Funeral services for Ivan E. Williams, 90, of Crane Hill will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, 2002 at Moss Service Chapel, Paul Wood officiating, with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Mr. Williams died Thursday, Nov. 21 at Woodland Village Health Care. He was born March 30, 1912 to Thomas H. and Ada M. Wood Williams. He was a cattle farmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include five sons, Sherwin W. Williams, Rayburn R. Williams, Sammy Wayne Williams, Billy Ray Williams, Roy L. Williams; two daughters, Kay F. Stewart, Shelby Ledyard; three brothers, Osko Williams, Verlin Williams, Clayton Williams; four sisters, Elvie Williams, Inis Sharpton, Ethel Tucker, Chelsie Macafee; 14 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was Friday.
Linda Louise Michael
Funeral services for Linda Louise Michael, 46, of Guntersville will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, 2002 at Williams-McCracken Chapel, Chuck Hanbey officiating, with burial in Pleasant Grove Methodist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Michael died Thursday, Nov. 21 at Huntsville Hospital. She was born July 31, 1956 in Madison to Alvin Potts and Mary Coffman. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her mother, Mary Coffman of Gurley; her husband, Michael Coronado of Guntersville; three sons, Thomas Wayne Michael of Albertville, Timothy John Michael and Christopher David Michael of Guntersville; a daughter, Terri Lynn Michael of Albertville; six brothers, Bill Coffman, Pete Coffman, Kenneth Coffman, all of St. Pittsburg, Tenn., Tommy Coffman and David Coffman of Gurley, Buddy Coffman of Indiana; two sisters, Sally Coffman of St. Pittsburg, Tenn. and Grace Smith of Florida; and three grandchildren.
Burl M. Crawford
Funeral services for Burl M. Crawford, 88, of Logan will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, 2002 at Peck Funeral Chapel, the Revs. Wendall Callahan, Tom Campbell and Larry Brown officiating, with burial in Friendship Cemetery.

Mr. Crawford died Friday, Nov. 22 at his residence. He was born May 16, 1914 in Cullman to Mark and Missouri Walker Crawford. He was a member of the Baptist faith and a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in World War II.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Arrie Gertrude Crawford of Logan.
Pallbearers will be his nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Alfred George ‘Al’ Christiansen
Funeral services for Alfred George “Al” Christiansen, 69, of Vinemont will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25, 2002 at Christ Lutheran Church in Cullman, the Revs. Scott Arnold and Don Strandlund officiating, with burial in Cullman Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Christiansen died Friday, Nov. 22 at his residence, after a lengthy illness. He was born March 27, 1933 in Cullman to Otto Edward and Mary Lessman Christiansen.
He was a lineman for Cullman Electric Cooperative.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his loving wife, Dot, of 46 years; one daughter, Deborah Veres and one son, Alfred Wayne Christiansen, both of Vinemont; four grandchildren, Jason Veres, Katie Veres, Joshua Veres and Joey Christiansen; two brothers, Harry Edward Christiansen and Thurman Christiansen; one nephew, Randy Christiansen and one great-niece, Raven Christiansen, all of Vinemont.
Pallbearers will be Bill Christiansen, Jason Veres, Joshua Veres, Joey Christiansen, Randy Christiansen and William Dye.
Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Wren died Saturday, Nov. 23 at Hanceville Nursing Home. She was born Jan. 22, 1912 to Richard and Nancy Cupp McKissack. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Burton Wren; and two sons, Elvin Wren and Melvin Wren.
Survivors include one son, Marlon (Jeanette) Wren of Cullman; one daughter, Betty (Leon) Jones of Cullman; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Randy Jones, Jamey Jones, Roger Jones, Brent Wren, Ricky Wren and Dennis Harbison.

Funeral services for Clyde Butts, 81, of Blountsville will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, 2002 at Blountsville Funeral Home Chapel, Tommy Durwood Graves officiating, with burial in South Cemetery.

Mr. Butts died Friday, Nov. 22 at his residence. He was born in Blount County to Charlie and Ann Dingler Butts. He was a retired laborer from Southern Household. He was a member of Mtn. Grove Baptist Church in Blountsville and of the Blountsville Saddle Club.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jewel Bryson Butts; and a son, Charles Butts.
Survivors include three daughters, Carolyn Barnett of Destin, Fla., Jane Knight of Blountsville, Beverly Elliott of Jasper; two brothers, Homer Butts of Blountsville, Vernon Butts of Cullman; two sisters, Earline Washburn of Cleveland, Lillian Hammond of Blountsville; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Sallie E. Johnson
Funeral services for Sallie E. Johnson, 88, of Hanceville will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2002 at Liberty Church of God Cathedral in Warrior, Elder Arthur Johnson officiating, with burial in Colony Community Cemetery. The body will lie in state one hour prior to time of service.

Mrs. Johnson died Friday, Nov. 22 at Hanceville Nursing Home. She was born June 19, 1914 in Hanceville to Adolphus and Mattie Johnson. She was the youngest daughter of nine children. She confessed Christ at an early age and joined the Pleasant Grove Methodist Church in Colony. She later joined the Liberty Church of God under the leadership of the late Elder Tommie Williams, where she served faithfully for over thirty years until her health failed her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers; one sister; a twin daughter, Lucille Flanigan; and a grandson, Willie Terrell Flanigan.
Survivors include a sister, Ruth Mae (Earl) Sims; a daughter, Louise (Andrew) Wooley; a son, Cletus Sims of Hanceville; a son-in-law, Willie James Flanigan of Birmingham; 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and two sisters-in-law, Ruth Johnson of Philadelphia, Pa. and Mary Lee Johnson of Hanceville.
Mary Christine Goodwin
Funeral services for Mary Christine Goodwin, 77, of Hanceville will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2002 at Moss Service Chapel, James Robertson officiating, with burial in Cullman Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Goodwin died Monday, Nov. 25 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born Feb. 3, 1925 in Alabama to Henry Porter and Essie Mae King Lee. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Mancel Goodwin; and a daughter, Linda Sue Smith.
Survivors include a daughter, Pat Goodwin of Remlap; a son, Michael Goodwin of Hanceville; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today.
Tom B. Brooks
Visitation for Tom B. Brooks, 90, of Cullman was held Monday. Interment will take place in San Antonio, Texas at a later date.

Mr. Brooks died Monday, Nov. 25 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born Nov. 24, 1912. He was a sales executive for Libby’s Food Corporation.
Survivors include his wife, Lucille M. Jett Brooks; three step-sons, Billy W. (Wilma) Richard, Don L. (Pat) Richard and Ivan L. (Michelle) Richard; two step-daughters, Elsie Patterson and Sandra (James) Harris; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Curtis Alvin Lynn
Graveside services for Curtis Alvin Lynn, 85, of Logan will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2002 at Bell Springs Cemetery, Larry Locke officiating.

Mr. Lynn died Sunday, Nov. 24 at his residence. He was born April 23, 1917 in Alabama to John Henry and Zenia Johnson Lynn. He was a laborer for a chemical company and was a veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Pearl McCormick Lynn; a son, William Arthur Lynn; a daughter, Mary Doris Asam; four brothers, Sidney Lynn, Dennis Lynn, Herbert Lynn and Tommy Lynn; a sister, Ruth Cooper; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
