AKRON -- Roy C. Sigler, 88, of Akron, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2002, from complications of pneumonia.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Hilary's Catholic Church, 2750 W. Market St., Fairlawn. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.

He was born in Wooster to Henry and Alma Sigler.
Surviving are his wife of 67 years, Evelyn H. (Chenevey) Sigler; his children, Sr. Patricia Sigler, O.P., Elizabeth Palko, Nancy Sprosty, Loren Sigler and Barbara Graver; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; sisters, Myrtle Brooks, Mildred Luke and Frances Zetty and a brother, Raymond Sigler.
Elmer Deibler
ORRVILLE -- Elmer Deibler, 89, of Orrville, diedWednesday morning, February 20, 2002, at Brenn-Field Nursing Center in Orrville, where he has resided for the last five years.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday at Auble Funeral Home in Orrville with the Rev. Jack Westfall officiating. Burial will take place at Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. or one hour prior to the service on Friday.

He was born Dec. 25, 1912, in Davison, Pa. to George and Susie (Crusan) Deibler and married Josephine Anderson on March 9, 1940, in Orrville. She died on Dec. 16, 1999.
Surviving are two daughters, Jean (Bob) Daniel of Orrville and Joanna Neal of Dalton, a son, Jerry Deibler of Fort Myers, Fla., eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson and numerous nieces and nephews.
Robert Crawford
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Robert Paul Crawford, 59, of Kansas City, Mo., died unexpectedly on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2002.
A memorial service was held Feb. 2 in Athens. Burial was at Centenary Cemetery in Cutler.

He was born Feb. 24, 1942, in Shreve to Paul and Marjorie (Aylsworth) Crawford.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Blauser Crawford, daughters, Kimberly Ann (Park) Plank of St. Louis, Mo. and Jill (Phil) Perkins of Holland, Mich.; a son, Chris Crawford of Dallas, Texas; four grandchildren; a sister, Ellen (Gar) Compton of Clinton; a brother, Mark (Shirley) Crawford of Prospect; many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
Louise Isch
WOOSTER -- Louise E. Isch, 91, 450 McClure St., died Thursday afternoon, Feb. 21, 2002, at Wooster Community Hospital.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the McIntire, Davis and Greene Funeral Home, Wooster, with the Rev. David Stout officiating. Burial will be at Wooster Cemetery.

Surviving are daughters and sons-in-law, Sue and Ted Crawford, Sandy and Bill Crosby, and Marilyn and Dave Laher, all of Wooster; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Joanne Bishop
ORRVILLE -- Joanne M. Bishop, 72, 1729 Paradise Road, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2002, at the home of her son in North Olmsted following an eight-month illness.
There will be no services or calling hours; cremation has taken place. Auble Funeral Home in Orrville is handling arrangements.
She was born April 18, 1929, in Elyria to Grover G. and Ada (Kunsman) Hull and married Albert J. "Jack" Bishop. He died Nov. 10, 1999.
Surviving are sons, Richard (Judy) Bishop of Ijamsville, Md., and Ronald (Ellen) Bishop of North Olmsted; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and a sister, Carol (John) Hines of Elyria.
Robert Menschingr
CRESTON -- Robert Paul Mensching, 46, 3874 E. Pleasant Home Road, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2002, at his home, following a sudden illness.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with the Rev. Norman Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Jackson Cemetery.

He was born Oct. 21, 1955, in Wooster to Wallace and Phyllis (Harrison) Mensching.
Surviving are two sons, Aaron (Sarah) Mensching of Creston and Travis Mensching of Burbank; his parents of Creston; a brother, James Mensching of Creston; a sister, Vicki (Mark) Moser of Creston and a niece and a nephew.
Sylvan Hofstetter
KIDRON -- Sylvan Hofstetter, 98, of Kidron, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2002, at Brenn-Field Nursing Center in Orrville, following a period of declining health.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Kidron Mennonite Church with the Revs. Terry Shue and Herman Myers officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the Fellowship building of Kidron Mennonite Church or Monday one hour prior to services at the church.

He was born Nov. 25, 1903, near Kidron, to David J. and Lavina (Gerber) Hofstetter and married Martha Nussbaum on Feb. 10, 1929. She died June 9, 1992.
Surviving are four children, Marjorie Hofstetter of Akron, Janice Rosario of Kidron, Rachel (Jim Swartzentruber) Hofstetter of Jeromesville, and Clinton (Helen) Hofstetter of Apple Creek; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Willis Hofstetter and Clair Hofstetter, both of Apple Creek.
William Carlton Jr.
TAMPA, Fla. -- William Carlton Jr., 71, of Tampa, Fla., died Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2002, following an extended illness.
He was born in Wooster to William and Hilda Carlton.
He is survived by three children, James Carlton of Tampa, Fla., William and Karen Carlton of Wooster and Patty and Jamie Gross of Orrville and four grandchildren.
Levi Troyer
SUGARCREEK -- Levi E. Troyer, 73, 420 Zurich St., died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2002 at Joel Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg after an extended illness.
Services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the St. John Lutheran Church in Mount Hope with the Rev. Wayne Giesler officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday from 1-5 p.m. at the Smith Funeral Home in Sugarcreek and one hour prior to services at the church on Monday.
He was born Jan. 29, 1929, in Holmes County, to Eli M. and Mattie (Schlabach) Troyer and married Anna J. Jackson. She died July 25, 1994.
Surviving are two sons, David Lee Troyer of Lakewood and Richard Wayne Troyer of Avon Lake; six grandchildren; a great-grandchild; two sisters, Mrs. John (Lovina) Hershberger of Sugarcreek and Mary Raber of Millersburg and a brother, Atlee E. Troyer of Sugarcreek.
Larry W. Gantz
PHOENIX -- Larry W. Gantz, 74, of Phoenix, Ariz. and formerly of Orrville, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2002.
He was born on Jan. 11, 1928, in Alliance.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Betty; a son, Ron Gantz, daughter-in-law, Sandy; daughter, Chris Dickie, son-in-law, Bob, of Coto de Caza, Calif.; three grandchildren; brothers, Emmet Gantz (Betty) of Tampa, Fla., Robert (Gay) Gantz of Alliance; a sister, Marilyn (Robert) Marty of Alliance and many nieces and nephews.
A private family memorial was held.
Della Bach
DALTON -- Della M. Bach, 82, died Friday, February 22, 2002, at Shady Lawn Nursing Home.

She was born June 16, 1919, in Sugarcreek Township to David and Lilly (Sprunger) Zuercher. She married Charles L. Bach on February 18, 1939. He died in 1994.
She is survived by daughters, Connie (Gary) Rivers of Bristol, Ind., Deborah (Frank) Lemen of Centerville; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and a brother, Rollin (Vera) Zuercher of Wooster.
Donita McClure
WEST SALEM -- Donita C. "Boots" McClure, 70, 13360 N. Elyria Road, and formerly of Wooster, died Friday morning, Feb. 22, 2002, at Akron General Medical Center.
Services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, Wooster, with the Rev. Doug Wantz officiating. Burial will be at Reedsburg Cemetery.

Lovie Beichler
WOOSTER -- Lovie M. Beichler, 85, 5048 Mono Drive, died Friday, February 22, 2002, at her residence.
Services will be Tuesday, February 26, 2002, at 1 p.m. at the Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel with Evangelist Bill Smith officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

She was born February 3, 1917, in Norfolk, Arkansas, to Walter Presley and Mary Ellen (Martin) Raymond. She married Jack Beichler on November 17, 1983. He survives.
Other survivors include brother and sister-in-law, Ernest and Mabel Raymond of Millersburg and sisters, Jessie Trimble of Wichita, Kan., and Cuba Mills of Wooster.
Otto Fought
SHREVE -- Otto C. Fought, 89, 351 Church St., died Friday, Feb. 22, 2002, at Wooster Community Hospital.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Shreve Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) with the Rev. Priscilla E. Jackson officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery in Shreve with military rites conducted by the Shreve American Legion.
Friends may call Monday from 7-9 p.m. at Schlabach Funeral Home in Shreve, where a Masonic Service will be held at 8:45 p.m.

He was born June 24, 1912, in Shreve to William B. and Emma (Cowell) Fought and married Marguerite Priest on Aug. 29, 1942. She died Jan. 21, 1998.
Surviving are five children, Robert Fought and Diane Fought, both of Shreve, Janet (Howard) Silverman of Columbus, Beth (James) Copley and Deborah Fought, both of Wooster and five grandchildren.

BREWSTER -- Janice L. Aduddell, 62, of Brewster, died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2002, at Altercare of Navarre after a brief illness.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Spidell Funeral Home in Brewster, with the Rev. Robert Piatt officiating. Burial will be at the Welty Cemetery.

She was born April 2, 1939, in Massillon to William R. and Jacqueline J. (Sanders) Ricoski and married Jack E. Aduddell Sr. on Sept. 14, 1973. He died June 14, 1990.
She is survived by twin daughters, Mrs. Charles (Kelly) Skelly of Brewster and Mrs. Michael (Kim) Duke of Massillon; a son, Ron (Linda) Van Horn of Navarre; her granddaughter, Jaqueta Van Horn, whom she adopted at the age of 8, of Brewster; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Gary (Denise) Hershberger of Wooster; three stepsons, Jack (Sharon) Aduddell of Wooster, Keith (Kathy) Aduddell of Millersburg, and Robert (Connie) Aduddell of Wooster; five grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Henry (Karen) Lautzenheiser of Justus and Hazel Keinath of Beach City; and a brother, William (Brenda) Ricoski of Beach City.
