Graveside services for Sheryl Webb Martin, 55, of Anniston will be noon Friday at Forestlawn Gardens with Revs. Sherry Travis and Stanley Easton officiating. The family will receive friends 6-7:30 tonight at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary & Crematory.
Ms. Martin died Tuesday at Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include a brother, Frank Smith of Jacksonville.
Ms. Martin, a Calhoun County native and lifelong resident, was a member of Westwood Baptist Church.
The family requests no flowers. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Lukes Episcopal Church in Jacksonville, or a favorite charity.
Mathis

BIRMINGHAM – Graveside services for Barbara Mae Wyatt Mathis of Talladega will be 2 p.m. today at Hepzibah Cemetery with Rev. Ivan Fuller officiating and Usrey Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Mathis died Monday at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham.
Survivors include a son and his wife, Robert Earl and Tina Mathis of Pinson; a sister-in-law, Oneda Wyatt of Talladega; and three grandsons, William Mathis, Kristan Mathis and Logan Mathis.
Mrs. Mathis, a Talladega native, had lived in Birmingham since the 1960s.
Noles

RANBURNE – Services for James Merlin "Frog" Noles, 65, of Ranburne will be 2 p.m. Friday at Gold Ridge Baptist Church with Revs. Bobby Garner and Travis Lumpkin officiating. Burial will be in Gold Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-7 p.m. today at Dryden Funeral Home in Heflin. The body will be at the church an hour prior to services.
Mr. Noles died Tuesday at Wedowee Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Lois W. Noles; a daughter, Melissa N. Bolton of Graham; two sisters, Myrtis Bradley of Tyus, Ga., and Dorothy Whitley of Ranburne; two brothers, Gene Noles of Roopville, Ga., and Curtis Noles of Bowdon, Ga.; two grandchildren, Bryan Patrick Toole and Ashley Nicole Toole; and their father, Rodney Toole.
Pallbearers will be Greg Bolton, Rodney Toole, Tim Johnson, Tommy Robinson, Johnny Vise, Terry Whitley and Mark Robinson.
Mr. Noles, a Heart County, Ga., native and longtime Cleburne County resident, retired as a painter and carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Loney Mae Noles; and a sister, Louise Butler.

Mr. Roberts died Tuesday at Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Shelborne died Wednesday at Regional Medical Center in Anniston.
Smith

JACKSONVILLE – Services for George Earl Smith, 89, of Jacksonville will be 1 p.m. Friday at Jacksonville Church of Christ with Allen Webster officiating. Burial will be in Forestlawn Gardens in Anniston with K.L. Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Center in charge. The family will receive friends an hour prior to services at the church.
Mr. Smith died Wednesday at Jacksonville Medical Center.
Survivors include his wife, Thanie Frady Smith; a daughter, Carol Hagan of Jacksonville; a son, David J. Smith of Waxahatchie, Texas; four grandchildren, Eric Hagan, Robbin Smith, Allison Smith and Danielle Eichhorst; several step-grandchildren, a great-grandchild, and several step-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be members of Jacksonville Church of Christ.
Mr. Smith, a Burnside, Ky., native, had lived in Calhoun County most of his life. He was a member of Jacksonville Church of Christ. A World War II veteran, he retired from the Anniston Army Depot Fire Department.

ROANOKE – Services for Thomas L. Smith, 71, of Roanoke will be 10 a.m. today at Quattlebaum Funeral Home with Revs. Charles Woodson and Fran Irmiter officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Baptist Cemetery.
Mr. Smith died Tuesday in Montgomery V.A. Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Emogene Cummings Smith; two daughters and their husbands, Marie and Wallace Mitchell, and Mary and Buddy Rogers, all of Wedowee; a brother, Lewis J. Smith of Roanoke; his mother-in-law, Eartele Brewer of Roanoke; seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Keith Mitchell, Brian Mitchell, Jason Vowell, Jamie Vowell, Bob Stewart and Clark Brown.
Mr. Smith was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. A Korean War Army veteran, he had worked in the card room for West Point Pepperell.
