Mrs. Zelma Bohannon of Fort Payne, AL passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2002 at the Huntsville Hospital. Mrs. Bohannon was the daughter of the late J. C. and Jesse Culver Middlebrooks, she was a member of he Second Baptist Church of Fort Payne, AL., retired from the W. B Davis Hosiery Mill.

She is survived by a Son; Robert Bohannon of Fort Payne, AL
Daughter; Christine Goggans of Madison, AL
Grandchildren; Donald and Christopher Goggans, Teresa Goggans Terrell,
Great-Grandsons; Andrew and Scott Terrell, and Jerrod Goggans

Funeral service will be 2pm CST Sunday, December 22, 2002 at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Fort Payne Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 22, 2002 from 1 until 2pm CST

MRS. RUTH PEARL HARWOOD

Mrs. Ruth Pearl Harwood age 86 of Rainsville, AL passed away December 31, 2002 in the BMC Dekalb Hospital in Fort Payne, AL. Mrs. Harwood was a native of Dekalb County, AL., born April 19, 1916, daughter of the late Charles and Joe Payne Gray. She was a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her Husband; Joe Harwood, Sons; Vann Harwood, and Ken Harwood.

Funeral service will be 11am CST Friday, January 3, 2002 at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Wallace officiating. Burial will follow in the Whitehall Cemetery

Survivors include her Daughter; Vickie Harwood Dunn of Fort Payne, AL
Sons; Randy Harwood of Arab, AL and Timothy Harwood of York, PA

MRS. DONNA JOE VANDENHUERK MITCHELL

Ms. Donna Joe Vandenhuerk Mitchell age 57 of Fort Payne, AL passed away Monday, December 30, 2002 at the BMC Dekalb Hospital in Fort Payne, AL. She was a native of Jefferson County, AL., daughter of the late Joe Vandenhuerk and Frances Jones Dobbs . She was a member of the Walker's Chapel United Methodist Church.

MRS. AGNES WALTERS

Mrs. Agnes Walters age 89 of Fort Payne, AL passed away Sunday, January 4, 2003 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. Mrs. Walters was born August 11, 1913 in Dekalb County, AL daughter of the late Charley Johnson and Beulah Ethel Biddle Jones. She was a member of Mt. Olive Advent Christian Church, American Legion Auxiliary Unit #39 and Landmarks. Her Husband; Joe M. Walter proceeded her in death.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, January 7, 2003 at 11am CST at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Aldridge and Judge Randell Cole officiating. Burial will follow in the Biddle Cemetery.

Survivors include her Sister; Stella Jones, Sister and Brother-in-law; Laura (Syd) and Ray Stone all of Fort Payne, AL

MRS. KRISTIE ANN RASTELL

Mrs. Kristie Ann Rastall of Valley Head, AL passed away Monday, January 6, 2003 at the UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL. Mrs. Rastall was born in Pittsburg, PA the daughter of Alfred and Melinda Hawkins Kelly, she as a graduate of Penn State University, a member of the Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Fort Payne, AL, she and her husband owned Burger King in Fort Payne, AL

Mrs. Rastall is survived by her Husband; Stafford Rastall, Son; Michael Rastall both of Valley Head, AL, Daughter; Kristin Rastall of Providence, Rhode Island, Mother; Melinda Kelly, Brother; Dennis Kelly both of Pittsburgh, PA. Sisters; Deborah Kearny of Pittsburgh, PA., Becky Kelly of Houston, TX., Granddaughter; Ariana Rastall, 5 Nephews abd 1 Niece.

A Celebration of Life will be at 7pm CST Thursday, January 9, 2003 at the Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church.

MR. MILFORD RAY HAWTHORNE

Mr. Milford Ray Hawthorne age 83 of the Fischer Community passed away Sunday, January 19, 2003 in the Riverview Medical Center in Gadsden, AL. Mr. Hawthorne was a native of Dekalb County, AL, born July 20, 1919, son of the late Henry and Sarah Ellen Meadows Hawthorne. he was a member of the Union Hill Baptist Church and the V. F. W. and a veteran of WW II.

Funeral service will be 1pm CST Tuesday, January 21, 2003 at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Griffin and Rev. Denny Mashburn officiating. Burial will follow in the Fischer Cemetery. Pallbearers include Kelly Hawthorne, Jeff Houston, Tim Williams, Chris Williams, Dave Fischer and Charles Wright.

MRS. PAULINE M. JOHNSON

Mrs. Pauline M. Johnson age 87 of Fort Payne, AL passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2003 at her residence. She was born September 6, 1915 in Dekalb County, AL, daughter of he late Henry W. and Toy Baker McSpadden. She was a retired secretary for Johnson Hosiery Mill and a Charter Member of the Asbury United Methodist Church. Her Husband; Rev. E. Paul Johnson and Grandson; Sam Johnson preceded her in death.

funeral service will be Thursday, Janunary 23, 2003 at 12 noon CST at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel wit hrev. Kenneth Parker and Rev. Terry DeHart officiating. Burial will follow in the Fischer Cemetery. The family request in lieu of Flowers donations be made to the Asbury United Methodist Church.

MRS. ELEANOR G. ISBELL

Mrs. Eleanor G. Isbell age 94 of Fort Payne, AL passed away Friday January 24, 2003. Mrs. Isbell was a native of Guntersville, AL, the daughter of hte late Alexander and Aveline Kellett Gilbreath. She was a member of the First baptist Church of Fort Payne, AL where she taught Sunday School for over 65 years, she was still driving an automobile abd taking people to church after she was 91. She was a member of the Eastern Star of Fort Payne, AL, Women's Club Rotary Recipient, she was preceded in death by her Husband; John B. Isbell, Jr.

She is survived by her Sons and Daughter-in-laws; Dr. John B. and Mary Nell Isbell, Dr. Charles and Barbara Isbell. Daughter and Son-in-law; Sara and John Quinn all of Fort Payne, AL. 9 Grandchildren and 20 Great-Grandchildren

Funeral Service will be 2pm CST Saturday, January 25, 2003 at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Pat McFadden officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery. The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to the First Baptist Church in Fort Payne, AL

Mrs. Betti J. Clark age 69 of Braselton, GA passed away Tuesday,
October 2, 2001 at Lainer Park Hospital. Funeral services will be Friday,
October 5, 2001 at the Collinsville Funeral Home - Sharpe Chapel
at 11am CDT with Rev. Eulas Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in the
Tucker's Chapel Cemetery.

October 4, 2001 from 5pm CDT until 8pm CDT

Mr. Felix Edgar Petty age 65 of Collinsville, AL., passed away Monday,
October 1, 2001 at Riverview regional Medical Center in Gadsden, AL
He was preceded in death by his Parents; James Felix and Zelda Hancock
Petty and Brother; Edwin Petty. He retired in July from the Goodyear
Tire and Rubber Company in Gadsden, AL with 35 years of services.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, October2, 2001
From 3 until 5pm CDT.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 3, 2001 at 11am CDT at the
Pleasant Valley Baptist Church #2 with Rev. Eulas Hughes officiating.
Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.

Mrs. Willie Mae Mullins age 82 of Collinsville, AL passed away Thursday,
October 4, 2001 at her residence. The family will receive friends at the funeral
home on Friday, October 5, 2001 from 5 until 8pm CDT. Funeral services will be
at the Collinsville Funeral Home - Sharpe Chapel at 2pm CDT Saturday, October 6, 2001
with Rev. Mike Dover officiating. Burial will follow in the New Bethel Cemetery.
