Services for Aron Paul Brock Jr., 62, of Cullman will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2001 at Cullman Heritage Chapel, Jerry Lake and Marvin Bryant officiating, with burial in Central Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Brock died Friday, Dec. 21 at his residence. He was born in Cullman County on May 4, 1939 to William and Susie Shaw Brock. He was a construction supervisor. He was a member of Jones Chapel First Baptist Church and a member of the U.S. National Guard Special Forces.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers, Travis Brock, Curtis Brock, Billy Brock.
Survivors include his wife, Yolanda Triguero Brock of Cullman; son, Bruce (Janna) Brock of Cullman; daughter, Cindy (Ricky) Norris of Cullman; sister, Movalene (Troy) Skinner of Cullman; three grandchildren, Sarah Norris, Seth Brock, Michael McLeskey; special friend, Joyce Carter; and special companion, Midnight.
Visitation was Friday.
Abe Nathan Gray
Graveside services for Abe Nathan Gray, 61, of Cullman will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 23, 2001 at Valley Springs Cemetery, the Rev. Harold Johnson officiating.

Mr. Gray died Friday, Dec. 21 at his residence. He was born in Kimberly on May 9, 1940 to Abner and Mary Elizabeth Gray. He was a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include three sons, Rodger Lee (Laura) Fuller, Barry (Tina) Gray, both of Cullman, James (Jan) Gray of Idaho; and four grandchildren, Kala Marie Fuller, Rodger Lee Fuller Jr., Kelsey “C.J.” Gray; Nathan Zane Gray.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.

Ernest Cobb
Services for Ernest Cobb, 72, of Hartselle will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 23, 2001 at Bell Springs Baptist Church, the Rev. Raymond Brown officiating, with burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Mr. Cobb died Thursday, Dec. 20 at Huntsville Hospital. He was born in Morgan County on Oct. 18, 1929 to Omar L. and Mae Estella Sullins Cobb. He was a truck driver with Gordon Transporters. He attended Bell Springs Baptist Church, was a veteran of the Korean War and was a member of the Teamster Union for 28 years.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Rachel Powell Cobb of Hartselle; mother; son, Glenn Ernest Cobb of Vinemont; daughter, Jennifer Lynn Cobb McGhee of Hartselle; and one granddaughter.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today.
Glen E. Goble
Services for Glen E. Goble, 66, of Blountsville will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2001 at Blountsville Baptist Church, Greg Lyles and Billy Ray Posey officiating, with burial in New Canaan Cemetery.

Mr. Goble died Thursday, Dec. 20 at his residence. He was born in Alabama to Burlie and Mattie Lee Mann Goble. He was a floor sanding and finishing superintendent for Covington Flooring Company.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Audrey Mayo Goble of Blountsville; three sons, Danny (Debbie) Goble, Randy (Charlotte) Goble, Larry (Debra) Goble all of Blountsville; three daughters, Janice (Mike) Mills of Toney, Kathy (Ronnie) Cole of Bagley, Deborah Winfrey of Douglas; two brothers, Bobby Goble of Oneonta, Wendle Goble of Birmingham; two sisters, Bonnie Hazelrig of Nectar, Shirley Adams of Blountsville; and 12 grandchildren, Chris and Sherry Smith, Nathan, Nicholas and Caitlyn Goble, Jim and Wes Goble, Kevin and Joey Winfrey, Matthew Goble, Brittany Rush, Stacey Cole.
Pallbearers will be Mike Mills, Ronnie Cole, Rex Branham, Jody Goble, Darrell Goble, Virgle Hazelrig.
Jessie Rachel Baker
Services for Jessie Rachel Baker, 83, of Hanceville will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, 2001, at Hanceville Funeral Home chapel, the Rev. Bruce Ellard officiating, with burial in Duck River Cemetery.

She died Dec. 15 at her home. She was born Sept. 26, 1918, in Cullman. She was a homemaker.
Ms. Baker was preceded in death by her parents, William Hicks and Rosie Lee Hicks.
She is survived by a daughter, Kelton Micciche of Philadelphia, Pa.; a brother, Horace Hicks of Hanceville; two grandsons, Jason Baker of Pinson and Lee Baker of Franklin, Tenn.; a granddaughter, Meredith Micciche of Philadelphia; and a daughter-in-law, Betty Baker of Oneonta.
Visitation was Wednesday.
Billie Loxene Barnett

She died Dec. 19 at Woodland Medical Center. She was born Sept. 7, 1929, in Lawrence, Tenn.. She was a homemaker and domestic.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Doris Earwood Davis.
Survivors include a son, Donual Barnett; three daughters, Gleta McClure, Melissa Nash and Lisa Young; three brothers, Carol Davis, Jimmy Davis, Winford Davis; two sisters, Carolyn Hudson and Tip Waldrop; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Melvin E. ‘Bud’ Willis

Mr. Willis died Sunday, Dec. 16 at his residence. He was born in Cullman County on Feb. 11, 1929 to David Graham and Emma Hyatt Willis.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Grafton Willis; sister, Judith MacDonald.
Survivors include three brothers, Oscar (Moselle) Willis, Jerry (Christine) Willis both of Cullman, James Willis of North Carolina; and three sisters, Barbara Taylor, Della (Lyle) Absher both of Cullman, Angie Wilhite of California.

Norma Jean Childers Oden Waters

Mrs. Waters died Thursday, Dec. 27 at Baptist Medical Center Montclair in Birmingham. She was born June 2, 1947 in Morgan County to Norman Junior II and Margaret Chop Childers. She was a homemaker and a member of the Rock Creek Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include two sons, Wesley Oden and Steven Oden, both of Eva; a daughter, Rachell Oden of Eva; her mother, Margaret Chop Childers of Oden Ridge; four brothers, Norman Childers III of Gadsden, Ricky Lynn Childers, Jacky Dean Childers and Johnny Carl Childers, all of Oden Ridge; two sisters, Anita Pannell and Lovinia Reese, both of Falkville; and two granddaughters.
Visitation was Friday.
