Margaret Rehard
WOOSTER -- Margaret M. Rehard, 80, 1715 Mechanicsburg Road, died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2002, at West View Manor Nursing Home.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Orange United Methodist Church, with Chaplain Dale P. Ru Lon officiating. Burial will be at Bakersville Cemetery, Bakersville, where military rites will be conducted by the Coshocton County Veterans Council.
Friends may call one hour prior to the services at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Wayne County, 2525-A Back Orrville Road, Wooster 44691.
She was born May 31, 1922, in Newcomerstown to Ernest and Hazel (Warren) Miller and married Arthur E. Rehard on May 27, 1944. He died Dec. 30, 1993.
Surviving are sons, Thomas E. "Bear" Rehard of Wasilla, Alaska and Theodore E. (Marcie) Rehard of Wooster; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Eunice (Howard) Hostetler of Newcomerstown.

Wilbert Neuenschwander
BERNE, Ind. -- Wilbert "Willie" Neuenschwander, 66, of Berne, Ind., died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2002, at Lutheran Hospital.
He is survived by many cousins in the Wayne County area.
Services will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at Evangelical Mennonite Church, Berne, Ind., with the Rev. David Bocker officiating. Private burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call today (Wednesday) from 2-9 at Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home, 365 W. Main, Berne, Ind., or one hour prior to services at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Evangelical Mennonite Church missions or building fund.
He was born May 1, 1936, in Adams County to Amos and Lavina (Amstutz) Neuenschwander and married Ruby Moser on July 2, 1960. She survives.
Other survivors include children, Tim and Ed Neuenschwander, both of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Kristi (Tracy) Zurcher of Berne, Ind.; five grandchildren; brothers, Lloyd and Joel Neuenschwander, both of Berne, Ind., Denver Neuenschwander of Geneva, Ind., and Ben Neuenschwander of Culbertson, Neb.; and sisters, Estella (Reuben) Nussbaum of Monroe, Ind., and Lorene (Dwight) Brenneman of Pennsylvania.

Evelyn Jennings
SEVILLE -- Evelyn Jennings, 86, of Seville, died Monday, Sept. 23, 2002, at Rittman Rehabilitation Care Center, after a 5-month illness.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Seville Presbyterian Church, 101 Center St., Seville, with Pastors John Stull and Gary Friend officiating. Burial will be at Mound Hill Cemetery, Seville.
Friends may call Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Armstrong-Waite Funeral Home in Seville.
Memorial contributions may be made to Seville Guilford Emergency Medical Service, 6 Spring St., Seville 44273; or to Seville Presbyterian Church.
She was born in Creston to Gilbert and Ethel (Anderson) Tuttle and married Wilbur Jennings. He died previously.
Surviving are a daughter, Linda (Don) Landis of Seville; a granddaughter, Laura Landis of Columbus; and a sister, Mildred Anshutz of Creston.

Andy Zak
NORTON -- Andrew Thomas Zak, 19, of Norton, died quietly in his sleep Sunday, Sept. 22, 2002, at his home.
Andy was born March 23, 1983, in Akron to Frank and Mariann "Mimi" (Sapp) Zak.
He will be greatly missed by his parents, Frank and "Mimi" Zak of Norton; brothers, Frank "Zak" of Doylestown and Luke M. of Norton; grandparents, John "Tom" and Carole Sapp of Norton; grandmother, Evelyn Zakraysek of Barberton; aunts and uncles, Peggy and Dave Pennell of Norton, Barb and Bob Bohn of Seville, Marie and Paul Hubler of Doylestown, Sherry and Jim Knight of Barberton, Helen and Ted Hardy of Barberton and Ed Zakraysek of Doylestown; and many cousins and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, with Father David McCarthy as celebrant and Father Richard Burchell as concelebrant. Burial will be at Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Doylestown.
Friends may call tonight (Tuesday) from 6-9 at Zak-Monbarren Funeral Home in Doylestown.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Andrew T. Zak Memorial Fund, Chippewa Valley Bank, 25 S. Portage St., Doylestown 44230.

Jo Ann Leiby
WEST SALEM -- Jo Ann Leiby, 52, of West Salem, died Monday, Sept. 23, 2002, at her home.
Services will be Thursday at 3 p.m. at Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem, with Pastor Jerry Arman officiating. Burial will be at West Salem Cemetery.
Friends may call Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Wayne County, 2525-A Back Orrville Road, Wooster 44691.
She was born March 8, 1950, to Raymond and Ada (Carter) Gasser and married Linden Leiby on Oct. 19, 1968. He survives.
Other survivors include children, Michael (Katherine) Leiby, Michelle (Todd) Smith and Brian (Jessica) Leiby, all of West Salem; five grandchildren; brothers, Russell (Barb) Gasser and Dick (Carol) Gasser, both of Wooster and James (Liz) Gasser of Florida; and sisters, Dora (Richard) Shaw of Nebraska and Gerri Brown of West Salem.

Eli Yoder
FREDERICKSBURG -- Eli D. "Sprayer Eli" Yoder, 80, 8647 State Route 241, died Monday, Sept. 23, 2002, at Doctors Hospital in Massillon, after a period of declining health.
Services will be Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at the residence, with Bishop Marlin Beachy officiating. Burial will be at Miller Cemetery, Salt Creek Township, Holmes County.
Friends may call anytime at the residence. Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton is handling arrangements.
He was born Jan. 22, 1922, near Dalton to Dan D. and Mary (Miller) Yoder and married Mary Yoder on Feb. 21, 1940. He survives.
Other survivors include children, Atlee (Susie) Yoder of Apple Creek, Leroy (Anna Mae) Yoder of Glenmont, Ervin (Lydia) Yoder, Harry (Ruth) Yoder, Esther (John) Troyer, Sovilla (Ben) Miller, Verna (Eli) Keim and Katie (Junior) Schlabach, all of Fredericksburg and Edna (Dan) Troyer of Orrville; 77 grandchildren; 78 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Anna Troyer of Apple Creek.

Marion Mark
WOOSTER -- Marion James Mark, 73, of Wooster, died Monday, Sept. 23, 2002, at West View Manor Nursing Home.
Services will be Thursday at 12:30 p.m. at McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home in Wooster. Burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.
Friends may call one hour prior to the services.
Friends who wish may make contributions to McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster 44691, to help defray funeral expenses.
He was born April 12, 1929, in Shreve to James E. and Effie M. (Carter) Mark and married Sharon Mackey Haven. She survives.
Other survivors include children, Andrew (Margie) Mark and Kimberly (Michael) Huffman, both of Wooster, Timothy (Sherry) Mark of Barberton and Sandy Mark of Springfield; stepchildren, Gloria Salazar, Donna Gentry and Jolene Haven, all of Wooster and David Haven of Lakeville; six grandchildren; a brother, Fred (Evelyn) Mark of Orrville; and a sister, Dorothy (Bob) Wynn of Mansfield.

Rev. Earl Luginbuhl
WOOSTER -- The Rev. Earl D. Luginbuhl, 76, of Arlington Drive, died Thursday, Sept. 12, 2002, at Wooster Community Hospital.
Memorial services will be Friday at 7 p.m. at Shreve Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, with the Rev. Priscilla E. Jackson officiating.
The family suggests contributions be made to Shreve Christian Church, P.O. Box 606, Shreve 44676; or Christian Church, P.O. Box 299, Elyria 44036-0299.
Arrangements are being handled by Schlabach Funeral Home in Shreve.
He was born June 17, 1926, in Bluffton to Gideon and Dora A. (Richenbach) Luginbuhl.
Surviving are a brother, Wayne Luginbuhl of Medway; and a sister, Dora Jean (Donald) Smith of Turner, Ore.

Charles Austin
WOOSTER -- Charles W. Austin, 68, of Smyser Road died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2002, at Horn's Nursing Center in Wooster.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Schlabach Funeral Home in Shreve with the Rev. Edward M. Kelley officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was born Feb. 19, 1934, in Beaver Dam, Ky., to Henry and Laura (Smith) Austin and married Susie Henderson on Feb. 25, 1952. She survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are five children, Cathy (Jackie) Robinson of Smithville, Donna Austin of Wooster, Gleema (Jeff) Henson of Wailingford, Ky., William "Bud" (Nancy) Austin and Charles A. Austin, both of Wooster; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Erma (Don) Tisdale of Bartow, Fla., Glenna (Gary) Schwartz of Lakeville and a brother, Thomas (Judy) Austin of Wooster.

Mildred Benchoff
WADSWORTH -- Mildred L. (Goldsmith) Benchoff, 93, died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2002, at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital.
Graveside services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery, Belle Center with Pastor Audleigh W. Purdin officiating.
Friends may call Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at Hilliard & Mullaney Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth.
Contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, P.O. Box 300, Wadsworth 44282.
She was born in Westminster. She married Robert Benchoff Sr. He died previously.
Surviving are stepsons and their wives, Robert Benshoff Jr. and Janice of Bellefontaine, Harry Benshoff and Paula of Sidney; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Samuel Collins
LITCHFIELD -- Samuel "Sam" Collins, 80, of Litchfield, passed away Sunday, Sept. 22, 2002, following a battle with cancer.
Services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at Parker & Son Funeral Home, 210 Medina St., Lodi, with the Rev. David Shimp officiating. Burial will be at Litchfield Cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was born Oct. 30, 1921, in Center Springs, Ala., to Dave and Jewel (Woodall) Collins.
Surviving are his daughters, Belinda Ann (L.D.) Collins of Humboldt, Ariz., Annie Jo (John) Decker and Connie J.J. Myers of Rittman; a son, Tony Collins of Oklahoma City, Okla.; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; sisters, Catherine Bryant, Lucille Sims and Maggie Bahr; brothers, Charles "Buster" and Billy Joe Collins and numerous nieces and nephews.

Leona Garretson
SHREVE -- Leona Carol Garretson, 66, of Shreve died Sunday morning, Sept. 22, 2002, at the Wooster Community Hospital, following an extended illness.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Alexander Funeral Home in Millersburg with the Rev. Christopher Stewart officiating. Burial will be at the Killbuck Cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born Aug. 21, 1936, in Coshocton County to Emil and Mary (Snyder) Buren and married William Garretson on Nov. 22, 1967. He died Jan. 26, 1991.
Surviving are two children, Billie and husband Thomas Money of Warsaw, and James Garretson of Sugarcreek; five grandchildren; three brothers, James Buren of Killbuck, Donald Buren of West Salem and Lawrence Buren of Novato, Calif. and three sisters, Alta Savant of Shreve, Ida Mellor of Big Prairie and Evelyn Christopher of Killbuck.

Olena McCartney
ORRVILLE -- Olena E. McCartney, 96, formerly of Market Street, Orrville, died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2002, at Wayne County Care Center after a lengthy illness.
Services will be Tuesday, Sept. 24, at 2:30 p.m. at the Wayne County Care Center with the Rev. Rufus Thompson, chaplain of the Care Center, officiating. Burial will be at St. Michael's Cemetery in Marshallville.
Visitation will be held at the Wayne County Care Center on Tuesday one hour prior to services.
Gresser Funeral Home of Orrville is handling the arrangements.
She was born June 15, 1906, in Gilmore County, W. Va., to Okey and Flora (Edwards) Smarr and married James McCartney on April 25, 1922. He died Oct. 21, 1974.
Surviving are daughters, Dorothy Barnes and Peggy Faught, both of Wooster; an adopted son living in Orrville; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Anna Davidoff
ORRVILLE -- Anna Davidoff, 90, 1179 Heatherwood Lane, died Friday, September 20, 2002, at Wooster Community Hospital following a period of declining health.
Funeral services will be held at Auble Funeral Home, Orrville, on Monday, Sept. 23, 2002, at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor John Fisk officiating. Burial will take place at Crown Hill Cemetery, Orrville.
There will be no public calling hours.
She was born Jan. 29, 1912, in Poland, the daughter of Simon and Sophia (Dobradushin) Guerasimov. She was united in marriage to Nick Davidoff on Sept. 1, 1930. He died March 13, 1986.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Ronald "Ron" and Rita Davidoff of Orrville; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and two nieces.

Jeffrey Gillman
PHOENIX, Ariz. -- Jeffrey Paul Gillman, 47, passed away in Phoenix, Arizona on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2002.
He is survived by his parents, Ray and Virginia Gillman of North Canton and Peoria, Ariz.; a sister and brother-in-law, Janet and Dal Bremer, and a niece, all of North Canton.
Private graveside services will be held at North Lawn Cemetery, Canton, attended by his immediate family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial service at Faith United Methodist Church, 300 Ninth Street, NW, North Canton, at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28.
Memorial contributions may be made to Faith United Methodist Church, 300 Ninth Street, NW, North Canton 44720.
Arrangements are being handled by Karlo & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. of North Canton.
