RITTMAN -- Anthony A "Tony" Christian Jr., 72, of 119 E. Sunset Drive died Saturday, Feb. 9, 2002, at the Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Gillman Funeral Home, Rittman, with Pastor Bud Olszewski officiating. Burial will be at Rittman Cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

He was born Aug. 3, 1929, in New York City, N.Y., to Anthony A. and Laura (Cordeau) Christian Sr. and married Mary Boyden on Jan. 13, 1951. She survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are sons, Anthony (Linda) Christian III, and Ray (Linda) Christian, all of Rittman; daughters, Mary Killough Yandle and spouse James of Pageland, S.C., and Toni Ann (David) Buchwalter of Rittman; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Frank Christian of Monterey, Tenn., and Oscar Christian of Oklahoma City, Okla., and sisters, Eva Ladrach of Wooster, Sophia Christian of Phoenix, Ariz., Terry Summo of Havelock, N.C., and Alexizina Christian of Southbridge, Mass.
Charles Bise
RITTMAN -- Charles F. Bise, 84, of Rittman and formerly of Medina County, died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2002, at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Armstrong-Waite Funeral Home in Seville with the Rev. Wayne LaFollette officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Wadsworth.
Friends may call one hour prior to service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
He was born May 8, 1917, in Reedy, W.Va.
Surviving are a son Roy (Joanie) Bise of Seville; a daughter, Betty Jones of Rittman; four grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; a sister, Dorothy Lowe of Wadsworth and a brother, Clarence Bise of Reedy, W.Va.
His wife, Orla Leoma died previously.
Stanley Hutchinson
WOOSTER -- Stanley E. Hutchinson, 64, 2613 Eby Road, died Saturday, February 9, 2002, at his residence.
Private family services will be held at the Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel with the Reverend O.J. Thompson officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

He was born October 1, 1937, in Ashland to Glenn and Grace (Bowen) Hutchinson. He married Charlotte Hensel on December 31, 1955. She survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are children, Jerry (Veronica), and Valerie Edmond, all of Wooster, Diane Casey of West Salem; four grandchildren and a sister, Joyce (Jay) Calame of Creston.

ORRVILLE -- Paul L. Ressler, 91, of Orrville and formerly of Dalton, died Saturday, Feb. 9, 2002, at Brenn-Field Nursing Center in Orrville following a long period of declining health.
Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Pleasant View Mennonite Church in North Lawrence with the Rev. John Miller officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Auble Funeral Home in Orrville or one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the church.

He was born Oct. 23, 1910, in Nappanee, Ind., to Joseph L. and Mary (Wenger) Ressler and married Florence Kandel on June 30, 1935, in Dalton. She survives.

MARSHALLVILLE -- Beulah M. Snodgrass, 83, of Marshallville died Saturday evening, Feb. 9, 2002, at Aultman Hospital in Canton following a short illness.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Auble Funeral Home in Orrville with the Rev. Homer Watson officiating. Burial will be at St. Michael's Cemetery near Marshallville.

She was born Nov. 19, 1918, in Flint Springs, Ky., to Bert and Essie (Daugherty) Cook and married Theron Snodgrass on Aug. 11, 1934, in Flint Springs, Ky. He died on May 21, 1992.
Surviving are five sons, Gary (Alice) Snodgrass and Jerry (Janet) Snodgrass, both of Wooster, Charles (Susan Sivey) Snodgrass of Shreve, Mike Snodgrass of Marshallville and Pat Snodgrass of Pleasantville, N.J.; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and three sisters, Shirley Rogers of Louisville, Ky., Louise (Lonnie) Daugherty of Los Alamitos, Calif., and Lucille (Ervin) Daugherty of Morgantown, Ky.

LAKEWOOD -- Cheri Lynn (Hunter) Daniels, 35, of Lakewood, passed away Saturday, Feb. 9, 2002, in Mentor.

Cheri was born Aug. 19, 1966, in Berea to Robert and Jo Ann (Purcell) Hunter and married Joseph Daniels on Aug. 28, 1999. He survives.

Greenlee, both of Lakewood; her parents of Brunswick; a brother, Robert (Teresa) Hunter of Wooster; a nephew, Cody Hunter of Wooster; maternal grandmother, Florence Purcell of LaGrange; and many close and loved aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Elwood Shoemaker
ASHLAND -- Elwood H. Shoemaker, 81, of Ashland, and a resident of Woodlawn Nursing Home in Mansfield, died Saturday evening, Feb. 9, 2002, at MedCentral Hospital in Mansfield.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Van Hove Funeral Home in Ashland with Pastor Bob Pflueger officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery, Shreve.

He was born Sept. 3, 1920, in Fostoria to Calvin and Anna Shoemaker and married Alice Markel Miller. She died April 9, 1983.
Surviving is a dear friend and companion Opal Gale of Mansfield.
In addition to his wife, a sister, Coradell Shoemaker Stahl, and a brother, Royal Shoemaker, died previously.
Connie Wasson
BURBANK -- Connie M. Wasson, 80, of Burbank, passed away Monday, Feb. 11, 2002, at Medina General Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Parker & Son Funeral Home, 210 Medina St., Lodi, with the Rev. Robert Holmes officiating. Burial will be at Burbank Cemetery.

She was born Oct. 30, 1921, in Wooster to Samuel and Amelia Iannarelli and married Howard "Homer" Wasson. He died in 1980.

Mattie Miller
FREDERICKSBURG -- Mattie M. Miller, 93, 6230 Moreland Road, died Tuesday morning, Feb. 12, 2002, at her home after a period of declining health.
Services will be Friday at 9 a.m. at the residence, with Bishop Atlee Mast officiating. Burial will be at the Simon Yoder Cemetery, Salt Creek Township, Wayne County.

She was born Jan. 15, 1909, near Charm to Joe J. and Mattie (Weaver) Troyer and married Mose S. (Grosjean) Miller on Jan. 1, 1931. He died Dec. 22, 1972.

Harold Rebman
LYNDHURST -- Harold Rebman, 86, of Lyndhurst, dear father of Janet (Edward) Rossi and Carole (Mick) Gilchrist. Loving grandfather of Morgan Claire Rebman. Brother of the late Walter Rebman. Uncle of Eugene Rebman, Faye Vacha, Richard Rebman and Faith Elaine Emerson.
A family memorial service with Masonic services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Nicol-Wells-Kloss Funeral Home, 5252 Mayfield Road, Lyndhurst (between Richmond and Brainard).
Following the services, the family will greet friends in the community room of the funeral home.

She was born June 17, 1936, in Rittman to Frank and Florence (Ripley) Yoder and married Dean Litman on Jan. 26, 1958. He survives.

DOYLESTOWN -- Hazel C. McLain, 77, of Doylestown, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2002.
Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Zak-Monbarren Funeral Home in Doylestown, with President Jerry Jensen officiating. Burial will be at Chestnut Hill Cemetery.

WOOSTER -- Ken L. Hochstetler, 46, of Wooster, formerly of Apple Creek, died Tuesday evening, Feb. 12, 2002, at Wooster Community Hospital, after a life-long illness with diabetes.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Kidron Mennonite Church, with the Rev. Herman Myers officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call Friday from 5-7 p.m. in the fellowship building of Kidron Mennonite Church, or one hour prior to the services at the church.

Miranda Cornett
MILLERSBURG -- Miranda Nicole Cornett, infant daughter of Shelly Shinn and Troy Cornett, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2002, at Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg.
Private services will be Friday at Community Bible Church, Millersburg, where graveside services will be held. The Rev. Dan DeHass will officiate.

He was born Feb. 14, 1943, in Lodi, to Earnest and June (Evans) Tanner and married Portia Fowler on Jan. 8, 1966. She survives.
