Services for C.D. Nail, 76, of Hanceville will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 9, 2001, at Moss Service Chapel, the Rev. Larry Brown officiating, with burial in Good Hope Cemetery.

Mr. Nail died Thursday, June 7 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born Aug. 21, 1924 to Rufus and Tilda Lyes Nail. He was a stone mason.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Avnell Bailey Nail; six sons, Johnny, Elbert, Quinton, Paul, Jeff and Kenny Nail; a stepson, Byron Whitton; two daughters, Brenda Nail and Diane Maddux; two sisters, Eveylene Wilson and Ezell Scott; 17 grandchildren; and 18 grandchildren.
Visitation was Friday.
Rev. J.T. Farmer
Services for Rev. J.T. Farmer, of Fairview will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 10, 2001, at Simcoe Baptist Church, the Revs. Sherman Bailey and Dennis Loyd officiating, with burial in the adjoining cemetery. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service.

Rev. Farmer died Friday, June 8 at his residence. He was born Feb. 19, 1921 to W.W. and Kate Bussey Farmer. He was a Baptist minister for 53 years and pastored in nine churches in Cullman and the surrounding counties. He was a World War II veteran with the Fifth Army and had five Battle Stars. Rev. Farmer was retired from Americold.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Ethelene Hesterly Farmer; two sons, John (Pam) Farmer Jr. and James (Debbie) Farmer; two daughters, Rebecca (Bobby) Murphy and Charlotte (Robin) Cummings; three sisters, Shirley White, Ima Grace Williams and Ghelene Dye; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made to The Gideons.
Visitation is at 4 p.m. today.
William Ether Graham Jr.
Services for William Ether Graham Jr., 63, of Vinemont will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 10, 2001, at Cullman Heritage Chapel, the Rev. Jimmy Baker officiating, with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Mr. Graham died Friday, June 8 at his residence. He was born Oct. 15, 1937 in Cullman County to William Ether Sr. and Lula Hyatt Graham. He was a lineman and supervisor for Cullman Electric Co-op. He was a member of Simcoe Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Pam Fowler Graham of Vinemont; a son, Ricky Delane Graham of Cullman; two daughters, Tammy (David) Brewer of Athens and Cindy (Donnie) Lawrence of West Point; five brothers; two sisters; three grandchildren, Chelsie Lawrence, Lizbeth Lawrence and Jordan Brewer; and parents-in-law, Alton and Opal Fowler of Vinemont.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice of Cullman County.
Visitation is from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
James Paul Scott
Services for James Paul Scott, 69, of Addison will be at 2 p.m. Monday, June 11, 2001, at Bethel Baptist Church of Newton, with burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Vester Corbin
Services for Vester Corbin, 77, of Hanceville were Monday, Dec. 24, 2001 at Hanceville Funeral Home, the Rev. Trueman Davis officiating, with burial in Hopewell Cemetery.

Mr. Corbin died Sunday, Dec. 23 in Hanceville. He was born in Cullman on Feb. 12, 1924 to Richard and Emma Miller Corbin.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Morgan Corbin of Hanceville; two daughters, Joyce (Gene Hall) Corbin and Brenda (Scott) Lucas, both of Hanceville; and two grandsons, Corbin Lucas and Matthew Lucas, both of Hanceville.
Visitation was Sunday.
Patricia Anne Munger
Services for Patricia Anne Munger, 69, of Cullman will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, 2001 at Sacred Heart Church, Fr. John O’Donnell officiating, with burial in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Munger died Sunday, Dec. 23 at her residence. She was born March 23, 1932 in Berlin Heights, Ohio to James O. and Genevieve Reising Meredith. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William James Munger; and her sister, Janice Hicks.
Survivors includes five sons, James (Karen) Munger, Billy (Carmen) Munger, Matt (Sheila) Munger, all of Cullman, Tom (Melanie) Munger of Hartselle and David (Sherry) Munger of Hanceville; a sister, Cynthia Saska of San Antonio, Texas; five granddaughters, Jennifer Gillispie of Earlysville, Va., Amanda Munger and Bree Munger, both of Hartselle, Brittany Munger of Hanceville, and Meredith Munger of Cullman; five grandsons, Jason Munger of Hanceville, Michael Munger, Theo Munger, Adam Munger and Daniel Munger, all of Cullman; and two great-grandchildren, Connor and Cassidy Gillispie of Earlysville, Va.
Donations may be made to Hospice of Cullman County, the American Cancer Society or to Sacred Heart Church.

Mr. Jackson died Sunday, Dec. 23 at Woodland Medical Center. He was born April 11, 1907 in Franklin County to William Andrew and Roxie Ann Henderson Jackson. He was a farmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include a son, Jimmy Leroy (Linda) Jackson of Mt. Zion; three daughters, Peggy (Steve) Ponder and Betty Faye (Doyce) Meigs, both of Jones Chapel and Brenda Kay (Barry) Kirkpatrick of Cordova; a brother, Alvin Jackson of Arizona; a sister, Vivian Privett of Nesmith; eight grandchildren, Ronnie Doyce Meigs, Dannette Milligan, Kelly Jackson, Sonya Ponder, Delila Haynes, Brandon Ponder, John Kirkpatrick, Krista Kirkpatrick; and four great-grandchildren, Kati Haynes, Emily Milligan, Lori Milligan and Caleb Lee Milligan.

Alva Hancock Holmes
Services for Alva Hancock Holmes, of Cullman will be at 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, 2001 at Moss Service Chapel, with burial in Cullman City Cemetery.

Mrs. Holmes died Friday, Dec. 21. She was an active member of First Baptist Church and was a member of Eastern Star.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Lester Tillman Holmes.
Survivors include a son, Harwell Lester (Sandra) Holmes Sr. of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at noon on Friday at the funeral home.
Willie I. Barbee
Services for Willie I. Barbee, 82, of Birmingham, formerly of Cullman will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, 2001 at Moss Service Chapel, with burial in Hopewell Cemetery.

Mrs. Barbee died Monday, Dec. 24. She was born on Feb. 12, 1919. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include three sons, Ray Barbee and Donald Barbee, both of Cullman, and Stanley Barbee of Falkville; and eight daughters, Ruth Miller of Florence, Shirley Coiro of Birmingham, Barbara Jackson of Addison, Jan Wilson of Hartselle, Mary Mayfield of Hanceville, Thelma Cook, Elsie Fay Thornton and Sue Meigs, all of Cullman.
Visitation will be at 1:30 p.m. today.
