LODI -- Tony C. "Turtle" Williams, 19, of Lodi, died Sunday, May 27, 2001, at Elyria Memorial Hospital, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Parker & Son Funeral Home, 210 Medina St., Lodi, with Pastor Tim Neptune officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Lodi.

He was born Oct. 8, 1981, in Cleveland, to Ronald and Debra Ann (Heddleson) Williams.
Surviving are his parents of Lodi; a brother, Ron (Tammy) Williams of Lodi; maternal grandmother, Peggy Heddleson of Cleveland; paternal grandparents, Junior and Brenda Williams of Canton; a nephew and a niece and many aunts and uncles.
Julia Tucker
WEST SALEM -- Julia M. Tucker, 83, of West Salem, died Saturday, May 26, 2001, at her home.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Truth Baptist Church in West Salem with Pastor Raymond Miller officiating. Burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, where military rites will be conducted by James Stevenson American Legion Post 499 of West Salem.

She was born May 6, 1918, in Coy, Ala., to James Riley and Lillian (Mayo) Outlaw and married Charles A. Tucker. He died in 1993.
Surviving are daughter and son-in-law, Charla and Willis Montgomery of West Salem; a brother, James R. Outlaw of Jackson, Ala. and three sisters, Helen Meggison of Thomasville, Ala., Merle Bozman of Montgomery, Ala. and Lucille McMillan of El Paso, Texas.
Elma Lavengood
LOUDONVILLE -- Elma E. Lavengood, 87, 919 Mill Road, died Sunday morning, May 27, 2001, at her home, following an extended illness.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Byerly-Lindsey Funeral Home, Loudonville, with the Rev. Howard Horton officiating. Burial will be at Loudonville Cemetery.

She was born July 17, 1913, in Walhonding, to Melvin James and Artencia Mae (Stricker) Fliger and married Paul Adolf Lavengood. He died in 1962.
Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Sandra Lavengood and Pg and Maria Lavengood, all of Loudonville; two daughters and a son-in-law, Linda and Larry Ziegler and Charlotte Conley, all of Loudonville; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Edna Gibbs
WOOSTER -- Edna Kittle Gibbs, 89, 802 W. Liberty St., died Monday, May 28, 2001, at Horn Nursing Center.
There will be no services or calling hours. Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel, is handling arrangements. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

She was born on May 5, 1912, in Belington, W.Va., to Warren and Rebecca (Rienehardt) Kittle. She married William Gibbs on Sept. 30, 1943. They were married 57 years. He survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband, are a son, Alonzo H. Gibbs of Wooster and two brothers, Clarence Kittle of Wooster and Nelson Kittle of Columbus, Ga.
Larry Bartley
JEROMESVILLE -- Larry P. Bartley, 57, 21 Willow St., died Friday evening, May 25, 2001, at his residence.

He is survived by his wife, Glenda (Shriver) Bartley, whom he married June 6, 1975; his mother of Ashland; a daughter, Tonya Bartley of Apple Creek; four sons and daughters-in-law, Todd and Jennifer Bartley and Randy and Brenda Butdorff, all of Jeromesville, Tim and Carla Butdorff of Ashland and Greg and Terrica Butdorff of Polk; 11 grandchildren and a brother, Thomas Bartley of Savannah.
Dolores Cantleberry
WOOSTER -- Dolores Cantleberry, 84, of Wooster, died Sunday morning, May 27, 2001, at Wooster Community Hospital, following a period of declining health.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, Wooster, with Pastor R. Bruce Henneman officiating, followed by interment at Wooster Cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

Mrs. Cantleberry was born July 28, 1916, in Coshocton, to Roy T. and Nan Ruth (Shrimplin) Binning. She married William W. Cantleberry on Aug. 14, 1939. He survives.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two brothers, Hugh A. (Mickey) Binning of St. George, Utah, William T. (Estella) Binning of New Bedford, Mass. and a half brother, Roy R. (Ann) Binning Jr. of Newark.
Rosanna Miller
ORRVILLE -- Rosanna A. Miller, 23, of Orrville, died Saturday, May 26, 2001, at her home.
Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at East Union Mennonite Church near Orrville with the Rev. Ken Turner officiating. Burial will be at Erb Cemetery near Orrville.
Friends may call Monday from 7-9 p.m. at the church.

She was born Nov. 12, 1977, near Fredericksburg to Atlee Y. and Dorothy (Graber) Miller.
Surviving are her parents of the home; sisters, Mrs. William E. (Esther) Miller of Holmesville and Laura, Anna Mae and Leah, all of the home; brothers, Aaron and Reuben, both of the home; grandparents, Jacob and Lydia Graber of Jamesport, Mo.; step-grandmother, Emma Miller of Orrville; and a step-great grandmother, Fannie Raber of Orrville.
Delores Redmond
RITTMAN -- Delores A. "Dee" Redmond, 67, of Hatfield Road, died Friday, May 25, 2001, at her home.
She was the stepmother of Christine (Dave) Fazekas of Rittman.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Gillman Funeral Home in Rittman with the Rev. Ron Heasley officiating. Burial will be at Western Reserve Memorial Garden, Chesterland.

She was born July 9, 1933, in Pennsylvania.
Surviving are eight stepchildren; 23 grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Her husband, Charles H. Redmond, died in 1995.
Allen Guy
MINERVA -- Allen "Late Runner" Guy, 49, of Minerva, died Thursday, May 24, 2001 at Massillon Community Hospital after an apparent heart attack.
He is survived by several relatives living in the Wayne County area.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home, 206 E. Lincolnway, Minerva, with the Rev. Tom Hughes officiating. Burial will be at Liberty Cemetery.

He was born May 23, 1952, in Salem to Willis Lee and Virginia (Binns) Guy.

Kenneth Ramsdell
TAHLEQUAH, Okla. -- Kenneth A. Ramsdell, 45, of Tahlequah, Okla., died Friday, May 25, 2001, in Tulsa, Okla.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Tahlequah, Okla., with the Rev. Ronnie Rice officiating. Burial will be at Park Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Alan Patton, Jeff Smith, Brian Reasor, Sam Hart, Buck George and Mike Swim.
Honorary pallbearers are Mike Todd, Jack Girdner, Dr. Tom Been, Jeff and Larry Reasor, Butch Small, John Powell and Alan Mills.

He was born Sept. 26, 1955, in Perrysburg to William S. and Barbara A. (Chew) Ramsdell and married Donna Perse on Feb. 28, 1975. She survives.

Ramsdell, both of Tahlequah, Okla.; a granddaughter; his father, William (Janet) Ramsdell; his mother, Barbara Ann Myers; brothers, Michael W. (Barb) Ramsdell, Richard A. (Stephanie) Ramsdell and David L. (Shelly) Ramsdell, all of Orrville and Ronald L. (Kim) Ramsdell of Toledo; and a sister, Judy A. (Rusty) Hebb, of Orrville.
Ralph Odenkirk
NORTH CANTON -- Ralph L. Odenkirk, 84, of North Canton, passed away Friday evening, May 25, 2001, at his home.
He was the brother of Arthur Odenkirk of Wooster.
Services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home, 1803 N. Cleveland Ave., NW, Canton, with Pastor C. David Morgan officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.

He was born April 15, 1924, in Ashland County, to Thomas D. and Floy (McQuate) Wise Sr.
Surviving are his wife, Roseanne Wise; daughters, Barbara (Michael) LeMasters and Dana (James) Scott, both of Ashland; stepchildren, Linda Inskeep of Dublin, Mike and Scott Baldner, both of Loudonville; grandchildren, Melissa (Brian) Culler, Kevin and Craig Scott, Shilo (Jeremy) Zeigler and Sean LeMasters; five step-grandchildren; a sister, Marilyn Owens of Ashland; and a brother, Kenneth Wise of Jeromesville.
His first wife, Beverly (Bowie) Wise, died April 20, 1992.

He was born Oct. 25, 1903, in Mannington, N.J., to Leonard and Elsie Mae (Driscoll) Smith and married Viola Flitcraft on April 21, 1946. She died in 1992.

Smick of Zeeland, Mich., and Albert Flitcraft of Pennsville, N.J.; 18 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, Leonard Smick of New Jersey; and sisters, Sarah Willis and Myrtle Miller, both of New Jersey and Naomi Fisher of Pennsylvania.

MILLERSBURG -- Richard D. Phillips, 72, of Millersburg, formerly of Killbuck, died Thursday afternoon, May 24, 2001, at Sunset View Skilled Nursing Home in Millersburg, after an extended illness.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, with the Rev. Bob Stryker officiating. Burial will be at Wolfcreek Baptist Church Cemetery, Stillwell, where military services will be conducted by Killbuck Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7079.

He was born April 17, 1929, in Killbuck to James Leo and Sylvia Edna (Burkey) Phillips.

Marge Cummins
COLUMBUS -- Marguerite "Marge" Cummins, 89, of Columbus, formerly of Wooster, died Thursday, May 24, 2001, at Saint Ann's Hospital in Westerville.
Services will be this morning (Saturday) at 9:30 at Long Funeral Home, 5528 Cleveland Ave., Columbus, one block south of state Route 161. Graveside services will follow at noon at Wooster Cemetery.

She was born May 20, 1912, in Wooster to William A. and Helen (Marchand) Zimmer.
Surviving are daughters, Connie (Mel) Pence of Columbus and Sara (Ron) Smith of Dublin; grandchildren, Becky (Earnest), Tim, Todd and Andrew; great-grandchildren, Austin, Anthony and Jesse; and several nieces and nephews.
Her husband, Don R. Cummins, died previously.
