She was born April 21, 1916, in Tuscarawas County, to Peter J. and Linda (Schlabach) Miller and married Pete Gingerich on June 5, 1938. He survives.

SUGARCREEK -- Margaret Alleshouse, 76, of Sugarcreek, died Monday, Jan. 1, 2001, at Hennis Care Center in Bolivar.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at First United Church of Christ in Sugarcreek, with the Rev. Carlan Helgeson officiating. Burial will be at East Lawn Cemetery.

She was born Dec. 10, 1924, in Trail to Arthur and Ora E. (Burkey) Miller and married William T. Alleshouse on March 21, 1947. He died May 30, 1981.
Surviving are children, Todd Alleshouse of Ashland, Ky., and Wendy Alleshouse of Sugarcreek; four grandchildren; a brother, Glenn D. Miller of West Worthington; and a sister, Marilyn (Bill) Weiss of Sugarcreek.
Frederick Tesauro
MILLERSBURG -- Frederick M. Tesauro, 89, of Millersburg, died Tuesday morning, Jan. 2, 2001, at Joel Pomerene Memorial Hospital in Millersburg.
Private graveside services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Millersburg. Pastor Larry Hasemeyer will officiate.
There will be no calling hours. Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, is handling arrangements.

He was born Dec. 22, 1911, in Frankfort, Pa., to Samuel and Clelia (Longo) Tesauro and married Inez Thomas on Jan. 15, 1937. She survives.
Other survivors include children, Clela Waymann of Glenmont, William Tesauro of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Thomas Tesauro of Philadelphia, and Joseph Tesauro of Solon; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Clement, Samuel and Anthony; and sisters, Rose and Louise.
Heinz Gaugel
FONTHILL, Ontario, Canada -- Heinz Gaugel, 73, of Fonthill, Ontario, Canada, formerly of Kidron and Charm, died Thursday, Dec. 28, 2000, at his home.
Memorial services will be Sunday at 3 p.m. in the Mural Hall at the Mennonite Information Center in Berlin. The Rev. Bruce Friesen will officiate.
He was born Aug. 25, 1927, in Eybach, a small village in the Swabian Alps of southern Germany.
Surviving are stepsons, Gregory of Columbus and Los Angeles, Calif., and Dan of Welland, Ontario, Canada.
Jon Goebel
WOOSTER -- Jon C. Goebel, 66, of Wooster, died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2000, in North Reading, Mass.
Memorial services were held at Anderson-Bryant Funeral Home in Stoneham, Mass. The Rev. Eric Nelson officiated.
He was born Nov. 29, 1934, in Louisville, Ky., to Harry William and Edna Rose (Newman) Goebel.
Surviving are children, Angela G. (Mark) Danico of North Reading, Mass., and Tim W. Goebel of Wooster; and a granddaughter.
Ida Vargo
CHIPPEWA LAKE -- Ida Bell Vargo, 81, of Chippewa Lake, died Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2001, at Select Specialty Hospital in Barberton.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home, Hillcrest Chapel, Wadsworth, with the Rev. Martha J. Everhard officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

She was born July 21, 1919, in Wadsworth to George and Dora (Fink) Dull and married Carl Vargo on Sept. 30, 1939. He survives.

Paulus Glass
BROOKSVILLE, Fla. -- Paulus J. Glass, 89, of Brooksville, Fla. (Campers Holiday), died Saturday, Dec. 30, 2000, at Beverly Health & Rehabilitation Center in Brooksville.
He was the father of Marlene Sievert of Dalton.
Arrangements are being handled by Brewer Memorial Funeral Homes & Crematory in Brooksville, Fla.
He was born in Newark.

Sadie Ingerson
WOOSTER -- Sadie F. Ingerson, 101, of Wooster, formerly of Port Huron, died Friday, Dec. 15, 2000.
Services were held Wednesday, Dec. 20, at Pollock-Randall Funeral Home, Port Huron, Mich. The Rev. Susan Freeland officiated. Burial was at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Fort Gratiot.

She was born March 23, 1899, in Tornio, Finland, to Erick and Maria Peteri and married Henry Ingerson on May 12, 1921 in Calumet. He died Dec. 31, 1975.
Surviving are children, Ralph (Peggy) Ingerson of Port Huron, Kenneth (Noreen) Ingerson of Virginia Beach, Va., Ruth (George) Michalek of Wooster, with whom she had made her home during the winters in recent years and Edith (Keith) Stokan of Port Huron, with whom she had made her home during the summers in recent years; 20 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

WALNUT CREEK -- Mary M. Mast, 91, of Walnut Creek, formerly of Dalton, died Wednesday morning, Jan. 3, 2001, at Walnut Hills Nursing Home, after a period of declining health.
Memorial services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Martins Mennonite Church near Orrville, with the Rev. Randy Murray officiating. Family graveside services will be held at Salem Mennonite Church Cemetery near Kidron.

NORTON -- Richard E. "Dick" Miller, 67, of Norton, formerly of Doylestown, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2001.

He was born July 5, 1933, in Glenmont to Harold and Naomi (Snyder) Lang Sr. and married Mary Workinger on April 3, 1955. She survives.

LOUDONVILLE -- John E. Upton, 74, of Loudonville, formerly of Dayspring, near Mansfield, died Friday evening, Jan. 5, 2001, at Colonial Manor Health Care Center in Loudonville.
Graveside services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Mount Zion Cemetery in Lucas, with the Rev. Lloyd Miller officiating.
Arrangements are being handled by Byerly-Lindsey Funeral Home in Loudonville.
He was born July 15, 1926, in Rosedale, W.Va., to John and Bertha Upton.

She was born Jan. 28, 1923, in Orrville to Leslie and Nancy (Wagner) Martin and married Charles F. Esselburn on Oct. 22, 1950. He survives.

MILLERSBURG -- Clara M. Miller, 82, 6601 state Route 241, died early Saturday morning, Jan. 6, 2001, at her home after an extended illness.
Services will be Tuesday at 9 a.m. at the residence, with Bishop Andy Schlabach officiating. Burial will be at the Hershberger Cemetery, Salt Creek Township, Holmes County.

She was born Oct. 9, 1918, in Holmes County to Jacob and Anna (Hershberger) Kline and married Mose C. Miller on Nov. 6, 1941. He died June 1, 1981.
Surviving are children Mrs. Melvin (Barbara) Weaver and Crist M. (Esther) Miller, both of Millersburg; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters Mrs. Dan (Sarah) Keim and Mrs. Eli (Verna) Hochstetler and brothers Alvin and Raymond Kline, all of Millersburg.

WOOSTER -- Paul W. Mahoney, 86, of Wooster, went home to be with the Lord on Friday evening, Jan. 5, 2001, at his residence after a short illness.

Causai Cuji-Crawford
DENVER -- Causai Milagro Cuji-Crawford, 18-day-old daughter of Huaira Cuji and Rachel Crawford of Denver, died Wednesday morning, Jan. 3, 2001, at Presbyterian St. Luke's Hospital in Denver.
Graveside services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Prairie Township Cemetery, Holmesville, with Scott Stewart officiating.
There will be no calling hours. Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, is handling arrangements.
She was born Dec. 15, 2000, in Denver.
Surviving in addition to her parents are a sister, Llaina Cuji of the home; maternal grandfather, Darryl Crawford of Holmesville; paternal grandparents Lucinda Gualinga and Julian Cuji, both of Ecuador; maternal great-grandmothers Margie Lowe of Holmesville and Hazel Smith of Damascus, Va.; and numerous aunts and uncles.

CANTON -- Alfred Earl Ransom, 95, formerly of Darlington Avenue Northwest, died Friday, Jan. 5, 2001, at Wooster Community Hospital after a short illness.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of First Christian Church, Canton, with the Rev. Manley C. Pierce officiating. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call two hours prior to services at the church, where Masonic services will be at 1 p.m.
Arrangements are being handled by Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home in Canton.

He was born Jan. 4, 1906, in Millersburg to Charles E. and Blanche (Hoffman) Ransom and married Grace Laverne Huth on Nov. 20, 1934. She died July 20, 1999.
