Mrs. Kayron Dawn Meadows Grobe age 31 of Fort Payne, AL passed away
Friday, march 29, 2002. Kayron was a native of Dekalb County, AL the daughter
of Wayne and Diana Everett Meadows. She attended the Faith Baptist Church in
Fort Payne, AL where she served her Lord as the Drama Team Director.
She was a steel detailer, a graduate of Fort Payne High School, class of 1989
and attended the University of Alabama - Huntsville, AL

Mr. Thomas "David" Freeman age 50 of Fort Payne, AL passed away
Friday, March 29, 2002 in the BMC Dekalb Hospital. Mr. Freeman was born
February 1, 1952, son of Tom and Katherine Hayes Freeman. He attended
Moon Lake Baptist Church and was a veteran, serving in the U. S. Army.
David was employed with the State of Alabama as the Probation Parole Officer
in Dekalb County.
Funeral service will be Monday, April 1, 2002 from the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel
with Rev. Wallace Hayes, Mike Freeman, and Rev. Steve Freeman officiating.
Judge David Rains will give the eulogy. Burial will follow in the Bethany Cemetery, in Horton, AL
Pall Bearers will be Phillip Freeman, Whitt Latham, Bobby Hayes, Jeff Brock, Norwood
Goodwin, Wallace Hayes, Bebe Vann, and Ricky Hayes. Honorary Pall Bearers will
include State Probation Officers, Law enforcement's personnel, and Judge Randall Cole.

Community passed away Monday, December 4, 2000 at her residence.

Mrs. Reba Black Beason age 90 of Fort Payne, Al passed away Monday,
December 4, 2000 at Crown Health Care Center in Fort Payne, AL
Mrs. Beason was the daughter of the late George E. and Pallie Luther Black a
native of Crossville, AL. a member of the First United Methodist Church of Fort Payne, AL.
a member of the U.D.C. Widows Persons, A.A.R.P. Eastern Star, White Shrine, Retired Teachers
Association. Mrs. Beason taught in the Dekalb County School System for 10 years, and 31
years in the Montgomery School System.
Mrs. Beason is survived by her Nephews and Nieces.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 6, 2000 at 2pm CST from the Wilson Funeral
Home Chapel with Dr. Mark Lacey officiating. Burial will follow in the Glenwood Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, December 5, 2000 from 5 until 8pm CST
at the funeral home.
