MILLERSBURG -- Helen Elizabeth (Widney) Chandler, 86, of Millersburg, died Wednesday, March 20, 2002, at Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Waite & Son Funeral Home, Medina Chapel, 765 N. Court St., Medina, with Pastors Jerry Stroud and Lester Clark officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens in Wooster.
Friends may call Friday from 2-4 at the funeral home and one hour prior to services on Saturday.

She was born Jan. 22, 1916, in Vale, S.D., to James Marshall and Mary Elizabeth (Beam) Widney.
Surviving are her husband, Jim Chandler, to whom she had been married 64 years; daughters, Carol Williams of Escondido, Calif. and Shari Schafer of Millersburg; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a sister, Ethel Widney Miller of Hilliard and a brother, Jim Widney of Peoria, Ariz.
Miriam Ng
HILLSIDE, N.J. -- Miriam S. (Weaver) Ng, 45, of Hillside, N.J. and formerly of Apple Creek, died Monday, March 18, 2002, at her home, following a long illness.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Salem Mennonite Church near Wooster with Pastor Raul Tadeo officiating. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery at the church.
Friends may call at the church one hour prior to services on Sunday.

She was born Jan 6, 1957, in Wooster, to Atlee and Vera (Kandel) Weaver and married Simon G. Ng on Dec. 26, 1981 in Wooster. He survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband, are a son, Michael Ng and a daughter, Julie Ng of Hillside, N.J.; her parents of Apple Creek; brothers, Ivan (Joyce) Weaver of Kidron, Harold (Lisa) Weaver of Cape Coral, Fla., Art Weaver and John (Deb) Weaver of Apple Creek; sisters, Ruby (Sam) Kuhns of Louisville, Alice (John) Shetler and Shirley (Stan) Ross of Apple Creek, Mary Helen (Dick) Heinbaugh of Hartville and Betty (Dave) Troyer of Fredericksburg.

MILLERSBURG -- Jennifer Larea Lewis, 15, of Millersburg, died Wednesday morning, March 20, 2002, at her home, following an extended illness.
Services will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at Grace Mennonite Church in Berlin with the Rev. Larry Kaufman officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Millersburg.
Friends may call Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Grace Mennonite Church in Berlin.

She was born April 29, 1986, in Millersburg, to Don and Linda (Miller) Lewis.
Surviving in addition to her parents of Millersburg are a brother, Justin Lewis of the home; maternal grandmother, Twila Miller; paternal grandmother, Eloise Lewis and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

DALTON -- Roger Joseph Massaro of West Main St., Dalton, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2002, at Akron General Hospital, after a six-month illness.
Private family services will be held at Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel, with the Rev. Bob Ralston officiating. Entombment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
There will be no calling hours.
Roger was born March 4, 1933, in Wooster to John and Dora (Coccia) Massaro and married Dona Marie (Graber) McFarren on June 9, 1969, in Winchester, Va.
He is survived by his wife, Dona, stepchildren, Lorraine F. McFarren of St. Thomas, USVI, Ret. Major Stuart A. McFarren of Arlington, Va., and Craig T. McFarren of Pace, Fla.; six step-grandchildren; his mother, Dora Massaro of Wooster; brothers, Richard Massaro of Marshallville and Thomas Massaro of Tamarac, Fla., and nieces and nephews.

RITTMAN -- Helen R. Workman, 87, of Rittman, died Thursday, March 21, 2002, at the Brenn-Field Nursing Center in Orrville.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church with the Rev. Phil P. Pritt officiating. Burial will be at Rittman Cemetery

She was born on Jan. 11, 1915, in Shamrock, Pa., to John and Mary (Liska) Csuhta and married William Lester Workman. He died in 1971.
Surviving are sons, William (Janice) Workman of Rittman and Louis (Kathleen) Workman of Wadsworth; daughters, Barbara (Dwaine) Howell of Thornville, Cheryl Workman of Massillon, Mary (Kenneth) Henegar of Doylestown, Lois (David) Lustig of Massillon; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

WOOSTER -- Harriet R. Lance, 83, formerly of Williamsburg Court, died Tuesday, March 19, 2002, at the Horn Nursing Center.
Graveside services will be Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the Woodlawn Cemetery on Medina Street in Lodi with the Rev. James Collier officiating.
There will be no calling hours.

She was born Dec. 8, 1918, in Logan County to Ralph A. and Clara J. (Miller) Lichty and married Donald E. Lance. He died in 1997.
Esta Wilson
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -- Esta M. Wilson, 81, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and formerly of Sterling, died Thursday, March 21, 2002.
Services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Gillman Funeral Home in Rittman, with the Rev. Al Rudolph officiating. Burial will be at the Rittman Cemetery.

She was born Sept. 5, 1920, to Lindsey and Nancy (Dalton) Scaggs and married Herman Wilson. He died previously.
Surviving are daughters, Thelma (John) Riggenbach of Sterling, Shirlee (Dave) Jones of Chattanooga, and Evelyn (Kenneth) Packard of Glenmont; a son, Tom (Regina) Wilson of Killbuck; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He is survived by wife, Pauline Yacso of Doylestown; son, Joseph Yacso of Akron and numerous nieces and nephews.

SEBASTIAN, Fla. -- Jean C. Frederick, of Sebastian, Fla., and formerly of Wooster, died Monday evening, March 18, 2002, at the Riverside Medical Hospital in Sebastian, Fla., following an extended illness.
Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Alexander Funeral Home with the Rev. Dale Duncan officiating. Burial will be at the Nashville Cemetery.
Friends may call two hours prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
She was born Jan. 22, 1929, in Holmes County to Russell and Dorotha (Burgett) Martin and married Earl Frederick on Aug. 2, 1976. He survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband, are two children and their spouses, Ralph "Butch" and wife, Cheryl Sheely of Palm Bay, Fla., and Curt Sheely of Wooster; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; stepchildren, Deb and husband, Ron McHenry. of Canton, Ed and wife, Sharon Frederick, of Bolivar and Tammy and husband, Dave Cummins, of Wooster; 10 step-grandchildren; a step-great-grandchild; two sisters, Phyllis Moore and Linda Spurgeon, both of Millersburg and three brothers, Marvin Martin, Marion Martin and Robert "Bob" Martin, all of Millersburg.

FAIRVIEW, Pa. -- Olive E. Lifer Derrow, 79, of Fairview, Pa., formerly of Loudonville, died Thursday afternoon, March 21, 2002, at St. Vincent's Health Center, Erie, Pa., after a brief illness.
Services will be held Monday, March 25, at 11 a.m. at Byerly-Lindsey Funeral Home, Loudonville, with the Rev. Terry E. Ruther officiating. Burial will be in Loudonville Cemetery.

Mrs. Derrow was born October 25, 1922, in Loudonville, the daughter of the late Walter and Evelyn (Sprang) Lifer and married Donald D. Derrow. He died July 23, 1992.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bradford Lee and Darlene Derrow of Erie, Pa., and two grandsons.

Services will be Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Butler-Varns Funeral Home in Sugarcreek with the Rev. John R. Long officiating. Burial will be at East Lawn Cemetery.

She was born Oct. 17, 1910, in Crawford Township, Coshocton County, to Jonathan and Emma (Stingel) Kleinknecht and married Rolland H. Brown on Jan. 5, 1935. He died Feb. 16, 1984.
Surviving are a son, Ted L. (Janice) Brown of Sugarcreek; a daughter, Mrs. Voris (Donna Y.) Stingel of Dundee; six grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and a sister, Dora Davis of Walnut Hills Retirement Home in Walnut Creek.
Edward Pirman
WADSWORTH -- Edward Pirman, 82, of Wadsworth, died Friday, March 22, 2002, at the Apostolic Christian Home in Rittman.
A memorial service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Gillman Funeral Home, 360 W. Sunset Drive, Rittman. The Rev. Jonathan A. Knight will officiate and private inurnment will be in Rittman Cemetery.

He was born Nov. 21, 1919, in Rittman, to John and Rose (Bozick) Pirman.
Surviving are his wife, Margaret (Marge) Pirman, to whom he was married 59 years; a daughter, Kim and husband, Scott Pogan of Huron; a grandson and brothers, John (Grace) Pirman of Scottsdale, Ariz. and Carl (Darline) Pirman and Richard (Vi) Pirman, all of Wadsworth.
Carliss Musick
RITTMAN -- Carliss E. Musick, 82, of Sterling Ave., died Friday, March 22, 2002, at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital.
Services will be held in Lebanon, Va. with the Combs Funeral Home in charge. Burial will be in Ketron Memorial Gardens.
Gillman Funeral Home in Rittman is in charge of local arrangements.
He was born Feb. 19, 1920, in Russell County, Va., to Kaney and Hettie (Hale) Musick.
Surviving are his wife Magelena (Kiser) Musick; son, Jerry (Tonie) Musick of Ravenna; daughter, Mrs. Nick (Wanda) Foster of Rittman; two grandchildren and sisters, Leova Hart of Cleveland, Va. and Lola Mae Carter of Danville, Va.
Jeffrey Johnston
LOS ANGELES -- Jeffrey D. Johnston, 51, of Los Angeles, died Dec. 27, 2001.
Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman.
Surviving are his stepmother, Rosalie Johnston of Creston; a brother, Gregory D. Johnston of Idaho, a sister, Barbara Johnston of Wisconsin and two nieces.
G. Anne Morrison
ORRVILLE -- G. Anne Morrison, 66, 215 N. Elm St., died Friday morning, March 22, 2002, at Regency Park in Orrville.
Services will be Sunday at noon at the family home at 215 N. Elm St., Orrville. Burial of the cremains will be held at a later date at Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville.
She was born Feb. 13, 1936, in Cherry Tree, Pa., to John and Genieve Monteith.
Surviving are her former husband, Richard Morrison of Florida; sons, John Morrison and his wife, Deborah, and James R. Morrison, all of Orrville; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a nephew, Andrew Monteith of Kentucky and a niece, Lynette Burkhart of Canton, whom she raised.
