He was born Aug. 22, 1951 in Akron to Orphy B. and Marjorie (Knox) Evans and married Debra Siebert on Nov. 27, 1998. She survives. GLENMONT -- Ethel M. Speck, 90, of Glenmont, died Friday afternoon, Jan. 29, at the Holmes County Home, after an extended illness. Graveside services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Wolf Creek Cemetery, Killbuck, with the Rev. Jacob "Jake" Rupple officiating. There will be no calling hours. She was born Aug. 9, 1908 in Richland Township, Holmes County, to Linas and Abby (Roby) Mellor and married Ralph M. Speck. He died previously.
