RITTMAN -- Willard C. Zuber, 89, of Rittman died Saturday, Sept. 7, 2002, at his home.
Services will be Tuesday, Sept. 10 at 11:30 a.m. at the Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 9282 Acme Road, Seville with Pastors Gerald Keller and Duane Culler officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Friends may call in the church narthex Monday from 5-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services on Tuesday.
Arrangements are being handled by Armstrong-Waite Funeral Home in Seville.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church or to Hospice of Wadsworth-Rittman, 102 Main St., No. 304, Wadsworth 44281.
He was born in Rittman to Christ and Ella (Fuchs) Zuber.
Surviving are his wife of 64 years, Nina of Rittman; a son, Glen Zuber of Seville; daughters and sons-in-law, Joan and Rich Pantalone of Canal Fulton, and Carol and Charles Snyder and Elaine and Fred Haynes, all of Rittman; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Andrew Ajtaji
OGDEN, Utah -- Andrew Ajtaji, 76, of Ogden, Utah, and formerly of Wooster, died Friday, July 5, 2002.
A private graveside family service was held Aug. 16 at Blachleyville Cemetery.
He was born July 24, 1926, in Blachleyville to Andrew and Amelia (Simon) Ajtaji and married Tressa Grabill. She died in 1958.
Surviving are his sister, Amelia (Ajtaji) Clark of Wooster; daughter, Judy (Ajtaji) Wenneck and husband, Jim, of Jonestown, Pa.; son, Ronald L. Ajtaji Sr. and wife, Sue, of Camdenton, Mo.; and six grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Susan Keim
MILLERSBURG -- Susan Keim, 76, 4889 County Road 207, died Thursday, Sept. 5, 2002, at Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg, following a lingering illness.
Services will be Sunday at 9:30 a.m. at the Abe D. Weaver residence, 4929 County Road 207, Millersburg with Bishop Aden J. Miller officiating. Burial will be at Miller Cemetery in Berlin Township, Holmes County.
Friends may call anytime at the Abe D. Weaver residence.

She was born July 10, 1926, in Holmes County to Eli J. and Katie (Shetler) Mast and married Levi M. Keim on Sept. 28, 1948. He survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband are six sons, Jacob (Betty) Keim and Eli (Verna) Keim, both of Fredericksburg, Aden (Barbara) Keim, Abe (Ella) Keim and Levi (Erma) Keim Jr., all of Millersburg and Mose (Erma) Keim of Apple Creek; two daughters, Katie Keim and Mrs. Abe (Verna) Weaver, both of Millersburg; 45 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; a brother, Jacob E.J. Mast of Millersburg and a sister, Mrs. Alvin (Marie Ann) Kline of Millersburg.
Esther Rodgers
BRINKHAVEN -- Esther J. Rodgers, 80, of Brinkhaven died Thursday afternoon, Sept. 5, 2002, at Aultman Hospital in Canton, following a short illness.
Services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the McGowan-Reid & Santos Funeral Home, 247 Stow Ave., Cuyahoga Falls with the Rev. Dave Herron officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Cuyahoga Falls.
Friends may call Sunday from 3-5 p.m. at the Alexander Funeral Home in Millersburg and one hour prior to services on Monday at the McGowan-Reid and Santos Funeral Home in Cuyahoga Falls.

She was born Oct. 28, 1921, in Akron to Alvin D. and Irene Marie (Pontious) Borden and married Carl R. Rodgers on March 8, 1941. He survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two children, Richard Rodgers of Columbus, Ind. and Chris Hawkins of Brinkhaven; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

WADSWORTH -- Max Steidel, 87, of Wadsworth, died Friday, Sept. 6, 2002, at Rittman Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, following a three-month illness.
Services for the family will be Monday with the Rev. Paul D. Thoms officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.

Lena Jampen
MANSFIELD -- Lena E. Jampen, 88, formerly of Mansfield, died Monday, Sept. 3, 2002, at the Apostolic Home in Rittman following an extended illness.
Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home conducted by Elder Mark Masters and assisted by Ron Steiner of Apostolic Christian Church. Burial will be at Mansfield Memorial Park.

She was born Nov. 3, 1913, in Jackson County, Minn., to Ernest and Barbara Gasser. Lena was married at the age of 65 in Switzerland to Herman Jampen. He died previously.
Surviving are a brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Dorothy Gasser of Portland, Ore.; a sister, Helen Taylor of Jacksonville, Fla.; four nieces and two nephews.
Anna Arnold
WOOSTER -- Anna Margaret "Peggy" Arnold, 87, of Wooster, died Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2002, at Wooster Community Hospital.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the McIntire, Davis and Greene Funeral Home in Wooster with the Rev. Michael Conklin officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Millersburg.

She was born June 14, 1915, in Millersburg to Omar and Lucy Marie (Smail) Bowen and married Ralph Arnold on Sept. 3, 1944. He died Jan. 18, 1966.

E. Mae Bowman
ASHLAND -- E. Mae Bowman, 88, of Ashland, and formerly of Mechanicsburg Road, Wooster, died Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2002, at the Samaritan Regional Health System Hospital in Ashland.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Central Christian Church in Wooster with the Rev. Kevin Phipps officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens in Wooster.

She was born Aug. 9, 1914, in Loudonville to Bud and Bertha (Arnold) Covert Brenstuhl and married Ralph R. Bowman on Oct. 26, 1935. He died in 1973.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.

ORRVILLE -- Glenn R. "Brownie" Brown, 83, 317 Washington Blvd., died Tuesday night, Sept. 3, 2002, at Brenn-Field Nursing Center in Orrville, following a period of declining health.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at Trinity United Methodist Church in Orrville with the Rev. Dennis Rinehart officiating. Burial will take place at Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville where military rites will be held.

ETOWAH, Tenn. -- Frances T. Clark, 79, of Etowah, Tenn. and formerly of the Moreland area, died Monday, Sept. 2, 2002, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
A graveside committal service will take place Saturday, Sept. 14, at 11 a.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery, Shreve, with the Rev. Bill Lawson officiating.

She was born Oct. 13, 1922, in Jeromesville to Fred and Mary (Eyman) Hootman and married Robert J. Clark. He preceded her in death Dec. 25, 1994.
Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Judith and Roger Massey of Tavares, Fla.; a son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Carol Clark of Powder Springs, Ga.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and a sister, Catherine Miller of Ashland.

She was born Oct. 30, 1916, in Maysville to Joseph and Nora (Beckler) Cholley and married Wilbur W. Fisher. He died previously.
