Burgess
WELLINGTON

Services for Audie O. Burgess, 68, of 1686 Websters Chapel Road, will be Sunday at 3 p.m. at K.L. Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Griffith officiating.

Burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery.

The family will receive friends tonight from 7-8 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Burgess died Friday at Jacksonville Hospital.

Embry

Services for Mary Alice Embry, 75, of #7-B Barber Terrace, Anniston, will be announced by Anniston Funeral Services.

Mrs. Embry died Tuesday at her home.

Evans
PELL CITY

Services for Willie Evans, 45, of 1805 Kings Circle, will be today at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Cropwell with Pastor W.L. Martin officiating.

Burial will be in Greenfield Church Cemetery.

The body will be at the church an hour before services.

Sims Funeral Service will direct.

Mr. Evans died Wednesday at St. Clair Regional Medical Hospital.

Survivors include four brothers, Gregory Evans of Detroit, and Alvin Evans, Michael Evans and Hugh Jordan, all of Pell City; and three sisters, Rosalee Smith, Willie L. Evans and Gwendolyn McGraw, all of Pell City.

Pallbearers will be brothers and friends.

Feazell
SAKS

Services for Edith Opal Feazell, 86, of Saks, will be Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Bill Snow and Hubert Ford officiating.

Burial will be in Anniston Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

The family will receive friends tonight from 6-9 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Feazell died Friday at Colonial Pines Health Care in Oxford.

Survivors include two sons, Louie Feazell and Doy Feazell, both of Saks; a sister, Lura Dickerson of Saks; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Donny Turner, Adam Parton, Tim Huddleston, Raymond Feazell, Willie Frank Fleming, Billy Feazell and Bruce Tankersley.

Mrs. Feazell, a native of Clay County, had lived in the Blue Mountain and Saks area most of her life.

She was a member of Edgewood Congregational Methodist Church of Anniston.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wiley Feazell; a daughter, Martel Turner; and several brothers and sisters.

Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to the Edgewood Congregational Methodist Church.

Fluker

Services for Robert Fluker, 44, of 2508 Norwood Ave., Anniston, will be today at 3 p.m. at Ervin Funeral Chapel with Rev. Eugene McGhee Jr. officiating.

Burial will be in Oconee Cemetery in Oxford.

The body will lie in state from 8 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Mr. Fluker died Monday at Regional Medical Center.

Survivors include two daughters, Tishonda Monkee Fluker and Monica Groce, both of Anniston; two sons, Robert Fluker Jr. of Fort Hood, Texas, and Torris Antonio Fluker of Anniston; four sisters, Shirley Dixon of Anniston, Mary A. Ferrell, Linda A. Lumas and Betty J. Wright, all of Hobson City; four brothers, Percy W. Fluker and Sylvester Fluker, both of Oxford, and R.C. Fluker and Jimmy Fluker, both of Hobson City; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be friends.

Mr. Fluker, a lifelong resident of Anniston, was an employee of Union Foundry for 25 years.

Hobdy

Services for Gregory Hobdy, 26, of 930 Jefferson Ave., Anniston, will be today 2 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church in Hobson City with Rev. J.L. Stringer officiating.

Burial will be in the Oconee Cemetery with Anniston Funeral Service in charge.

Mr. Hobdy died Monday at Regional Medical Center.

Survivors include a son, Gregory Dion Hobdy of Hobson City; his mother, Catherine Green S. Green of Anniston; his father, Charlie Hobdy of Florala; a brother, Charles B. Hobdy of Anniston; and his grandmother, Connie Hobdy of Florala.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Streeter, Charles Hobdy, Quincy Barclay, Carnell Barclay, Randy Stone and Michael Stone.

Mr. Hobdy, a lifelong resident, was an employee of Shoney's of Anniston.

He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.

Johnson

Services for Howard H. Johnson Jr., 76, of 1405 Forest Lane, Anniston, will be Sunday at 3 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Anniston with Revs. Billy Redding and Woodfin Grove officiating.

Burial will be in Forestlawn-West Cemetery in Charlotte, N.C.

The body will be at the church an hour before services.

Gray Brown-Service Mortuary & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Johnson died Thursday at Stringfellow Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Catherine Kirkman Johnson of Anniston; two daughters, Cynthia Johnson Snyder of Huntersville, N.C., and Robin Johnson Cheyne of Bremen, Ga.; a son, Howard Vincent Johnson of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; and four grandchildren, Laura Johnson, Mark Johnson, Andrew Johnson and Donald Cheyne.

Pallbearers will be Scott Frame, Hal O'Kelly, Jack Guyton, Steve Traylor, Jim Williams, Fred Ray Lybrand and Gibson Coleman.

Mr. Johnson, a native of North Carolina, was a resident of Anniston for 35 years.

He was a veteran of World War II, and a U.S. Air Force pilot of the B-52 bomber.

He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Anniston.

Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society and the Boy Scouts of America.

Overstreet
COLLINSVILLE

Services for Erbie Maebelle Brooks Overstreet, 90, of Route 2, will be Sunday at 1 p.m. at Jordan Funeral Home in Centre with Rev. David Huskins officiating.

Burial will be in Longshore Cemetery.

The family will receive friends tonight from 6-8 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Overstreet died Thursday at her home.

Survivors include three daughters, Ruth Boyea and Alp Garrett, both of Pensacola, Fla., and Polly Caminiti of Collinsville; two sons, Herman Overstreet of Centre and Ronnie Overstreet of Collinsville; two brothers, Laron Brooks of Bruton and Lowell Brooks of Pensacola; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.

Mrs. Overstreet, a native of Repton, was a housewife.

She was a member of the Pentecostal Church.

Roberts
BLUE MOUNTAIN

Services for Johnnie W. Roberts, 77, of 3321 Stephens St., will be Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Willingham officiating.

Burial will be in Anniston Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

The family will receive friends tonight from 6-8 at the funeral home.

Mr. Roberts died Thursday at his home.

Survivors include his wife, I.V. Roberts of Blue Mountain; three sons, Johnny W. Roberts Jr. of Dallas, Roy Gene Roberts of Wedowee and Duvey Lee Roberts of Weaver; two sisters, Louise Murray and Maggie High, both of Dallas; a brother, Emery Lee Roberts of Waxahachie, Texas; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Arthur Willingham, Cecil Willingham, Harold Willingham, David Willingham, Bryant Willingham, Donald Willingham, Cary Gene Roberts and Rusty Roberts.

Mr. Roberts, a native of Calhoun County, was a resident of Blue Mountain.

He was retired from Adelaide Mills.

Robinson

Services for Elizabeth M. Robinson, 86, of 224 Rockwood Drive, Anniston, will be announced by Gray Brown-Service Mortuary & Crematory.

Mrs. Robinson died Friday at Regional Medical Center.

Smith

Services for Julio Cesar Smith, 21, of 2320 Coleman Road, Apt. #305-B, Anniston, will be today at 6 p.m. at Anniston Funeral Chapel with Rev. John S. Nettles officiating.

Mr. Smith died Thursday in Anniston.

Survivors include his father, Clarence L. Smith of Anniston; his mother, Maria Smith of Brooklyn, N.Y.; a son, Kelley Smith of Hobson City; a brother, Reinaldo Wilson of Atlanta; and a sister, Darma Wilson of Brooklyn, N.Y.

Mr. Smith, a native of New York, lived in Anniston for 5 years.

He was a 1995 graduate of Anniston High School.

Yarbrough
JACKSONVILLE

Graveside services for Ethel Yarbrough, 92, of 410 Wilson Drive SW, will be Sunday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Terry Johnson officiating in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Piedmont.

The family will receive friends Sunday from noon-1 p.m. K.L.

Brown Funeral Home & Crematory is handling arrangements.

Mrs. Yarbrough died Wednesday at Wessex House of Jacksonville.

Survivors include two stepsons, Max Yarbrough of Eastaboga and Clyde Yarbrough of Huntsville; several nieces and nephews; and primary caregivers, E.L. and Gwen Westbrook.

Mrs. Yarbrough, a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County, was a member of Ruhama Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, S.G. Yarbrough and stepson, Tommy Yarbrough.
