Robert Golson officiating. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery, Orrville.

She was born Aug. 1, 1912, in Brookport, Ill., to J. Logan and Lou Harris and married Jesse Allen on May 25, 1935, in New Hampshire. He died Jan. 31, 1973.
Surviving are several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Katie Raber
WILMOT -- Katie Raber, 92, 2005 U.S. 62, died Sunday morning, Aug. 19, 2001, at her home after a brief illness.
Services will be Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the residence, with Bishop Aden J. Hershberger officiating. Burial will be at Hershberger Cemetery, Wayne Township, Tuscarawas County.

She was born Nov. 28, 1908, in Charm to Emanuel J. and Sarah (Schlabach) Miller and married John A. Raber on Jan. 1, 1929. He died Aug. 24, 1987.
Surviving are children, Mrs. Paul (Esta) Yoder of Winesburg, Aden J. Raber of the home and Owen Raber of Dover; 11 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.

LEXINGTON, Ky. -- L. Paulene "Happy" (Hall) Bicksler Grosjean, 94, formerly of Wooster, died Friday, June 15, 2001, at the home of her granddaughter, Lisa Bicksler of Lexington, Ky.
Memorial services were held Sunday, June 17, at Pruitt's Funeral Home, Lexington, Ky.

She was born Nov. 16, 1906, in Orrville to Mr. and Mrs. Frank C. Hall.
Surviving are sons, Richard H. Bicksler of Harbor Springs, Mich., William B. Bicksler of Clinton, Iowa, and David H. Bicksler of Lexington, Ky.; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a special survivor, her constant and loving caretaker for several years, Joseph Steenbergen.
Her husbands, Richard H. Bicksler Sr. and James Grosjean, died previously.
Pauline Starn
WOOSTER -- Pauline Starn, 91, 2263 Friar Tuck Circle, died Saturday morning, Aug. 18, 2001, at Wooster Community Hospital.
Memorial services will be Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Central Christian Church, with the Rev. Robin Myers officiating.

WOOSTER -- Ruth E. Jaberg, 89, of Wooster, died Friday evening, Aug. 17, 2001, at West View Manor Nursing Home.
Services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors in Mansfield, with the Rev. Lon McSherley officiating. Burial will be at Mansfield Cemetery.

She was born April 6, 1912, in Walnut Creek to Edward and Anna (Flohr) Jaberg.

(Sandra) Jaberg of Shreve; great-nephews Christopher (Rachel) Musselman of Wooster and Russell (Christina) Jaberg of Mount Eaton; a great-niece, Amy (Jeff) Cottrell of Shreve; and a number of great-great-nieces and nephews and cousins.
Ernest Taylor
WOOSTER -- Ernest B. Taylor, 82, 1946 W. Highland Ave., Ext., died Saturday morning, Aug. 18, 2001, at Wooster Community Hospital.
Memorial services will be Tuesday at 4 p.m. at the United Methodist Church of Wooster, with the Rev. Dale Sanford and Maj. Mary West officiating. Family burial will be at Wooster Cemetery.
The family will receive friends after the services.

BIG PRAIRIE -- James R. Troutman, 58, 7671 State Route 514, died Thursday, Aug. 16, 2001, at Akron General Medical Center.
Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel, Wooster, with the Rev. Delaine McGhee officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

Polly Schlabach
BALTIC -- Polly A. Schlabach, 87, 1673 State Route 643, died Friday, Aug. 17, 2001, at Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg, after a brief illness.
Services will be Monday at 9 a.m. at the residence, with Bishop Melvin J. Miller officiating. Burial will be at Schlabach Cemetery, Clark Township, Holmes County.
Friends may call anytime today (Saturday) after noon at the residence.

She was born Aug. 27, 1913, in Alabama, to Albert J. and Susanna (Zook) Schlabach.
Surviving are sisters, Mary (Andrew) Troyer of Sugarcreek and Saloma and Emma Schlabach, both of the home; a brother, Ervin A. (Mary) Schlabach of Millersburg; and many nieces and nephews.
Delmer Scheufler
WINESBURG -- Delmer R. Scheufler, 79, of Winesburg, died Friday morning, Aug. 17, 2001, at Country Lawn Nursing Home in Harmon, after a period of declining health.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Longenecker Mennonite Church near Winesburg, with Pastor Glenn Coblentz officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.

He was born Sept. 21, 1921, near Winesburg to Karl and Anna (Hochstetler) Scheufler and married Susana Kuhns on Jan. 26, 1947. She died Aug. 1, 1986. On Nov. 28, 1986, he married Sarah (Miller) Hershberger. She survives.

Dorothea Queberg
LODI -- Dorothea A. Queberg, 84, of Lafayette Township, died Friday, Aug. 17, 2001, after a short battle with cancer.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Parker & Son Funeral Home in Lodi, with Pastor Floyd Costello officiating. Burial will be at Friendsville Cemetery.

WOOSTER -- Charles J. Hendershot, 79, formerly of Gasche Street, died Thursday, Aug. 16, 2001, at Horn Nursing Home.
Private services will be Monday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, with Brother Jerry Wyant officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

WADSWORTH -- Wayne C. Rohrer, 51, of Wadsworth Township, died Thursday, Aug. 16, 2001, at Akron General Medical Center, after a two-year illness.
Services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Hilliard & Mullaney Funeral Home in Wadsworth, with the Rev. James R. Mohr officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

Willard Chaney
SUGARCREEK -- Willard "Russ" Chaney, 49, 506 Parkhill Drive, died Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2001, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Dover.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Sugarcreek United Methodist Church, with the Revs. Dairel Kaiser and Barry French officiating. Burial will be at Holmes Methodist Church Cemetery, Warren Township.

WOOSTER -- Barbara E. McIntyre, 65, 25 W. Moreland Road, died Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2001, at Hospice House of Copley.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home in Wooster, with the Rev. Robert Stull officiating. Burial will be at Moreland Cemetery.
