Services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. Burial will be at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

KILLBUCK -- Ronnie C. Pyers, 65, of Killbuck, died Tuesday evening, May 1, 2001, at his home, following an extended illness.
There will be no services or calling hours. Burial will be at the Killbuck Cemetery.

He was born May 31, 1935, in Killbuck, to Frank C. and Laura M. (Gallion) Pyers and married Lee Ann Taylor Baker on May 31, 1981. She survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are three stepsons, Jim Baker and Jeff Baker and his wife Tina, all of Howard and Steve Baker of Killbuck; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Dora Frase of Dalton, Pearl Stuber and Betty Kaser, both of Millersburg and several nieces and nephews.

SUGARCREEK -- Harold R. Widder, 83, 956 Miller Ave., Apt. F, died Tuesday, May 1, 2001, at Akron General Hospital, of injuries he received in a fall at his home.
Services will be Friday at 3 p.m. at First United Church of Christ in Sugarcreek with the Revs. Carlan Helgeson and Richard Gordon officiating. Burial will be at East Lawn Cemetery in Sugarcreek.
Friends may call tonight (Thursday) from 5-8 at Smith Funeral Home in Sugarcreek where Dover Masonic Lodge will conduct services at 8 p.m.

He was born Nov. 20, 1917, in Sugarcreek, to Frank and Anola (Maurer) Widder and married Dorothy Mast on May 30, 1940. She died May 16, 1972.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Emmanuel (Mary Kay) Troyer of Ragersville, Kristine Marie Widder of Sugarcreek, Mrs. Robert (Cynda) Lenarz of New Philadelphia and Mrs. Rick (Alice) Gordon of Bath; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and sisters, Helen Finzer of Sugarcreek, Thelma Morrison and Beatrice Levengood, both of Bolivar, Ada Myers of Strasburg and Alice Cappelli of Cuyahoga Falls.

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. -- Grace L. Martin, infant daughter of Corey and Holly (Lembright) Martin, 335 Mount Royall Road, died Wednesday, May 2, 2001, 12 hours and 40 minutes after her birth on May 1, 2001, at Medical University of South Carolina.
Graveside services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Fiat Cemetery in Fiat with the Rev. Wynn Lembright officiating and burial will follow services.

PHOENIX, Ariz. -- John P. "Jack" Stanton Sr., 68, 1631 W. Utopia Road, died Monday, April 30, 2001, after a long illness and heart surgery.
He was born in 1932, in Royal, Pa., the son of George C. and Daisy Stanton. On Oct. 1, 1965, he was united in marriage to Mary Casey of Marshallville.
He is survived by his wife and five children, Vicki Kimmell of Las Vegas, John P. Stanton Jr. of Orrville, Larry D. Stanton of Phoenix, Ariz., Jackie De Gordon of Massillon and J.P. Stanton III, still at home; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Frances Tawney of Rittman and Betty Stanton of Lemoore, Calif., and many nieces and nephews.

Foster Spencer
WOOSTER -- Foster E. Spencer, 85, of Wooster and formerly of Cleveland, died Saturday, April 28, 2001, at Wooster Community Hospital, following a short illness.
He was born in Clay County, W.Va., to Nelson and Kettie Spencer.
Surviving are sisters, Nancy Phillips of St. Albans, W.Va., Iona Pospisil of Alexandria, Va. and Patsy Baughman of Charleston, W.Va.; and a brother, Nelson Spencer of Charleston, W.Va. Also surviving are nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
The body was cremated. The family will conduct private services at a later date.

William Henshaw
WOOSTER -- William Stewart Henshaw, 83, 3731 E. Smithville-Western Road, died Sunday morning, April 29, 2001, at his home.
Memorial services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Robert Meyer officiating. Private burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends following the services at the church.
